Shana (00:00):
Hey guys.
Welcome back to how it's reallygoing.
Okay.
Let's talk about somethingthat's completely changed how I
run my business and honestly howI live my life.
I am talking about chatt or openai If you've heard of the name,
but don't really know what it isor how to use it, this is the
episode for you because I'mgoing to explain.

(00:20):
In my terms with the help ofchat, GPT, what Open AI or chat
GPT is, how it works, thedifferent versions that are
available.
And I'm going to give you reallife examples of how I use it in
both my personal life and mybusiness.
So if you are running abusiness, if you have kids,
families, responsibilities, looking to improve your health,

(00:42):
just wanna make your lifeeasier, this is a tool that if
you have not started using, youneed to start using it.
Because here's the thing, chattPT or Open AI is not going
anywhere.
And so I wanna talk about allthe things so that if you've
been afraid to use it or maybeyou just haven't heard of it,
which I, I think you must beliving under a rock if you

(01:02):
haven't heard of it.
But if you are new to it, I hopethis episode helps you feel
comfortable in getting out thereand trying it.
I have been using it.
When I give you my real worldexamples, I'm gonna tell you
exactly what I've been doing andit's, they're my examples and
how I've been using thesoftware.
But this part of it, I'm goingto be using what chat GPT gave

(01:24):
back to me about how to explainwhat it is and why it works and
how it works.
Chat t.
Now there are differentversions, like Chat T is one
open AI software platform thatyou can use.
There's also perplexity, there'sDeep Seek.
There's a bunch of differentones out there.
So I'm going to refer to thisOpenAI as Chat pt.
'cause that is the one that Iuse the most and it's the one I

(01:46):
have the most experience with.
So to think about what it is,Chachi, BT is like texting with
somebody you know, who knows alittle bit about everything in
the world.
Like literally everything.
You don't need to be technical, you don't need to be a total
tech nerd to know how to use it.
You don't even need tounderstand ai, just, you just

(02:08):
need to be able to tell it whatyou are looking for or ask it
for what you're looking for, andit will give you a clear,
helpful response.
Now, I will say the way youprompt chatt PT is very
important.
Okay?
It makes a difference in thetypes of responses that you get.
So what is ai?
So AI stands for artificialintelligence.

(02:29):
It's technology that mimicshuman thinking.
So chat, BT is a type of AI andit focuses on language, so it
understands and writes text, soit understands written text and
it knows how to provide text inreturn to provide answers.
Now it does not have feelings, although sometimes in its

(02:51):
response it.
Looks or the way it responds, sometimes it looks like it has
feelings.
And I have to admit in myprompting chat, GBT and working
with it, I sometimes, I alwayssay, please and thank you, which
is weird'cause it doesn't care.
And I talk to it like, as it asif it does, but it doesn't and
you don't need to.
Okay.
So it's just interesting howwhen you start working with it

(03:14):
its responses are veryhuman-like that you almost
respond to it like it is, doeshave feelings, if that makes
sense.
It works by predicting whatwords should come next based on
patterns like the millions andmillions of patterns that it's
picked up in its development andover, the course of the time

(03:36):
since its existence of peopleusing it and so it is picking up
information anywhere that it cango into and find it.
with chat, GBT itself.
You can use, there's differentversions of chat, PT and all of
the AI software that exists.
Perplexity, deeps, seq, all ofthat.
They all have different levelsof access.

(03:57):
So with chatt PT there is thefree version.
So everybody can go to chatt.com and, sign up for a free
account and start using chatGBT.
Now the free version is a slowerversion, so your response time
will be slower.
It's basic chat only, so youcan't upload images or files.
It's not gonna provide youcharts or anything like that.

(04:19):
It's just answers to questions.
It is still very smart.
It is still going to be able toprovide things like recipes,
meal plans strategies, copywriting, things like that.
It's definitely still going tobe able to provide you a lot of
great stuff.
It's less accurate than the proversion.
Okay, so the pro version, thisis the version that I have.

(04:41):
I use chatt PT every day, so itmakes sense for me to use the
pro version.
It's$20 a month.
It has a faster GPT, it's aGPT-4, which is their turbo
version.
I don't know, but it is faster.
It is way more accurate.
What I love about the proversion is I can upload PDF
documents to give it, I can feedit information by uploading

(05:03):
PDFs, images, spreadsheets.
It can also generate images, itcan browse the web and it can do
like calculations and stuff likethat.
I do believe that the freeversion can do calculations as
well, but the pro version ismore accurate.
And the other thing I like aboutthe pro version is it will
remember preferences that I giveit.

(05:24):
It will also it also allows youto create folders.
So I have specific folders forclients for myself just for
different topics where it isholding all of this, the
information for that specifictopic or client in that folder.
And it's making sure that it'sreferencing the materials that
you've uploaded to that folderwhen calculating its response.

(05:47):
Okay, so the pro versions isdefinitely.
Good for somebody who is usingChacha PT regularly, whether
personally or professionally orboth.

