Don’t bury your head in the sand and hope things get better. If you want to have a consulting agency that is resilient in any market climate, you need to have a killer offer that’s relevant to the challenges of the market. Look for a painful problem (I look for at least a 7-figure problem) and then look at how you can solve that problem - and it doesn't matter what the market climate is.
