A show about coping through the coronavirus crisis. Most shows feature a conversation about how regular folks are getting through the various lockdowns happening all over the world but today's features a free sample of the walking/running/bodyweight workouts that I will soon be offering. Most of the walkout consists of simply walking or running but there are a few bodyweight exercises you might want to familiarize yourself with ahead of time if you are new to this stuff. Air squats: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C_VtOYc6j5c If you have trouble with your knees, you don't need to go anywhere near as low as this guy does (I don't). Just go as low as you can. It's all good. Squat Jumps: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=72BSZupb-1I Again, jumping is totally optional. Stick to the air squat if you are new or have any joint issues. Walking Lunge: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DlhojghkaQ0 Again, this guy goes really low (yay, him). If that bothers your knees, shorten your stance and just go as low as you can.