(06:09):
And then Cha Chi PT has anenterprise or a team version
where it's everything that youget in pro, but there's admin
tools, there's team workspaces, there's more security in that
particular version.
So you, there's just more tothat as far as, if you were a
corporation and you wanted touse chat in your corporation,
you definitely want theenterprise version.
'cause you can have specificsecurity settings and stuff like

(06:32):
that in your chat.
GBT.
Where does Chatt Perplexity deepseek all these things?
Where do they get theirinformation from?
So an open ai, how I understandit has been trained, so it has
been given massive amounts ofdata, books, websites, articles,
conversations, you name it,everything that they could

(06:54):
potentially or possibly feed it.
T's GPT-4, its knowledge cutsoff is as of April, 2023.
So it gave, it's everything thathas been able to give it since
April, 2023.
It does not pull live infounless you have the pro version.
So if you're using the freeversion, its knowledge base is

(07:17):
cut off as of April, 2023.
So it does not pull liveinformation from the web.
You always want to double checkthat information and make sure
that it's, right.
Now, if you don't know if it'sright or wrong, which is
probably a lot of the times whywe're asking Chachi T'cause we
don't know what the answer is.
I always ask it to double check.

(07:38):
I make it double check.
Is this true?
Where is this resource?
How did you get to this answer?
If you're not a hundred percentsure and you feel like maybe
it's wrong, question it andquestion it again and again, and
get it to pinpoint itself intoaccuracy.
Let's go into some ground rulesand just some things to, think
about before you start usingchat.

(07:59):
GPT number one, which is, shouldbe common sense.
Just do not put private orsensitive information into your
chat.
GPT, especially if you're usingthe free version.
Don't put bank account numbers, don't put social insurance
numbers or security numbers orany of that kind of stuff.
Obviously, if you're not, ifit's not something you would
post on the web, you're notgonna put it into chat PT

(08:20):
either.
So just don't put any private orsensitive information on there
because it is open ai, right?
So other people, when they'redoing their search, as soon as
you put a search into Chachi, btit's taking that information and
learning from it and using itwith other users I don't know
that if you put your bankaccount number in there, like
when would that ever come up insomebody else's search?

(08:41):
I don't know.
But you just be smart about it.
So the other thing is, is tomake sure that you are.
Verifying important answers.
So chat bt can sound veryconfident when it gives you its
response.
You make sure you are looking atthe answers, and if you're not
sure or you feel like the answerisn't right, press it to check

(09:04):
itself and check it again, andcheck it again., Which brings me
number three, it, it is a tool,it's not a replacement for human
judgment, it can help you andguide you, but at the end of the
day, you have to use your ownbrain to decide what's right and
what's not okay.
And if you're not sure, you canpress it and press it again and
ask it to clarify or to to checkagain and that kind of stuff.

(09:27):
The more you use it, the betterit gets at understanding your
style and the way that you liketo communicate and the way that
it, you like it to communicateback to you.
So the cool thing about the proversion or plus version, mine
says plus, but it's, I pay the$20 a month.
Whatever version that is, is youcan customize your chat GPT, so
that you can get morepersonalized responses.

(09:50):
So there's a window there thatallows you to provide
information so that it tailorsits responses to the way that
you like it, right?
So it'll ask you what do youwanna be called?
So you can put in your name, youcan tell it what you do.
So this is what I do for aliving.
And then it says, what traitsshould chat chip t have?
And so some of the traits that Ihave in mind is.

(10:11):
Take a forward thinking view.
Tell it like it is.
Don't sugarcoat responses.
Get right to the point.
Use a formal professional tone.
Always be respectful.
Use an encouraging tone.
Be kind and inclusive.
Highly skilled at sales andcopywriting, right?
So you can give it differentprompts like that so that when
it is thinking about how torespond, it's going to remember

(10:34):
these things in its thinking,right?
It says Also, is there anythingelse chat, GBT should know about
you?
And that's where you can put inpreferences.
Like don't use emojis.
Never start emails with, I'm soexcited, so on and so forth,
right?
So you can tell it to do thingsin a certain way when it
responds right.

(10:56):
So I like that when it comes tothe plus of the pro version
because then you know that youare getting things that are more
tailored to who you are.
Now that we know a little bitabout what Chet BT is and how it
works, I mean, like I say, youcan go more in depth if you
wanna go to the free version andask it.
What are you, what should I knowabout you?

(11:16):
How do I work with you?
Is there anything that I shouldbe, is there any warnings that I
should know about?
You can go through and ask itall that before you even start
really using it for personaluse.
And it'll tell you, it'll tellyou everything.
It'll just say it like it is,right?
Because that's what it'sprogrammed to do, is to give you
an answer.
It's not bias, it's not tryingto please you it is here to give

(11:38):
you the information that you askfor in its best.
Ability, right?
So in the best way it canpossibly do it based on what
information it has, right?
I'm gonna share with you guys, five or six things, in ways that
I use chat chip t personally andthen also how I use it in my
business.
And these are some things thatmaybe you might wanna start

(12:01):
with.
I'm gonna go through personallife first.
If I reference uploading a photoor anything like that, that is
only in the Plus or Pro version,it's not in the free version, so
you will not be able to do thatin the free version, so I will
probably be talking about thatas I share how I use it.
So just know that if I do talkabout that, you need the pro
version in order to be able todo that.

