2016 vann Cornelia Holm VM-Guld i amatör-MMA i Las Vegas. Idag tävlar hon som proffs och närmar sig de största proffsorganisationerna i Världen. Hon gick nyligen en MMA-match i Slovakien och säkraste sin tredje raka seger som proffs.
Vi lyckades spela in det här avsnittet efter ett träningspass på GBG MMA. En träningslokal i Kortedala, Göteborg med äkta kampsportskänsla med boxningsring, MMA-bur och brottningsmattor. En klubb som Cornelia spenderar många timmar i veckan för träning som ska ta henne till toppen. Hon delar med sig av sina tankar om MMA och hur hon planerar för att nå dit hon vill.
