every Saturday morning 8 to 11am.
Central Podcast Channel Fromthe Sugar Shack World
Headquarters.
It's the In Wheel Time car talkshow.
Just ahead we're going to talkto Jessica Gonzalez from

(00:25):
Informed IQ about AI.
Ai is founding dealer fraud.
Well, wait, just a minute.
Did I mess this?

Speaker 2 (00:35):
up.
I think you might have had onepage too many.

Speaker 1 (00:37):
No, I don't.
Yeah, I had one page too many.
That's what it is.
Well, I apologize.
Let me go over here to MrMarr's sheet.
First we're going to talk toJohn Skeleton.
There you go, full time RVworld.
I think it's fitting, becauseso many of our fellow car

(00:58):
enthusiasts pack up in an RV, goto a car show, maybe trailering
a car behind them.
There's some sort of a drawDon't ask me what it is, but
there's some sort of a draw tothe RV lifestyle Freedom.
Is that what it is?
I think so.

Speaker 3 (01:18):
You know, travel, travel the country, see the
country or run in from the law.

Speaker 1 (01:23):
Those are my two.
That's his no permanent address.
Well, no, I think that they dohave that nailed down.

Speaker 3 (01:30):
And I'll bet you they have it nailed down in a state
that doesn't have state incometax.
Well, let's just find out.

Speaker 1 (01:37):
Let's just find out right now, joining us now, john
Skeleton, full time RVer withlife on the road, how to pack
wheel bearings Good morning, john, you got somebody looking a
lot better than you right nextto you.
Who's that?

Speaker 4 (01:53):
Yeah, that is Susan.
That is my wife and partner incrime.

Speaker 2 (01:58):
See, I knew they were running from the law.

Speaker 1 (02:00):
Yeah, Okay.
My first question is do youknow George Skeleton?

Speaker 4 (02:06):
I do know George Skeleton.
We've never met face to face, but we have communicated
frequently for many years now.

Speaker 1 (02:13):
Yeah, so are you talking to us from your RV.

Speaker 4 (02:20):
Yeah, we're talking to you from the back of the
camper.
We have a fifth wheel, so we'reright here in the back of the
camper.
That's what you see behind usis our camper.

Speaker 1 (02:28):
Do you have a permanent home as well?

Speaker 4 (02:32):
No, I mean, we have a permanent address, like you
guys are talking about, but thisis our home.
This is where we live everysecond of every day.

Speaker 1 (02:39):
Now, do you have a home base that you parked this
place, that parked this thing?
No, nope, we park it whereverwe park it.
How long have you guys been onthe road?

Speaker 4 (02:49):
We started June 3rd of 22.

Speaker 1 (02:53):
Oh, wow, okay, so you're more than a year into
this.
I had a cousin.
He and his wife did the samething.
I think that they were on theroad for, I don't know, six or
seven years.
I never really asked them whythey ended, but they sold the
fifth wheel.
They got caught.

Speaker 4 (03:11):
Well there's that.

Speaker 1 (03:13):
There is that they sold the fifth wheel and moved
back into a permanent residenceup in Janesville, wisconsin.
But, matter of fact, penny justsaid to me this past week how
much they absolutely loved thelifestyle and traveling and all
the people that they met.

Speaker 4 (03:30):
Yeah, that is true, we do.
I mean, we really love it.
Like I said, we've only beendoing it for 14, 15, 16 months,
whatever the math is, but we'veseen things and done things that
we never would have thought wewould do.
You know?
I mean, what is it?
That's what?
65 weeks, something like that,70 weeks.

Speaker 2 (03:47):
Do you keep a journal or?

Speaker 4 (03:49):
It would have taken me, it would have taken us, 15
years of vacations to see thethings that we've just done.

Speaker 1 (03:57):
So when you sold, where was your house that you
sold to start this lifestyle?

Speaker 4 (04:03):
Back in it was in Central Indiana, just west of
Indianapolis, central Indiana.

Speaker 1 (04:07):
Okay, so my family heritage is in Terre Haute
Indiana.

Speaker 4 (04:13):
Hold down.

Speaker 1 (04:15):
Well, your last name is not Armstrong, is it it?

Speaker 4 (04:18):
is not.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
It's Morris.
Did you ever know anyArmstrong's?
Maybe, Good answer, with yourhusband sitting right next to
you.

Speaker 3 (04:30):
We don't admit to knowing Don either.
We don't know that.