(12:21):
So here are a few things that Ihave done for my personal use in
Chachi bt.
So the number one, which I thinkis the most important, and I
feel like everybody should dothis.
I don't know, it's not possible,I don't think, in the free
version because it needs to beable to have stored memory.
And the stored memory is only inthe plus version.
But I have a folder that is myhealth tracker.

(12:44):
So anything and everythingthat's going on with me health
wise, I make sure Chatt BT has areference of it.
So, I'm in perimenopause, lateperimenopause, and I am going
through a lot of hormonalchanges.
I'm taking a lot of hormonalsupplements.
I'm taking a lot of vitamins anddifferent things to kind of help
me through this, this path.
I've got lots of differentsymptoms and things going on.

(13:07):
I give everything.
I have told Chad GPT in thisfile, everything that is going
on with me from symptoms tomedications, to how I'm
sleeping.
I've supplied it differentscreenshots for my aura ring so
it knows what my heart ratevalues are and what my sleep
patterns are so that it has afull overview of my health in a

(13:29):
snapshot.
And anytime that I am feelingsomething or I'm going through
something, I put it into myhealth.
We, it's called thread, I guessyou would say, into my health
thread, and I've told Chad PT inthis thread to memorize
everything that I put in it sothat if and when I need to go to
my doctor appointment, I can askit for an overview of everything

(13:53):
that's going on that'sprintable, and then I can print
that and take it to my doctors.
I think this is super smart forpeople to do because it's an
easy way to track it.
And the cool thing is, is thatif you have the chat GPT app on
your phone, there's a voice memooption where you can actually
have a voice conversation withchat GPT, and you can just hit

(14:15):
the button and talk to it.
You can ramble, you can, like, when I'm talking to it, I'm
rambling.
I'm all over the place.
I'm saying all kinds ofdifferent things.
My thoughts go in a milliondifferent ways and it still
understands exactly what I'masking it.
And it will provide a responsebased on what I'm, what I've
said.
And you guys,, it's like talkingto somebody.

(14:35):
I know that's weird.
It can feel weird at first, butyou really just realize that it
is just formulating your.
Voice text into questions thatyou're asking and providing a
response.
And then when you're donevoicing back and forth, the
actual chat thread is in yourchat, GBT.

(14:55):
So the, the printed version orthe, the, the written version of
your audio conversation is inyour chat GBT, and then you can
save that to your health folder.
So sometimes when I'm gettingready in the morning, I might
just do like a health update andI'll be like, here's what's
going on.
I'm feeling this, this is what'shappening.
I've changed this.
This is where I'm at with this, and please make sure you

(15:15):
document this and put it into myhealth file.
And then it, and then it does, which I think is super smart
because if there was ever a timethat.
Even if, Jason needed to getinto my chat, GBT'cause for
whatever reason I couldn't,advocate for myself, he can see
what's going on and use thatinformation to give to doctors
or whatever.
So it's really great to trackpatterns, ask questions.

(15:38):
It will give you advice and tipson how to, do certain things or
if you're feeling certain ways.
So you can go into Cha, GBT andyou can tell at your height,
your weight your preferences asfar as what kind of food you
like to eat, your activitylevels.
You can tell it what your goalsare and then have it generate
meal plans shopping listsworkout plans.

(16:01):
You can have it, if you wannagain more muscle and you wanna,
you can be very specific withit.
I wanna gain 10 pounds ofmuscle.
I wanna lose, five pounds ofbody fat.
I wanna do it in 60 days.
Here's what I like to eat.
Here's what I don't like to eat.
Here's my eating routine.
Here's my sleeping routine.
Here's when I actually like towork out.

(16:23):
Create a comprehensive plan forme from, morning to night,
meals, fitness, all the thingsincluded in order to accomplish
my goal.
And it will go and actually dothat for you.
You can ask it for recipes.
You can take a picture of yourfridge, inside of your fridge
and you're cupboard and uploadit to the pro version of Chacha

(16:43):
P Tea and say, based on what yousee in my fridge, in my
cupboard, what products should Ipurchase?
What should I get rid of?
What meals can I create?
Using the ingredients that yousee in these photos, and it will
go into that.
It's in insane.
And here's the thing, like howmuch time does that save you,
right?
If it's gonna do the meal plans, the shopping list, like, and it

(17:06):
does it within seconds.
And then you just copy and pasteit into a document.
You print it out and you off tothe grocery store and you've got
your.
Your shopping list and yourmeals ready to go, it'll even
print out a chart for you if youwant to track things, to track
what you're doing.
It'll create, in the proversion, it'll create a
spreadsheet for you where youcan print it out and track it.

