Magical day to all.
Welcome to Divas that CareNetwork.
I am Joyce Benning and I willbe your host for this magical,
robust lifestyle show.
I want to thank each one of ourlisteners that have tuned in to
the numerous different podcaststo listen to this magical show
today.
I am so very grateful andthankful for each and every one
(00:53):
of you, and I have with me myamazing returning diva, anne
Claussen, and her and I aregoing to chat about thinking
through the heart.
Oh my, is this going to be onemagical show.
And with that, anne, would youplease introduce yourself to our
listeners today.
Speaker 3 (01:13):
I'm so happy to be
back here once again.
I enjoy our monthly visits.
But yes, my name is AnneKlassing and I am an intuitive
mentor, a guide.
Kind of you could throw me intothat life coach.
But I don't really coach like alife coach would, because I tap
(01:35):
into your soul, so it's me andyou and your soul, and I take
dictation.
So I channel your soul and wework together through through
that Avenue.
So I'm more of a, a minister, almost to your soul.
That's how spirit has explainedit to me.
(01:57):
But some people wig out aboutthat minister.
If you look up the definitionof a minister, it's basically
you're the person justdelivering the message.
Speaker 2 (02:06):
So yeah, and I have.
It's a joy I can tell you lovewhat you do and I love that
being intuitive mentor andtapping into your soul, because
to me that's that's where thetruth really lies, is inside of
us, in that soul and in ourhearts.
(02:26):
So that's perfect.
Lead into thinking through theheart, because when you think
through the heart, it changesthe whole perspective of life.
For me, anyway, it's just.
It's so much different thanthinking through the ego and the
mind.
So how would you like to startto share with our listeners
(02:47):
today?
Speaker 3 (02:48):
I would like to just
let everyone know that thinking
through your heart is just likedoing daily exercises it's
learning to shift yourperception from your mind to
your heart.
So for me, it's visualizationShift your perception from your
mind to your heart.
So for me, it's visualization.
So when I meditate in themorning, I think about little
(03:13):
Anne and she shrinks herselfdown and she's inside her body
and she's standing outside ofher heart and she sees these
magical doors to her heart.
And everybody has the doors ontheir heart.
You can change them.
So if you're into changing yourdecor, you can change what your
(03:33):
doors look like.
Mine look like big old woodendoors and, for any reason, if
you cannot open the doors orthey appear locked, you are the
only key holder and it is alwaysin your left hand.
So, as you use your imaginationand you travel inside your
heart and you see that thechains are on the doors, if you
(03:55):
look in your left hand of thatmini you, your key will be in
your hand and you simply unlockit.
And that is something that Idid not realize that I had the
key to my heart and I'm the onlykeeper to the key to my heart,
no one else.
But, to our life's challenges.
(04:16):
We have a tendency to, when weexperience that you know first
love of our life or whatever ourhardship was or our heartache
was, you know, even the loss ofa pet we can have that tendency
to guard ourselves and guardthat precious heart from hurting
.
So you feel from your heart.
(04:37):
The mind is just a thinkingthing, but your feelings occur
in the heart and it is from theheart that those energy, that
energy from your heart, isdelivered to the brain.
So when we're hurting and yourheart is putting that feeling
(04:57):
out, it goes to the brain andthat's where we can become
entrapped in our thoughts.
But when we can bring ourselfand open up the doors to our
heart and walk inside and youcreate the room in your heart,
whatever it looks like.
So for me it's this lovelylittle cottage with a fireplace
(05:18):
and then off to the side is myclassroom and a chalkboard, and
sometime Albert Einstein comesto the chalkboard and writes
messages and then off that Ihave a pathway.
That's my journey path.
So sometimes the angels meet methere and right now I'm
inspired to work with AlbertEinstein and imagination, and he
(05:42):
was about imagination.
Imagination is the key to yourbecoming and that's what I'm
working on, so it's allself-work.
And when we can move to thatheart space, you can sit in that
sacred space.
You ask anything.
Space you ask anything.
(06:03):
You can ask your guardian angelanything, and it is a precious
space.
So you can play victim in theheart.
You can play victim and ask allthose why me, poor me?
(06:24):
Type questions, but be preparedfor some interesting answers.
You may not get them right away, but what I found is when I
went to my heart space is whenmy true healing began.
