Prisões ilegais, tortura, assassinatos e ocultação de cadáveres estão entre as ações dolosas do regime. No Giro Histórico de hoje, o historiador Willian Spengler conta uma destas histórias, com foco no caso de Higino Pio, primeiro prefeito eleito de Balneário Camboriú, município litorâneo do Estado de Santa Catarina. Entenda também o papel da Comissão Nacional da Verdade para desvendar o caso e, sobretudo, na alteração do atestado de óbito do político catarinense.