(17:27):
it's amazing for differenthealth things, fitness, meal
plans, that kind of stuff.
I've also used it for travelplanning.
So we have a couple of tripsgoing on this summer.
We have asked about travelroute.
Where can we stop in betweenwhat's around those areas that
we can do that's gonna be fun?
How long is it gonna take us toget there?

(17:48):
What are the reviews?
We wanna rent a fishing boat andgo fishing, where's the best
place to do that in that area?
And it will find, based on yourprompts, it will find different
things to do in those areas.
We had sort of tossed around theidea of taking a year long trip
when Ryan's done high school andgo to specific cities that we

(18:08):
wanna check out and spend time.
'cause Jason and I both can workfrom anywhere.
So we would work from abroad andwe were like, okay, here's the
cities we'd love to visit.
Here's what we wanna be able todo.
We wanna be able to work fromhome at some of this stuff this
is our budget.
Where would we start the trip?
What, in your suggestion, whatcity would we start in?

(18:29):
Where should we go from there?
How much time should we spend ineach of those places in order to
stay in budget?
What's the best restaurants inthe area.
Like you can ask it for all ofthat and it will spit out an
itinerary for you and tell you,you should start your trip here.
I would stay here for 30 days, then move to this location, stay
there, and then go here.
It's unbelievable how much itcan give you, if your prompts

(18:55):
are better, the thing with theprompts, you'll learn as you
start using it.
How to prompt better, like youcan, you'll get better at
prompting by seeing theresponses you get back because
you, if you get a genericresponse back, then you ask it
again.
No, I want this, this, this, andthis.
Not this generic.
I want it more specific, andmake it go more specific.

(19:16):
The other thing I use it forpersonally, which this has been
super helpful, save me time, save me money.
I.
Is product research.
So a couple of examples.
One, I wanted some new skincare.
I wanted it to be drugstorebrand.
I wanted to be able to get it ata drugstore.
I wanted it to be good quality.
I wanted it to be good for as Itold it, it knows my age and my,

(19:40):
it knows all about me now.
So I didn't even have to say it.
I just said, based on my skin atmy age, I want a drugstore
version of a facial oil and aserum.
I said, what are the best brandsthat I can get at a drug store
for this?
And what are their prices andwhat would, you recommend from
top to bottom?
And it shot out a list ofproducts and it says, why each

(20:03):
one?
And you can continue to ask itquestions.
You can, if you.
Aren't a hundred percent sureabout its answers, ask it again,
and say, how does this, how dothese products compare to
products, let's say in Sephora?
And then get it to compare them.
And then you can say, okay, wellwhat is the best value for my
dollar based on my goals andwhat I'm looking for in
skincare?

(20:23):
And it will tell you, and itwill say where you can even buy
them.
I asked about the drugstore.
And it gave me back someproducts.
And so then I said, compare theproducts on Shopper's Drug Marts
website and then compare them onAmazon.
Where are they cheaper?
Where am I getting the bestvalue?
And it came back with exactlywhere, and it was Amazon and it

(20:44):
said exactly the pricing, and itmade a little chart and it
showed the Amazon pricing andthe shopper's pricing.
And that even said, I have$30 inshopper's, PC optimum points,
where is the best value?
And it showed with the pointsand all that stuff, and Amazon
still worked out to be the bestvalue.
And so that's where I got themfrom.
It's crazy how much informationit really knows.

(21:05):
You can ask it for dupes, likeit was like, Hey, there's this
product I see from this company, but the shipping on it is like
ridiculous and maybe I don'twanna pay all that.
What's a version of this productthat is in London, Ontario that
I could get and it would go andfind something similar.
So you can definitely use it forproduct research.

(21:26):
You can look for best pricing, you can ask it for coupon codes,
you can ask it for stuff that ifyou want your product
specifically made in Canada, youcan ask it for that.
All kinds of really cool thingsthat you can ask it for as far
as shopping and productresearch.
I recently got a new supplementand I wanted a Canadian version.
I wanted it made in Canada.
I wanted it to be high grade.

(21:48):
And so I asked it to find me theresources for that product and
then where I could purchase itand it gave me links and
everything.
So there's a lot of really greatshopping research you can do on
Chatt PT.
The other thing that we use itfor.
When Ryan was in grade ninemath, because I haven't done
grade nine math in a lot ofyears and I don't know how to do

(22:08):
a lot of this stuff.
And plus a lot of it's changed.
It's like the way we used to dodivision doesn't, they don't do
it like that anymore.
And so he was struggling withsome answers to questions in his
math work and I don't know, functions and brackets and all
that kind of stuff.
And so we took a picture of thequestion, we put it into Chachi
pt and we said, show me how toget the answer to this question

