When you're ruling your own kingdom, you need to keep an ear to the ground and listen to what the people have to say. For some kings, that means you must slay the dragon which plagues their village. Some queens must wage war against fiendish demons which stalk the night, hunting the citizens of their towns. But sometimes, a ruler is asked to deal with the strange spontaneous outbreak of pranks and goofs which their local farmlands are suffering from. Wanna bet which one our party is facing? But when the suspected culprits' jokes turn out to be a lot crueler than their usual practical jokes, the Kingmakers must investigate- because when dealing with the capricious fey, it pays to be careful and make sure there's not something more sinister afoot.  Plans get made.