Speaker 1 (04:35):
Northside or Southside, I don't know any of
that.
Actually, I've never been toTerre Haute Indiana, but all I
can tell you is is that if yousearch the name Armstrong at
least in my family it goes toTerre Haute Indiana.
So there's that.
Well, we'll move on from that.

Speaker 3 (04:53):
Well, I would think one of the important things in
your lifestyle is that, whoeveryour travel partner is, you guys
get along pretty well, becauseyou don't get away from each
other very much.

Speaker 4 (05:06):
Well, I think we do.
I mean, maybe we need to be putin separate rooms and ask that
question, I don't know.
But about the only thing I feellike we're not always eye to
eye on is temperature.
I like things hot, you know.
I like, you know, the hotweather, hot.

Speaker 1 (05:23):
Where are you right now, John?

Speaker 4 (05:25):
We're in Virgil Utah, okay, well, the north corner.

Speaker 1 (05:28):
Okay, it'll take you about two, three days to get
here, but we've had over wellover a month of 105 degree days,
so come on down.

Speaker 2 (05:39):
She's shaking her head.

Speaker 4 (05:40):
No, no, no no.

Speaker 3 (05:42):
Yeah, it's he sitting there in a sweatshirt and she's
got a t-shirt on.
I should tell you something.

Speaker 4 (05:48):
Well, we're leaving for your race as soon as we get
down here.
We're leaving for your race,Colorado, and I think the high
temperature a couple of days isonly going to be in the upper
50s.

Speaker 2 (05:55):
There you go, 60.
Do you keep a journal or haveyou logged miles?
How many miles do you know orestimate that you've traveled?

Speaker 4 (06:03):
Well, we have 14,500 miles roughly on the camper
itself and we have about 52,000miles on the truck.

Speaker 1 (06:13):
What kind of truck?

Speaker 4 (06:15):
There's a 22 Ram 3500 .
Uh duly.

Speaker 1 (06:21):
Has he got the Cubbins diesel in it?
Oh yeah, it does.
And how's that working out foryou?

Speaker 4 (06:28):
It's an awesome truck .
It really is.
I mean, we have a this camperweighs probably eight and a half
nine tons, something like that, and you know, that truck gets
us over the Rockies, Doesn'teven really break a sweat.

Speaker 3 (06:40):
And who does?
Who does the majority of thedriving?
I'll let the drive, yeah.

Speaker 4 (06:46):
Every single second.

Speaker 1 (06:48):
So whose idea was this?
To sell the house and startedthis RV thing?
Yours, John.

Speaker 4 (06:54):
Well, I mean I, it was my idea, I brought it up, oh
come on.

Speaker 1 (06:57):
John.
Now be honest.

Speaker 4 (06:58):
It's your fault, let me give you the entire.
There's a look of surprise onyour wife's face.
I can squeeze in this entiredecision making process in about
one sentence.
We're watching TV in Novemberof 19, 2019.
And I don't know.
I think we're watchingsomething on the national parks
and I looked at Susan and I saidwould you ever think about just
selling everything and travelthe country she goes?

Speaker 1 (07:19):
yeah, that was it that was our decision making
process so well, but you're, soyou're in central Indiana.
I mean, what did you do therefor a living?
Apparently, you worked at somepoint.

Speaker 4 (07:30):
Yeah, and I still do.
I work full time as well.
I'm a banker, so I do bankthings.

Speaker 1 (07:34):
Yeah, do you have a teller window notched in?

Speaker 3 (07:37):
the side of the RV, right back there in the back,
say that window back there.

Speaker 2 (07:40):
They're sitting on a stack of money.

Speaker 4 (07:42):
No, no, no, no, now you know, why he's running Do
you.

Speaker 2 (07:46):
Yeah, you do.

Speaker 3 (07:48):
Focus on any type of areas to visit.
I know you said you're in Utahright now and I know Utah's got
some stunning national parks, but is that is the national park
still a theme that you'retrying to visit as many of them
as you can while you'retraveling?

Speaker 4 (08:04):
I wouldn't say that visiting all the national parks
is necessarily our goal, but thething is, the national parks
are just so beautiful that thatif you get close to one, you
can't not go Right.

Speaker 2 (08:13):
Right.

Speaker 4 (08:14):
But we so, like I said, we left in June of 22 was
when we left Indiana and we havebasically not completely but
almost exclusively spent theentire time west of the
Mississippi.
So we've been in most of thestates west of the Mississippi.
Now next year we're going to domost of the states east of the
Mississippi, um, and then theyear after that I think we're

(08:35):
going to try to spend the summerup in Alaska.