(22:30):
and explain it to me like I'm a10-year-old.
And so it walked through step bystep how to get to the answer.
So then when I could see thework that it did, then it made
sense to me.
And then I was able to, betweenhim and I, go through it and go,
oh, here, you have to go this, this, this, and this.
And so the next question that hedid, he just looked at how

(22:51):
Chacha PT got the answer to thatone and did that work for the
next one?
And then it made sense to him'cause he could see.
Physically how to do the work inorder to get the answer.
It's great for that kind ofstuff.
Also, great for if you get anerror screen on something like
whether it's something on yourphone or maybe your TV or your
computer or there's somethingthat's not working properly and

(23:14):
it's giving you like some sortof error code.
Take a picture of the error, putit into chat GPT and say, I'm,
this is the software I'm using, this is the error I'm getting.
How do I fix this?
And it will, it most likely willgive you an answer.
Sometimes they work, sometimesthey don't.
If they don't work, you justsay, Hey, that didn't work, why
didn't that work?

(23:34):
And it'll give you anotheroption and it'll continue.
You continue to keep pushing ituntil you figure it out.
My mom's Netflix stopped workingand there was an error code and
so I just said, send me apicture of the code.
I put it into Chachi pt and itwas like, oh, that code means
it's not connecting to theinternet.
You need to restart your modem.
She restarted her modem.
Netflix started working.

(23:55):
So it's great for that kind ofstuff as well in, in your
personal life.
If there's things that aren'tworking technically, tell chat
GPT, what's not working?
Take a picture if you can uploadit and it will help you figure
out how to do it.
And then of course in generallife management., I've used it
to help me write emails.
I've used it to help me clarifyeither health terms or if

(24:18):
there's, there's a lot of stuffgoing on in the world
politically and tariffs and allthese things, and I've been
like, okay, how is this?
This new thing that's happeningover here, how is this gonna
affect my life here in Canada?
Explain it to me.
I don't understand how this isgonna affect me.
Can you explain it?
And it will, you can ask it tohelp you plan out if you have
daily habits, if you are a DHD,and you need ways to be able to

(24:40):
be more productive.
You can also ask it to summarizebooks.
Or if you're watching a movieand you don't understand what
happened in a movie, or there'ssomething that just didn't make
sense to you, you can ask chatGBT to explain it.
I've done that lots of times.
You can do it even with yourkids if you're working, if
you're struggling with somethingwith your kids, whether it's,
they're not eating or they're,all of a sudden being,

(25:02):
different.
For whatever reason, you can askChad, GBT like, Hey, is this
normal?
Like sometimes just even beingable to hear that something is
normal and that it's not justyou because it references other
in the pro version, if you saythis is the behavior, this is
the age and this is what'shappening, is this normal, and

(25:22):
give me references to show methat this is normal, then it
will tell you yay, yay or nay,if that's normal or not.
And then it will give you thereferences where you can then do
some more research to read moreabout if that behavior or that
thing that's happening is normalor not.
So again, it's not necessarily areplacement for a doctor or a
therapist or any of that kind ofstuff, but it at least can at

(25:44):
this point anyways, I, I ahundred percent believe it's
going to go in that directionbecause this is just gonna keep
getting smarter, right?
It's gonna keep getting betterand it's gonna keep getting
smarter.
So, obviously at this stage ofthe game, we still go to our
health professionals fordefinitely health stuff.
But it is a great place to get.

(26:06):
Some direction to get someinformation in order to help you
make decisions as to what'snext.
Use your best judgment.
But it is great to getinformation about that kind of
stuff.
So that's just a few examples ofhow I use it in my personal
life.
I'm gonna share some businessstuff here in a second, but I
will say every day I'm using itfor something new.
I'm consistently in cha ptquestioning it for all kinds of

(26:29):
different things.
I, I don't go to Google anymore.
I go to Chachi pt.
And this brings us into thebusiness side of things from a
business standpoint.
If you own a business, it'svitally important that you.
Are discoverable online becausewhat's happening is, is that
people are going to chat GPT orai, deep seek perplexity,

(26:51):
whichever one, and they aresearching for what they want and
they need in there and asking, where can I get this in my
hometown, home, city, whatever.
Right?
And if your business, if youdon't have a website, if you
don't have proper SEO, if youdon't have, good keywords, if
you don't have blogs and thingslike that, if for your business,

(27:12):
you're not gonna be discoveredby AI because it doesn't have
the ability to reach you to, inorder to be able to put you
into.
The conversation.
So I don't know exactly how thatworks and how that's going to
work, but I do know that that'spart of what's coming for
businesses is being able to bediscovered in chat GBT or in
open ai.

(27:33):
And I know the first step tothat is SEO for sure.
And that's something that I'vejust invested in myself.
I've actually personallypartnered with some SEO experts
to be able to help my clientsget their businesses properly
done with the proper SEOkeywords so that they can, we
can become discoverable in AIsoftware.

