U snapt wel: ouderschap en al het moois en lelijks dat daarbij komt kijken. Alex zucht zich nu al de vakantie door terwijl dochterlief zijn telefoon heeft gestolen, Hanneke heeft eigenlijk alleen maar op de bank gelegen, Nynke heeft zich in een klimtuigje gehesen en zich laten omscholen tot dakdekker, en de familie Janssens gaat, geheel tegen de zin in van het kroost, BIJNA op zonvakantie.