Speaker 1 (08:37):
Oh wow.
So do you have any plans to,after you've got done with all
of this touring with the fifthwheel, of hanging up the fifth
wheel or parking it somewhereand getting back to real life?

Speaker 4 (08:52):
Yeah, we've talked about that, you know.
Um, where do we want to?
You know, put down roots, permanent roots.
You know we've narrowed it downto a couple of states and three
states.
What?

Speaker 1 (09:04):
are those?
What are those states?

Speaker 4 (09:07):
Uh, south Carolina and New Mexico or top are the
the top of the pack right now.

Speaker 1 (09:12):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (09:13):
Why?
That's pretty wide rangebetween their geographic range.

Speaker 4 (09:17):
Again, it goes back to our differences of of climate
.
You know I like hot and humid,so South Carolina is my, is my
jam.
Um, she doesn't like hot andhumid, so that's where North or
where New Mexico comes in.
So, and they're both awesomestates, we've been both of them.
Um, they're both awesome states.
We love them.
In fact, we're headed to NewMexico right now, here in the

(09:39):
next month, for the uh balloonfiesta.

Speaker 1 (09:41):
So what, what kind of uh RV do you have there?

Speaker 4 (09:45):
We have a 2022 Jaco pinnacle.
It's a 41 foot fifth wheel bathand a half Slide outs.
Slide outs we have three slides.

Speaker 3 (10:04):
And Jaco seems to be kind of one of the more popular
versions of fifth wheel traveltrailers on the market.
Is that correct?

Speaker 4 (10:13):
Yeah, that is right, jaco is very popular.
Of course, just like anymanufacturer of anything, you
have different levels and wehave a pinnacle and those are
good full time.
For people who live in it fulltime and travel a lot, jaco
pinnacle is really a solid build.
As opposed to somebody maybeonly does it over the summer or

(10:35):
they live in it, but they livein it at a permanent location
for a long period of time, john.

Speaker 1 (10:40):
All I know is that it can be a lot of work.
Yeah, once you get to whereyou're going I mean you're going
to work half a day get thething set up.

Speaker 4 (10:50):
Well, you know, setting it up actually is really
a piece of cake.
It's the tear down that takes alittle bit longer, okay.

Speaker 1 (10:57):
Whatever, but I mean there's a lot of work involved
in that.
Here's the other thing.
Huh, 41 feet behind my car, let's see, can I make that right
hand turn in downtown TerreHaute?

Speaker 4 (11:14):
Yeah, that is the challenge.
And also when we go east nextyear I'll be looking real
closely at overhead becausewe're 13 foot four inches high
and you go out in the east andsometimes those overpasses not
on the interstates, but when youget off the interstates
sometimes those overpassesaren't that high.
So you have to put some thoughtinto it and there's software,

(11:36):
of course.

Speaker 3 (11:38):
So there is an app that'll talk to you about low
clearance.

Speaker 1 (11:42):
How about that five foot nine bridge video that you
see people trying to put theirvehicle, like yours, underneath?
That wipes all of the airconditioning off the top of it
as they go underneath it.

Speaker 4 (11:54):
Yeah, in our hometown of Avon, where we were before
we started, there's a lowrailroad overpass.
Two, three times a year you'llsee some UPS truck or some
delivery truck to shear the topoff of it.
They have to shut it down for aday to fix it.

Speaker 2 (12:08):
Is there any maintenance that you need to do
on that part of it, thatmotorhome or the travel?

Speaker 4 (12:13):
trailer.
Oh yeah, constant maintenance,constant maintenance.
You know well, your last week, you know, we repacked the
bearings.
That's super important.
I was up on the roof this pastweek, you know, cleaning the
condenser and evaporator coilson all three of the air
conditioning units.
Next week I have to clean andtreat the roof itself because it

(12:34):
was been out for a year and ahalf from the UV and the dirt
and the sap and everything likethat.
So I go up there and clean andkind of put a protective coating
down over that, you know.
So there is a lot ofmaintenance.
It doesn't just pitch it up andgo and forget about it.

Speaker 1 (12:49):
And Susan, not only I'm sure that you probably take
care of the inside of it, butthen you have to put up with him
after he's been up on the topof that thing all afternoon.

Speaker 4 (13:01):
That's, he's not too bad about that.
Not too bad, not too bad?

