Life is no longer the same and will never be what we once knew. At first, I resisted it by trying to focus on my business and continuing with my goals. I was managing it - so I thought - until I saw a man die. At that moment, everything changed.
This episode is about the urgency of this moment in time and in history: to stop being silent. To stop giving canned responses when the urgency of the moment requires your voice. To identify areas where you have been silent, therefore complicit in allowing hatred to be emboldened.
Suzette identifies four forms of silence that oftentimes go unnoticed. They are:
--The Silence of People Pleasing
--The Silence of It's Their Problem
--The Silence of Not Speaking Up
--The Silence of Being Uncomfortable With Praise
Suzette goes deeply into the ways we become a non-factor because of our silence and why now is the time to be silent...no more.
