She is a Kundalini Level 2 Teacher and Professional Teacher Trainer with the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI), with advanced certifications in therapeutics and other modalities. Jiwan Shakti opened Lighthouse Yoga Center in 2013 in her home community of Petworth, DC as a way to share the teachings of yoga with the residents of her diverse neighborhood.