Speaker 3 (13:05):
Yeah, so do you.
Well, I have a friend who haswho RVs and he talks about
having to make appointments orschedule into different RV parks
around the country and how someof them are.
You know, a booked up for ayear in advance.
How do you deal with getting toan area, because I'm sure you

(13:26):
have to plan on if you're goinginto the Yosemite area, where
you're going to stay, and howfar in advance Do you have to
book that.
And then, once you get there, how long do you typically stay?

Speaker 4 (13:40):
Yeah, that's a long answer to that.
So when we QR planning, youknow, the first thing I look at
is can we have a clear view ofthe sky?
Because I use starlink to stayconnected.
Do my job.
So I have to have a clear viewof the sky.
It can't be under tree.
We have not run into I don'tthink very often have we run

(14:00):
into a place where we couldn'tget in.
Now some of them are busy, butwe also plan it out a long time
in advance.
I mean, we've already kind ofsketched out our 2024 plan.
You know, here in the next twoor three months Susan will start
calling them and making thereservations.
But we haven't really run intothat as far as not being able to

(14:21):
get where we want to go.
But we usually stay somewhere aweek to two weeks, maybe a
little longer, but usually weget in on a Saturday, we leave
the next Saturday or thefollowing Saturday.

Speaker 1 (14:33):
Do you feel like you're going broke at any time
on this adventure?
No, he's a banker.

Speaker 2 (14:39):
He's got money in his fingertips.

Speaker 1 (14:40):
Well, I'm, all I can think of is he's a banker, and
so he's got his finger on themoney pulse, if you will.

Speaker 4 (14:46):
Check your account no we, you know, not really.
I don't really feel like we'regoing broke.
You know we're financiallyconservative people and so you
know we were able to excuse me.
You know we heard our housefree and clear, so when we sold
it, that's what we used to.
So we wrote a check for thecamper, wrote a check for the
truck, so we don't owe anybodyanything.

(15:08):
So you know we don't have ahouse or car payment, no real
estate taxes, no utilities oranything like that.

Speaker 1 (15:14):
So yeah, but those hookup fees in some of these
parks that you guys visit can bepretty pricey at times.

Speaker 4 (15:26):
Yeah, they sure can.
They've gotten really expensiveover the last two or three
years, you know.
So we get full hookups, meaningwater, sewer, electrical and
you know we're probably paying Idon't know, I haven't done the
math because I'm kind of afraidto but you know we're paying
probably 50 to $60 a night tostay somewhere Cheaper to hotel,
yeah, but every night.

Speaker 1 (15:47):
I mean they have no other place.
I mean you don't pull thatthing up in front of my house
here and stay in that for a week.
True, so it's every.
Every night it's 50, 60 bucks.

Speaker 4 (15:57):
Yeah, 30, 30 nights a week.
You know we're paying 50 to $60a night every night, but that
still isn't you know and that'sstill you know our mortgage
payment and real estate taxesand utilities and stuff like
that.
I mean, I guess you know, it'skind of a break even.

Speaker 3 (16:12):
How do you deal with the mail when you're on the road
?

Speaker 4 (16:17):
So we have a mail service in Livingston Texas that
handles all of that for us.
So all of our mail goes there.
That's our official residence.
So on our tax forms, driver'slicenses, everything with my
employer, everything is listedas Livingston Texas.
So all the mail goes there.
You know, any mail that'simportant they send it to you

(16:40):
via email.
Most of the stuff that goes tothat place is junk by and large
not always, but most of us junk.
Susan calls every couple ofweeks goes over with them.
Hey, what's in our mailbox?
Either try ship or send it tous and then we give them the
address of whatever park we'regoing to be at next week.

Speaker 3 (16:57):
And I noticed you chose a state with no state
income tax.

Speaker 4 (17:02):
Well, that was an actor.
That was absolutely a factor,I'm not going to lie.
But also another, a biggerfactor is you know some states,
to be a resident state you haveto actually live in that state
at a certain number of nights.
Texas doesn't have thatrequirement, At least not yet.
They might, but they don'tright now.
So we can be official Texasresidents and we can never spend

(17:22):
a night in Texas.
Not every state is like that.

Speaker 3 (17:26):
Well, you don't know what you're missing if you've
never spent a night in Texas.
We love Texas.

Speaker 4 (17:29):
Now we do spend about .
We do spend about a month everyyear in Texas because that's
where our dentist is, that'swhere various doctors
appointments are.
We have to register all thatkind of good stuff.
So we, we love Texas, but wedon't have to meet it.