(27:54):
I may be speaking a little outtaturn there'cause I don't a
hundred percent know exactly howit works, but I do know that
that is an important piece inorder to start the process of
being discoverable in open ai.
So there's that.
Okay, so let's talk about how Iuse chat chie in my business.
First and foremost, I use it forcopywriting and I know that it

(28:19):
is not a replacement for acopywriter.
Working with a copywriter isstill a great way to get your
copy because they are personal.
They get to know you, yourbusiness, all those things.
And you get very personalizedcontent, when you work with a
copywriter.
However, with chat GPT, you canin the pro version, upload

(28:39):
documentation, PDFs, you cangive it websites, you can give
it information about you andyour business and ask it to use
that alongside with anything andeverything it knows about
marketing, online business, yourniche, you pump it full of the
information that you want it towork from.
Plus you tell it that it needsto search for expert ex

(29:01):
expertise in sales and marketingstrategies and provide you with.
Whether it be sales page copyheadlines, body copy, calls to
action buttons, what should Iput on these call to action
buttons that will help somebody, want to click?
How do I take, this lead magnet?
Can you create a sequence ofemails that I, that will trigger

(29:23):
when someone downloads this andmake sure that there's an upsell
for this course inside thiscopy?
So with business.
You have to know how to promptit in order to, get it to give
you what you will need in orderto create the conversion, right?
And working with somebody who isusing AI every day in their life

(29:44):
and in their business is a placeto start is making sure you have
somebody who knows what they'redoing when it comes to chacha,
bt, and AI in business.
Personally, I'm using this formy own business, but I do also
use it with my clients when theyconsent for me to be able to use
it to help them.
So I do always ask, Hey, if youwant me to take care of the copy

(30:04):
for your sales page or yourwebsite, are I will be using
Chacha bt, are you okay withthat?
And oftentimes they are, right.
So using it for copy is probablythe number one thing that I do
using it in my business.
I will often ask it to rephrasethings to sound more like the
client if I've given itsomething that the client has

(30:25):
given me that they've written.
Or sometimes it's a podcasttranscript where I'll say,
here's the client's voice fromthis transcript.
Write this sales page.
So it sounds like them.
Right, so you're able to usethat transcript and the prompt
to create things that reallymatch and mesh with who your
client is or who you are, right?
So a lot of email marketing, sales, page copy, website copy

(30:50):
that kind of stuff.
Definitely using it for that formyself and for my clients
personally.
I'm also using chacha PT toreview my proposals that I'm
giving clients, reviewing mypricing based on the going rate
for Kajabi designers at thislevel.
Making sure that my phrasing iscorrect on my proposals.
Am I missing anything?

(31:11):
Is there anything that I shouldcheck for clarity?
Is there anything I should addto this proposal for clarity?
Is there anything you think Ishould add in general as an
extra service to be able to helpmy clients with this type of
proposal?
So I'm really taking it anotherstep level deeper and having
somebody else, and that's notsomebody, but having another.

(31:32):
Perspective on the work that I'mdoing.
'cause when you're asolopreneur, you're working your
business by yourself.
I'm creating my proposals.
It's just me and my proposal.
Looking at the numbers, doingthe things, going okay, this
feels right.
I don't know, sometimes I talkto Jason about it and we kind of
review it together.
But having another completelyseparate perspective on what you
are doing as a solopreneur isvery helpful.

(31:55):
And again, it comes down tounderstanding and knowing how to
prompt it in order to get theright response.
So it's not, and when I saythat, I don't, I'm not saying
that you are trying tomanipulate it to give you the
response you want.
You're just making sure thatyou're giving it the right
information in order to providethat perspective.

(32:16):
That's maybe something you'renot seeing in return.
I'll say, based on, the goingrates for an expert level,
Kajabi designer, graphicdesigner, review my proposal and
pricing everything that'sincluded.
Is this in pricing in line withsomebody who's an expert level
in this, based on, the criteriathat's in their proposal.
And then it will do its thingand it'll shoot it back to you

(32:38):
and it will say, I think thatit's great.
Or it'll say, you're in line oryou're not in line, or Here's
some things to consider.
Here's some things that youcould potentially add and make
it better, or whatever.
Right?
So it's just giving you another.
Viewpoint doesn't mean it'sright or wrong, it doesn't mean
you need to change anything.
But it is, it helps you seethings that maybe you didn't see

(33:01):
before.
The other thing I've used it foris social media content.
So you can use it for Instagramcaptions, carousel outlines
ideas so you can, feed it yourniche, feed it your goals, feed
it what it is that you want to,who you wanna attract in your
social media content.
And ask it for ideas.
Ask it for the captions.
Ask it for what you would put onthe graphics.

