In this episode, I decide to go with a Q & A format and base it on the question I get asked the most from UFC fans, and the questions I tend to ask fighters most.
The question I get the most: How did you get your job with the UFC?
I answer in two parts:
1) My career journey through the world of broadcasting
2) How someone who wants the job I have can get started on their own path to maybe calling UFC fights one day.
I then go into topics about figuring out the intersection of social media use and overall performance... and what I have learned recently about discipline.