Speaker 1 (17:44):
Well, you know, there was one question that I wanted
to ask and I don't have time togo over it now.
Well, kind of Do you ever runinto any car guys or people that
have a trailer behind, saytheir pusher, motor coach or
something like that, thatthey've got it all loaded up
with cars, race cars.

Speaker 4 (18:05):
I'll tell you.
When we were here the firstcouple of days we were here
right across the street from ussome guy pulled in and backed
his Lamborghini out of thistrailer and he just parked it
right here.
So we were looking at aLamborghini for three or four
days.

Speaker 2 (18:18):
Oh, that goes to neighborhood.

Speaker 1 (18:21):
Yeah, well, that's good to know that they're out
there with you, becauseobviously we're car people.
John, susan, it's great to talkto you guys.
Thanks for sharing some fun,fun stuff with us when it comes
to a full time RV or in thelifestyle that you've chosen for
yourselves.

Speaker 4 (18:38):
Awesome.
Thanks, guys, have a good day.

Speaker 1 (18:39):
Thank you, you do the same.
Travel safe.
Yeah, travel safe.
If you'd like to get in touchwith us, our email address here
is info at in wheel timecom, anddon't send us a bunch of junk
mail.
Time now for the in wheel timerace card.
And Conrad has the race card.
We're in the heart of theseason, winding down, actually,
now.

Speaker 3 (18:59):
So next weekend there at Maple Grove in Pennsylvania,
the NHRA is.
Nascar is at Kansas thisweekend.
They're at Bristol for Saturdaynight race next weekend and
then they're at Fort Worth, texas, on the 24th of September.
Formula one is in Singaporenext weekend.
They're in Japan on the 24th.

(19:20):
Indy M6, excuse me is at theIndy Road course next weekend,
which will be fun to watch.
You know, that's kind of comingto the end of their season.
And the Cadillac GTP cars andthe Corvette program.
The Corvette program is comingto an end because they're going
to sell a GT4 version of theCorvette publicly and then Indy

(19:44):
cars this weekend or at LagunaSeca, which is always a fun
track to watch.
Watch them come off thatcorkscrew.
That's a, that's a iconicracetrack.
Um, and that's it Cool.

Speaker 1 (19:56):
All right, thank you, sir.
Uh, by the way, the in wheeltime race card sponsored by
Texas nostalgia, modifiedproduction.
Yep, all right, you know somestates, well, probably every
state has at least one or twoweird traffic laws, and Jeff has

(20:19):
done some research and has afeature today on weird traffic
laws.

Speaker 2 (20:24):
Yeah, let's get this started.
And I've got all all the states, uh, handle here, and I'm just
going to pick one.
For instance, alabama there's alaw that says no driving while
blind folded.
Yep, okay.
Alaska, it's illegal to tie adog to the roof of your car, but
not your mother law, uh, I madethat up.
Arkansas do not honk your hornanywhere that serves cold drinks

(20:48):
or sandwiches after 9pm.
Here's a good one.
It's my favorite.
It's against the law for awoman to drive in a house coat,
and that's in California.
Have you seen some of them?
Women, you know, you could, youcould, you could no, there's no
pictures.

Speaker 3 (21:02):
We just the housewives of.

Speaker 2 (21:03):
OC.
Yeah, Kansas, you can'ttransport dead poultry in that
state.
So if you've got a chicken inyour trunk, you better get
married.
Don't put it Louisiana.
A woman's husband is requiredby law to wave a flag in front
of her car before she can driveit.
Get the heck out of the way.

Speaker 1 (21:23):
Oh my God.

Speaker 2 (21:24):
Here's some.
Here's a couple of my favoritesNebraska by law drivers on
mountains should drive withcaution near the right edge of
the highway, even though thereare no mountains in Nebraska.
So remember that.
Nevada it's illegal to ride acamel on a highway.
New Hampshire it's against thelaw to inhale bush fumes with

(21:44):
the intent of inducing euphoria.

Speaker 1 (21:49):
Have you ever had any fume?
Well, no, I'm not bad enough.
Put that there Now.
I'm not even going to, I'm noteven going to go there with the
question.

Speaker 3 (21:56):
Build models, oh yeah .

Speaker 1 (21:58):
Testors glue, and that's what's wrong with you now
.
Can you still buy testors, lou?
I think so, yeah.

Speaker 3 (22:04):
Is that the thing?
Yeah, but you gotta, you gottashow ID to do it.
Lord In New.