(33:23):
You can tell it to avoid certainwords, to keep the tone, casual.
You can again, upload atranscript from a you just
talking and whether it be in apodcast or something and say,
make the, these captions soundlike it's me.
You can just basically tell itall the different things that
you want and what you don'twant, and ask it to create a
social media plan, a postingplan, ideas for content, what

(33:45):
the graphic should look like, how often you should post.
What should go on Instagram, what should go on LinkedIn, what
should I do for YouTube videos?
Give me transcripts.
Anything your brain can think ofto ask for.
Like go there, like just ask forevery single little last thing
that you could possibly want.
It doesn't mean you need to useeverything verbatim that it

(34:06):
feeds you back, but it is goingto give you lots of great ideas.
It's gonna help you think ofthings that you didn't see.
It helps you.
Like basically open up yourperipheral vision and see things
like from all angles that youjust wouldn't have thought of
before.
And sometimes their ideas aren'tgreat and sometimes they miss
the mark.
But again, you can always pushit.

(34:28):
If you don't like what it gaveback to you, say, no, this is
not what I was looking for.
I looking for this niche, notthat I will call it out and say,
you told me this in one thingand now you're telling me this
con this is conflicting and youknow what, which, what is right?
Can you please recheck that?
And it'll go and recheck it andit'll be like, yeah, you're
right.
I did do that.

(34:48):
So here's my, new response kindof thing.
Again, you've gotta use yourbest judgment with the responses
that it gives you, but.
Push it, push it for more, pushit for accuracy, push it to
double check, triple check, constantly be pushing it to,
because it, it can, it can domore, it can do better, it can
get more precise, it can getmore accurate, it can get more

(35:10):
creative.
It does so many things that Idon't even know yet.
There are so many things thatthis software does that I have
not even come close to trying.
But it's all, it's only thatgood if you know how to prompt
it, if you know what to ask it.
The way that I've trained myselfnow is that if I question, if I
have a question about anything,I'm coming to Chachi pt.

(35:32):
And if I don't understand theanswer or if I need more
details, I'm asking it again, and I'm asking it again, and I'm
asking it again.
I'm training myself to, toconsistently be open to new ways
to ask or new things to ask and,and so that I can get better at
prompting it so that I can getbetter results.
Right?
So just be mindful of that, thatthere's no, there's nothing that

(35:57):
you can't ask it and tocontinually push it to be
better.
Okay, so the other things thatI've done for on the business
side of things is I've actually,I don't know anything about
coding.
I've never been trained how tocode.
When you work in Kajabisoftware, like the coding is all
behind the scenes and you canjust use the Kajabi templates

(36:20):
and fill in the pieces andparts.
It's like putting together apuzzle.
But there is opportunity for youto do custom coding in Kajabi
websites in order to make themmore unique and to push the
envelope a little bit to helpclients have better sites.
I know that you can do this, butif you don't know how to do code
or you don't know anything aboutcode, it makes it difficult for
you to be able to do that on asite.

(36:42):
So I can ask chat GBT to makecode for me.
So you need to know what you arelooking for or what you're
wanting to create.
You don't need to know anythingabout code, but you need to say,
so as an example.
There's a feature box in Kajabiand it only comes with one call
to action button.
So I can take a screenshot ofthat box, the picture of it,

(37:05):
like what it looks like, and Ican tell Chad, GBTI am working
in Kajabi.
I need some custom code thatcreates a box that looks exactly
like this, but I want twobuttons instead of one.
Can you create that code for me?
And it will look at the photoand it will build out the code
and then you can copy that code.
You can go into Kajabi, you cancreate a custom code box block

(37:28):
and you can pop in the code.
And most of the time it works.
Now there are some times itdoesn't work and the code goes
in and it doesn't happen, and itleaves you with this weird code
block.
You can go back to Cachi PT andsay, that didn't work.
Why didn't that work?
And then it'll review its owncode and it'll go, oh, I see why
it didn't work.
This should be this, not this, whatever.

(37:49):
Here's some new code, right?
So again, you can push it.
So I have been using it tocreate custom code that I can
use to help make my client'swebsites more unique than the
standard Kajabi templates.
And I know nothing about customcode.
So the fact that I can get codefrom Kajabi and know where,
like, you just need to knowwhere it goes.

(38:11):
And that's half the battle withcoding, is knowing where does
this code go?
But if you start playing withit, you can start to push the
envelope on what you're creatingfor your clients by asking
Chachi PT to help you figure outhow to create this.
Whatever software you're in, youcan say, I'm using this
software.
I have the ability to put customcode into a block.

(38:32):
I want codes so that when I popit in, it's gonna create this
effect.
And you give it the photo andthen it will look at that and
most likely create code for youto create that effect.
It's really great for that kindof stuff.
Anything you can think of, just, just ask it and see what it
tells you and see what it says, see what it comes up with.
I'm just scratching the surfacehere right now.

(38:54):
You can ask it for strategiesfor your business like.
I have done this before where Ihave said to chat GBTI know that
AI is changing the landscape forweb designers like myself.
You know what?
Tell me what the future is for aKajabi website designer.
Will we still need designers oris AI gonna take that over?
And if AI does take that over, where should I focus my time and

(39:17):
energy?
And where should I pivot mybusiness in order to still be
relevant?
And then it provides an overviewof where things are going, where
it says, thinks things are goingbased on its knowledge.
And where I could potentiallypivot my business to based on
what what it knows about me andwhat I do.
I've asked it to create courses.

