Something that you never want to prepare for, but have to ~ grief. Especially when grief is aligned with losing a close loved one. I'm so thankful I did my mental activities, read the books I did, listened to the podcast, leaned on friends, and wrapped my head more around the afterlife. In this episode, I wanted to get into a taboo topic to help give you some resources to prepare your heart, mind, and emotions for the rollercoaster that many of us find ourselves on, even if we don't want to be.
And please excuse the CRASHING desk shelf thing towards the end of the podcast. Yup, this is real life bestie.