When you can go to your heartspace and keep a journal next to
you, a little notebook whereyou can write those questions
down, and then put the pen downand sit with your hands on your
(06:48):
heart and what images come tomind.
Some of you are auditory, whereyou actually hear spirit.
What is coming through?
For me it's thought, what arethe thoughts coming into my mind
and are they questions?
And many times spirit will askyou questions.
(07:08):
You will ask a question andthey will answer with a question
, because they want you to getcurious, dive deeper and what is
the emotion behind the strifethat you may be experiencing,
behind the strife that you maybe experiencing?
This is not just a place, youknow, to heal all our wounds,
(07:33):
but it is also a space ofcreativity and that, I believe,
has been forgotten by many.
And I'm speaking for myself, sobecoming curious in the heart
space what is my purpose?
(07:53):
Who am I?
And spirit loves.
When you ask who am I?
Because you can be or do orhave anything in this lifetime,
lifetime, who am I?
The answer is what you arebecoming, but it's the hints and
the clues that you're given inthat place of discernment.
(08:14):
So the heart is really gorgeousbecause that is a place of
discernment, it is a place toheal, but it's also that
discovery and growth and that'swhen it becomes a really
fascinating and fun place.
So I have many meditations thatI use with my clients and it's
(08:36):
always given by the soul andsome of them are like sacred
geometry, where you will take anhour out of your time.
The work begins on you and withyou and in that beautiful heart
space yes, oh, how true that.
Speaker 2 (08:56):
Oh, that is just
beautiful.
Because when you said, creatingthat space in my mind, that's
I'm out in nature, nature iswhere my space is and I can see
this beautiful running, flowing, beautiful creek and
everything's beautifully greenand my horses and my dogs are
(09:17):
just all around me.
And so many times when I gothere, it's my angels and my
spirits or my dogs that are nowmy angels that have crossed over
.
I can feel them.
I feel them their nearness andI feel them talking to me and
feeling it in my heart space.
And when you said they willcome back with maybe a question
(09:41):
to you, and oh, how true that isbecause that gets your heart
space thinking like, okay, what, what is my real challenge here?
What am I to learn from thischallenge?
And it's always then, when Ifigure that out through their
help, they're like yeah, you gotit, girl, you got it now.
(10:04):
And I always feel likecreativity and imagination.
It's like going back to when wewere a child.
We had that creativity andimagination and as we grow older
it's gotten gummed down.
The programming in this worldhas shut that off and for me
(10:25):
it's.
We got to go back and find thatbecause that's in your heart
space.
It, they want you to be happy.
Your angels, your spirits, they, they.
You were brought here to behappy looking at the
opportunities.
Yeah, oh, how true that is.
Speaker 3 (10:45):
What I find amazing
is when I look back on my
childhood and and there's twoteachers that come to mind, and
both teachers one of them toldme that I would never, I'd never
, be a good writer.
I'm an author and I bet manypeople tell me wow, you're a
(11:10):
really good writer because you, take you, take you.
It's like I was right there, Iwas right next to you, and the
other one was I would never bean artist.
Yeah, I got all kinds ofpaintings behind me.
I know the listeners can't seethem, but Joyce can see them.
Speaker 2 (11:28):
One of them.
Speaker 3 (11:28):
I did when I was a
kid, and it doesn't matter, I
did them.
I'm the one who had the joy increating them and it doesn't
matter what anybody else thinksof them If they brought me that
much joy.
And my best paintings to me arethe ones that I give to my
family and they get to.
(11:49):
I get to watch their face lightup when they, when they receive
that gift.
So that place in the heartwhere we can take those recall
those old childhood where wewere told, no, or you're never
good enough, or you're too fat,or you're too this.
And if you can sit with spiritin your heart and ask, what
(12:14):
lesson, what is the goldennugget here?
What do I need to learn?
Like you just said, what is thetakeaway from this?
And sit and listen, andsometimes it doesn't come to you
right during meditation, andyou might put that pressure on
yourself when you're sitting inthat heart space to sit there
(12:36):
and want that and desire thatanswer immediately.
But the reason you do notreceive answers immediately is
because, number one, you're mostlikely not ready to hear it yet
.
And when you're ready and maybeit'll be when you're folding
clothes, clothes, or you'redoing the dishes at the sink or
(12:58):
you're in the shower.
Mine, it's two places.
I'm either on the latrine orI'm in the shower.
