I've added a new 4-minute section to the beginning of an older and significant episode. "Easier Said Than Done: A Sign of Self-Betrayal and Resistance to Change. This recast is timely to current events.
If you want your life to be different, you have to make it happen. Nothing is going to improve your life if you aren’t willing to make changes. YOU have to go out and DO!
Let’s walk through the phrase “easier said than done” to understand why we instantly respond this way when we feel like something is too hard to do. It’s actually a phrase of self-betrayal.
This episode may make some feel a little edgy and that is because you have continually put your life on hold instead of taking any action…getting caught up in the feeling that something is too hard to do.
Please stick with me on this one. I am here to help. Start small. Baby steps to change or change your life.
