We’re talking about those neatly packed, possibly designer-labeled suitcases of emotions you’ve been dragging around for decades—some that aren’t even yours. Fun, right? Maybe you’ve done all the ‘right’ things—cleaned up your diet, taken the right supplements, maybe even dabbled in energy work—but somehow, you’re still stuck. Here’s a not-so-fun fact: You can’t out-salad your subconscious beliefs.

If your nervous system is still holding onto past emotional wounds, it doesn’t matter how many green juices you chug or how ‘clean’ your diet is—your body is still living in an old story. So today, we’re unpacking those dusty, forgotten emotional wounds that are silently running the show.

We’ll also talk about the oh-so-familiar conditioning many of us got growing up.