When it usually drops in, Ithink they're like, oh, we have
our attention.
So yeah, that's when they comethrough and it's I love
(13:20):
epiphanies, you know that ahamoment.
It's like yes, and it's likethe universe is brilliant,
extremely brilliant because theyknow they know just the right
timing.
Speaker 2 (13:34):
Like said, in the
places where yours come, mine
come.
A lot of time when I'm cleaningmy horse's stalls, I'll go.
That's it.
It's like it's an aha momentthe light bulb come on and I'm
sure the angels and spirits arechuckling on.
She finally figured it out.
Speaker 3 (13:51):
You notice there's
something there.
You know I'm sitting on thelatrine.
Speaker 2 (13:54):
You're scooping horse
manure so there's, there's two
things and there's nutrients inboth and always we don't have to
think a lot about when we'redoing no thanks, so it's like
okay, they know they can come inand fill our heart and give us
(14:14):
those ideas.
That just it's just amazing.
And sometimes I think too, because they've always told me
don't get so stuck on the past, the problems from the past and I
think a lot of people do For meI've always felt they're just
stepping stones to get us towhere I am today, and some of
(14:37):
those were pretty hard steppingstones.
But if we wouldn't have gonethrough them maybe we wouldn't
have reached where we are today.
Speaker 3 (14:48):
The heart is just
it's no conditions, absolutely
no conditions, and it's a placewhere you can literally let your
hair down and just be, becauseit is your sacred space.
No one else can get into thatspace.
The only other is creationitself.
(15:12):
It's life that is nothing butlove, and focusing on yourself
is so important right now, whenthe world looks like it's in
utter chaos.
The world has always looked inchaos that's how I look at it.
(15:32):
I listen to the people who getcaught up in the politics and
that in itself disheartens meand it's like you can pour your
energy into that, or you canpour your energy into yourself
and when you truly are followingyour path and maybe politics is
(15:56):
your path but can you do itwith joy?
Can you do it through the eyesof love, versus the resistance
and the hatred that is behind itfor many I'm not saying
everybody, for many and when youhate something, you become the
(16:21):
energy of that.
So the very thing that you hate, your energy is in that.
That is what you contribute to.
You get more of that.
It's coming and sitting backand looking back and asking
yourself where do I want toplace my energy?
(16:57):
The importance of thinkingthrough the heart and following
your passion and your purpose isso far greater than throwing
your energy into the chaosbecause you become the chaos.
You are far greater, you aremore powerful than the chaos,
and when you follow your passionand your purpose and I'll just
say I'm going to use my daughteras an example she is working on
(17:20):
a ranch, but she's also raisingher children, so she's a rock
star stay-at-home mom raisingher children.
Her light illuminateseverything, illuminates everyone
.
She comes in contact with everyperson that she meets on the
(17:41):
ranch.
Because of her positivity, because she's happy.
They love those boys.
The boys are happy.
They're only two and sevenmonths now, two and a half
Actually.
He'll be three.
Chase will be three, but thatvibrant energy that she spreads
(18:03):
out is when you're in your heartspace.
It just illuminates, and peoplewant that, far more important
than getting in the chaos ofwhat appears to be falling and
crumbling.
Speaker 2 (18:20):
Yeah, oh, that is so
true because to me, that vibrant
energy just radiates.
Like you said, people love tobe around her because they see
that energy that she is givingoff to the rest of the world.
And, yeah, some people in hersituation go oh my word, how am
I going to do all this?
(18:41):
I got this to do and that to doand the kids to raise.
And, yeah, they wouldn't see itin the light that she is taking
to see it.
And that's because she's livingfrom her heart would be how I
interpret it, because she's,it's her passion.
It's just like people say well, how can you go out when it's so
bitterly cold to take care ofthe animals?
(19:02):
I said the animals are mypassion.
I love to be with them, so itdoesn't matter what it's doing
out there.
They're where my passion is andI love being out there.
Yeah, is it always?
It's not always fun when it'sthat cold, but that's just part
of it.
You take.
You take the good with the badin some ways and you make the
(19:22):
best of it because you know howmuch they appreciate you coming
out there to feed them and takecare of them.
And it's just like with yourdaughter how much people
appreciate that radiant energythat she is just radiating
around the world in the vibrancethat she's giving out so yeah,
that's beautiful, I love thatyeah, when she comes back.