(39:38):
One of the suggestions was tocreate an online course and
about artificial intelligenceand how to use it as designers.
And it gave me the full outlineof the course and what I should
talk about in the course.
And little.
Pieces and parts that I shouldadd to the course.
Pricing for the course salespage for the course, you name
it, it like laid the whole thingout from top to bottom.

(39:59):
Now it still needs a human toimplement it.
I would still have to createeverything and do everything.
But the ideas are there, right?
So if you're a business ownerand you're like, this isn't
working, or this is reallyworking, what should I do next?
It's a great place to go to justget different perspectives and
ideas on what you're doing andhow maybe you should be, where

(40:22):
you should be spending moretime, where you should spending
less time.
How to plan, how to strategize, how to, be resourceful.
How you can save money, how youcan save time.
These are all questions that youcan ask it on anything in your
business and in your personallife in order to be more
efficient.
And that's really at the end ofthe day, is what is come down

(40:42):
to, is that my life is moreefficient because I'm using this
software.
And that's why I wanted to sharethis episode with you, because I
know some of you out there arenot using this because you think
you have to be techie or maybeyou're afraid of it and you
don't really understand it, andyou don't need to be afraid of
it, and you don't even need tounderstand it in order to start
using it.

(41:03):
And, and to help you be moreefficient and more effective and
to get those other perspectivesso that you can make better
decisions in your life and inyour business.
And here's the thing, it is notabout replacing people because
there's a human element thatstill needs to be in all the
things that we do.
Like I say, we still need to seedoctors, we still need to see

(41:24):
therapists.
We still need to hire, designersand copywriters and things like
that.
AI just helps us take things toanother level, we can use AI
with that human touch, someonewho knows what they're doing,
who knows what the outcome isthat we're looking for, and what
we're trying to accomplish, andto have that human element onto
it.
But we can use this to push iteven further.

(41:47):
AI is getting more accurate.
It's getting faster, it'sgetting a the memory that it has
now to remember things that welike and the things that we've
asked it in order to be able tocreate better responses.
It handles file uploads, imagegeneration, web browsing.
It does math to the hundredthdegree like math that you
couldn't even ma imagine it doesit.

(42:08):
And it's soon going to integratemore deeply into our workflows,
our emails, our calendars, ourshopping, even voice assistance.
It literally could be yourpersonal assistant.
It's gonna get to the pointwhere it's gonna be able to book
appointments for you to just dothings for you that you would
normally have to do yourselfonline.
So by me using ai, I've becomemore efficient.

(42:29):
I can do work faster.
I can get my clients' work donefaster.
I can get things done personallyfaster so that I have more time
to do the things that I reallywanna do.
You just need to know that it's.
It's not scary.
It's something that's going tohelp you.
It's gonna serve you, it's gonnahelp you save time, money, all
the things.
You just need to know how to useit.

(42:50):
You need to play with it andpractice it.
But it's not a replacement forthe doctors, the therapists, the
lawyers, the, the copywriters, the web designers, all of us
here who have jobs that, supportpeople.
It's not to replace'em, it's forthose of us who are in those
roles.
It's about learning how to useAI so we can better support our
clients who need us to do thosethings, right.

(43:13):
So if you've been curious aboutAI and you didn't know where to
start, I hope that this gave yousome ideas and some confidence
to try it and to start playingwith it.
So start small.
Maybe start by getting a mealplan or a recipe plan.
Maybe you can ask for strategieson how to be more efficient in
your day, or how to get yourkids to brush their teeth at

(43:34):
night or whatever the thing maybe.
Start small and see what it cando and continue to push it and
push yourself to continue tokeep playing with it and see
what it can do for you, right?
Like it's here to help us.
Don't be afraid of it.
Ask it questions see what it,see what comes back and just
keep playing with it and pushingit.
And I hope that you find uniqueways for you to use this in your

(43:58):
life and business to be better.
And that's really the point ofthis podcast was like, I just
realized how much I use AI in mylife, how many things I go to AI
for.
And I was like, does everybodydo this?
Or is it just me?
And Jason, my husband?
He's like, no.
It's just you.
And I'm like, okay, I need to doa podcast that talks about this
so that people that aren't usingit start to use it a little bit

(44:21):
more and to trust it a littlebit more and trust themselves to
use it.
And, and see what it can do.
'cause you will be amazed whenyou can see, when you see what
it can do for you.
I promise you that.
And if you are using it, let meknow.
You guys can always reach out tome on Instagram at I am Shayna
Rucker.

I'm always there to chat if youenjoy this episode.
I love it.
Thank you.
Let me know, please share itwith somebody who may be a
little bit afraid to use chat,BT or doesn't know anything
about AI and maybe would like tostart hopefully this is a, a
start, a starting point for alot of you.
Alright guys, that's it for me.
