Além disso, eu ficava incrédulo quando as pessoas tentavam imitar seu modelo autoritário achando que aquilo iria dar resultados fáceis. O que vocês precisam entender é que ser um líder significa conseguir passar empatia para os funcionários, trabalhando a sua auto estima para que elas acreditem que são capazes de entregar resultados. Ninguém mais quer ter um chefe autoritário, antipático e egoísta. Essa era já passou e se você não entender isso, vai ficar pra trás.
