Part 2 of our conversation about connecting chef and diner through food is on the plate for today. The House of Bah Foundation is a non-profit providing a path for immigrant chefs to establish their footing in Omaha and more than that is making far from Omaha flavors familiar to our city’s palate.
We have Chef Jamil Bah-Traore on the show who is the creator of House of Bah and culinary capstone MC Chef Brian O’Malley on the mics. I was the thankful recipient of plates from 10 chefs who put their hearts into their cuisine and connected people through food.