Speaker 3 (19:45):
And you know I worked
when I raised her, yeah, so it
was always.
You know we were always on atime frame and I cooked with her
, you know, as she got older, but she's involved.
Jace is a toddler from the getgo.
That's his thing.
In the morning he pulls up hischair next to mom.
(20:06):
They make the breakfast.
He gets to.
You know he's getting to thepoint where he has a small kind
of knife that she watches himwith and he cuts up his stuff
and yeah, yeah, and it's justpart, and then when she she's
here, she's like mom, you gottalet him do that.
I'm like really, and he getsvery upset if he gets cut out of
(20:35):
that.
He's quite the independentlittle man.
Speaker 2 (20:46):
But that is raising
him to show what he can do and
help with.
It makes him feel important asa little one, because that's his
job and that's very importantto him.
Speaker 3 (20:54):
It is very important
to him, and when he doesn't feel
included, he, he lashes out bigtime.
Yeah, so I've had conversationswith her on you're going to
have to take a differentapproach with him, and I said
kudos.
I said Malin, you're doing agreat job with him, but he is
very much learned that I'm partof the process here.
(21:15):
I have a mind too.
I have a voice.
I think it's great.
Speaker 2 (21:22):
Yeah, I do too.
I do too.
I think it's just, it's justbeautiful, because there's so
many parents that both work andthere's not time to include them
like that.
Like you said, you're on a timeschedule, gotta get this done,
gotta get this done, this hasgot got to get done and there's
no time to take the time likewhat she is doing.
And that is just beautiful.
(21:42):
And sometimes I think the kidsfeel a little left out because
they're not involved in whatthey could be helping with.
So it's, it's taking those fewmoments, even if you are on a
time schedule.
Take, go from the heart and seewhere they're coming from and
go okay, now, if I was them, yeah, I'd want to be helping too
(22:04):
.
So just take those few extraminutes.
It may only take five extraminutes to just include them in
something small, but yeah, whenyou're living from the heart
rather than our mind, that'stelling us we got this and that
and this to do, it kind ofchanges the whole perspective on
everything yeah, and the ideaof of thinking from the heart is
(22:25):
not to dismiss your feelingsbut to recognize them.
Speaker 3 (22:30):
And if you're angry,
process it.
Yeah, right, but don't staythere.
So it's not like you're goingto.
You know, build a house there, right.
It's feeling it, acknowledgingit, and then it's like, okay,
now show me what lesson there ishere.
(22:50):
So it's like, if you felt likeyou've been wronged by someone,
ask your angels to see it from anew perception.
Can I see this from the lens ofcompassion?
I always say that God goggles.
I need to borrow the Godgoggles today.
I would like the goggles ofcompassion, I would like the
(23:11):
goggles of grace and wear thosefor a while and see.
You know, what do you see inyour heart?
And I loved how you brought inyour animals.
So here's Joyce.
I can see her.
She opens the doors of herheart and there's these luscious
green meadows and horses andwater flowing.
(23:33):
I mean, you just took me toyour heart space.
It was gorgeous, you know, andfor me it's that comfy cottage
with my wingback chairs, andthen my Alice she passed in 2023
.
And she's there with me.
She always sat at my feet andshe'd lean into me and I'd
always pet her on the, on the, from her nose all the way to the
(23:56):
top, back to her ears.
She loved her ears.
So in my meditation that's whatI do is I, I feel her, what I
remember, what she felt like, and she's there oh yeah, they're
there, they're, they're rightthere.
Speaker 2 (24:13):
I can, I can feel
them.
Sometimes I even get glimpsesof them because something will,
will move, and I'll go.
What was that?
Speaker 3 (24:20):
I go, that's just me
so yeah, and then you know, like
our walks, I it's been a whilesince I've been on a walk,
because the weather's been kindof weird here in Wisconsin but
and it's been muddy too.
But last fall I took a walkwith my two and I was on a
stretch and it was like she'shere, I could just sense her and
(24:43):
it's like well, you never stuckwith me before, but you are now
.
Speaker 2 (24:47):
She used to go run
off that's good, but yeah, it's,
and when you're in your mindyou can't feel those feelings.
You need to get to your heartspace in order to connect and
feel them, because they're there, but our mind has taken over
(25:09):
with everything else that'sgoing on in the chaotic world.
