In this episode we interview one of our graduates, Trina Sotto! She has been practicing since 2003 and we talk about her journey towards going for her dreams of teaching yoga from her corporate job. We focus a lot in this interview on her as a prenatal and post partum yoga teacher so you'll hear a lot of questions from us about it. This interview was also really helpful for us to clarify misconceptions about how to deal with pregnant ladies in our classes. If you're a teacher, listen!
