Lessons From 3 “Secret” Launch-Building Workshops - DTL #47

A few months ago, we hosted a private, high-end event with some serious entrepreneurs… and we left with some big takeaways.

 

To set the scene… this wasn’t a fancy conference with a big stage and thousands of people…

 

It was an intimate, hands-on workshop for a small group of folks… with me and my campaign design team working side by side with them on their launches for two full days.

 

It cost $5,000.00 just to be in the room. And for the folks who came, it was worth every cent.

 

We got deep. It was intense. And even after all these years, I saw some surprising things. 

 

But I wasn’t really surprised…

 

I learned a long time ago that when you work that closely with people in that kind of environment, you get to know them and their business – fast. 

 

And you start to see things…

 

You see where people are really getting stuck (and it’s often not what they think)... and the simple moves that have the power to transform their launches (moves that weren’t even on their radar).

 

It was a powerful couple days. And not just for the attendees…
