Våren är här på allvar, med snö och sommarvärme och lite kyla och gröna gräsmattor och syrensprickning om vartannat, så vad passar bättre än att lyssna till ett nytt poddavsnitt med Mats Ryd och Edward Blom!?!
Denna gång berättar den sistnämnde om sin familjeresa till Grekland och om sin nyvunna faiblesse för medelhavskost. Eftersom de båda gastronomerna anser att det grekiska köket är gravt underskattat berättar de för oss om spädgris och andra godsaker därifrån. Edward avslöjar dessutom vilken faktor som styr vilka destinationer han och familjen hamnar på (ledtråd för den som vill gissa: det handlar inte i första hand om mat och dryck).
Redaktionen har konsulterat en amerikansk hot dog-professor, dock ännu utan framgång i form av ett svar, och utvecklar temat med handskar och korv i kombination.
Edward berättar vidare hur det kommer sig att det går åt så mycket parmesanost i hans hushåll, och apropå en lyssnarfråga får vi ta del av både Edwards och Mats bästa och allra mest nördiga erfarenheter av piprökning, inklusive ett reseminne från Diagongränden … eller nåja, från en specialbutik för piptobak och andra gentlemannavaror han besökte för flera år sedan vid Harvard University.