Speaker 3 (25:12):
That is such an
excellent point.
When you numb out from yourfeelings, then you know you're
living in your head and not yourheart.
Yes, and it's been there donethat yeah.
Yeah, we all have Our minds arebrilliant and it's just
(25:33):
phenomenal.
But it's marrying the two, andI just listened to Greg Braden.
This was one of his older talksabout marrying the emotion and
the thought.
So the emotion from the heartand the thought is what our
manifestation is all about.
And he talked about praying, for I'm praying for rain.
(25:56):
He says whenever you're prayingfor anything, it's telling the
universe that you don't have it.
So if you're praying for rain.
Speaker 1 (26:07):
You're actually
praying for drought.
Speaker 3 (26:08):
I am receiving rain.
I mean, you put yourself inthat the rain is falling, you
can smell it, you can sense it,you can see it.
There's the difference.
So that's where I'm practicingmarrying.
You know, my manifestation isbringing that sense back and
removing the lack and bringingthe senses that I already have
(26:32):
it.
And that has been a challenge, that has really been a challenge
for me, and I've done it inother areas of my life, right,
and it's like why am I so hungup on this one?
Speaker 2 (26:48):
It's a bigger
stepping stone for you.
Speaker 3 (26:49):
It is, it really is,
and it's staying in that
headspace and not from my heart.
So that's where my practice iscoming.
So just because I can channeldoesn't mean that I've got the
world by the hinder.
I don't.
Speaker 2 (27:07):
You have your
challenges, just like the rest
of us.
Speaker 3 (27:08):
I do, I do, yes, yes,
you do, dear I'm just just like
I do.
Speaker 2 (27:10):
I do, yes.
Yes, you do dear Well, and Iknew this show would go so
quickly because there's so muchto share about thinking through
your heart, and I feel we'vejust barely touched on it as
we're coming to a close of thisshow.
So I would love to have youback and we can talk more about
this.
We can talk more about whatever comes to you that the
(27:32):
angels would like to share withour listeners next month.
So I would love to have youback and I would love to have
you share the best ways toconnect with you, ann.
Speaker 3 (27:43):
I would love to come
back and I have a challenge for
your listeners is to get incontact with Joyce to let her
know what you would like us totalk about with Joyce, to let
her know what you would like usto talk about.
Awesome, I love that and wewill tackle it.
So a good way to get a hold ofme is through my email, or you
can get on my website and get onmy email list, which is fun.
(28:04):
I do a weekly newsletter andsometimes I do channelings
through there, but I usuallyhave it's a value program.
My emails are not just to say, hey, how you doing, blah, blah,
blah, blah, which I hey, how areyou doing?
But also to give you some value.
So either experiences that I hadand things that I did to heal
(28:27):
and move on, I usually havesomething and I usually ask
spirit, what they want me totalk about, and then also
upcoming programs and thingsthat are going on in my world,
and then there's always aninvitation to work one-to-one
with me.
So my email is anne atanneclossingcom, and that is
probably the best way, but I'malso on LinkedIn and I'm also on
(28:51):
Facebook and it's all my name, just to keep it easy.
Oh perfect.
Speaker 2 (28:56):
Oh, thank you so much
.
And and your newsletters arefabulous.
They are very touching and youcould tell they come from the
heart.
They're not coming from Ann'shead, they're coming from the
heart to help, to touch otherslives.
Speaker 3 (29:09):
So yeah, and I'm
having fun with LinkedIn too.
I'm doing news articles onLinkedIn and those are different
, a little more business flavorto them, like this last one we
did, coming from a place ofloathing, you know so you're.
If you're in a job that youreally don't like, how do you,
(29:30):
how do you get beyond that?
So it's like from loathing togratitude and being in
appreciation, so that you canreally figure out what you want
to do with your life wellbeautiful.
Speaker 2 (29:40):
I need to check that
out.
Speaker 3 (29:42):
Thank you for sharing
that yes, and that should be in
the featured.
So I'm still getting used toLinkedIn and, yeah, but I'm
enjoying enjoying it.
It's not as busy.
Speaker 2 (29:54):
Yeah, I agree with
you so well.
Thank you so much, anne, and Iwant to wish you and all your
families four-legged, two-legged, magical days until you and I
connect again on RobustLifestyles next month.
You and I connect again onRobust Lifestyles next month.

magical day.
