スマホやパソコンを使わない時間、どれくらい確保できていますか？軽く薄く手軽なデバイスになってしまったからこそ、デジタルとの距離を取ることが難しくなっている昨今。実は、欧州を中心に「オフラインカフェ」「オフライン・ゾーン」などに参加し、あえてデジタル機器の使用を禁止する場所に身を置こうとする人が増えているようです。
なぜ、そうしたオフラインの場を求める人が増えているのでしょうか。画面に視線を落とすことで見過ごしてしまった景色や、誰かとの偶発的な対話に光を当てて考えてみました。