Speaker 2 (22:08):
York, you should.
You're from New York.
It's against the law to disrobein your car in Sag Habba, sag
Habba.
Don't disrobe in your car, sothat means you can't be saggy in
your Habba.
Oklahoma is another one for you, Conrad.
It's illegal to read a comicbook while driving.
Well, that makes sense.
Yeah Well, I don't know howmany can read there, but by law

(22:29):
in Oregon you must yield topedestrians when driving on the
sidewalk.
Who would have thought?

Speaker 1 (22:36):
Driving on the sidewalk.

Speaker 2 (22:37):
Tennessee, it's illegal to shoot any game other
than whales from a moving car.

Speaker 3 (22:43):
In Tennessee like there's so many whales in
Tennessee.

Speaker 2 (22:46):
Have you seen some of those people?
Texas you must have awindshield wiper to register a
car, although having awindshield is optional.
Virginia women are prohibitedfrom driving a car on Main
Street unless her husband iswalking in front of the car
waving a red flag.
We did that same one inLouisiana.
It's against the law inWisconsin for a person to ride a

(23:07):
bicycle with their hands offthe handlebars.

Speaker 3 (23:11):
See all those years as a kid Don riding that hands
free on the bicycle.
You were breaking the law.

Speaker 1 (23:16):
Yeah Well, yes, I was .
You're going to say something,nope.

Speaker 2 (23:20):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (23:21):
It's up to you.
I have.
I have Heming's price schedule,no sold cars roundup, and
here's one I know Kathy's outlooking for a car.
Yep, I got one, for it's sold.
But I think that's something toconsider for the future.
A 1956 Ford F 350 fire truck.

(23:41):
It's sold.
The fire truck sold for $21,000.
There you go.
All right, take that.
She might bring that home today.
A 1971 Kaiser Jeep I didn't, Iguess.
I kind of knew that there wassuch a thing as a Kaiser Jeep.
Looks like a military vehicleto me.

(24:02):
$17,000, and it gets what?
Two miles to the gallon, maybefor you, sir.
I have here a 1967 very cleanlooking Oldsmobile, 442.
Oh yeah, it's sold for $36,690.
It's beautiful.

Speaker 3 (24:22):
They all are Okay, not all of them, but he's not
partial.

Speaker 1 (24:29):
I really pared it down this week.
I have one here that stood outa 1966 Volkswagen micro bus.
Oh guess, is anybody?

Speaker 3 (24:41):
$65,000.
I was going to say 40.

Speaker 1 (24:45):
Jeff wins $63,000 for that ugly 13 window with the
sky panel roofs on it.

Speaker 2 (24:54):
Well, the 13 windows, not the selected one.
It's the one with more windows.

Speaker 1 (24:58):
Well, I guess that's what it is oh, yeah, the 21
window, the $100,000.

Speaker 3 (25:03):
There, you go.

Speaker 1 (25:05):
No, no, I guess it's because I live the era.
Those were not something thatanybody wanted.
They had those to haul peoplearound it.

Speaker 3 (25:15):
Do you ever watch Jay Leno's garage and the one guy,
fluffy the comedian yeah, he'sgot a huge collection of
Volkswagen buses.
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (25:25):
And finally for Mr Mars, you can guess how much
this car is it is a 1961.
Plymouth, four door, valiant, this has got your name written
all over it.
Yes, $2,200.

Speaker 2 (25:46):
What kind of shape?

Speaker 1 (25:47):
is it?
It looks like it rolled rightout of the showroom.

Speaker 3 (25:51):
Push button automatic slant six A 1961, plymouth,
valiant.

Speaker 1 (25:55):
Your guess is to how much that car sold for I'm doing
my car neck impression overhere.

Speaker 3 (26:00):
Let's hear it, I'm gonna go for 22.5.
You $22,000.
$14,000.
$8,000.
P.
This one is smoking crack.
That's a four door.
It's a four door why.

Speaker 1 (26:15):
Why?
Because nobody wants it.
Come on.

Speaker 2 (26:19):
Yeah, holy, what an ugly car.
Those cars need love too.

Speaker 3 (26:23):
The proverbial beater .
To me when I was in high schooland college.
The proverbial beater was anyChrysler product with a slant
six.
Yes, and if it had the pushbutton automatic, all the better
, because he could sit there andrev it up and push the button
and drive.

Speaker 1 (26:39):
I know this because my buddy had a 57 something.
I don't remember what it was,but it was a Plymouth or
something along those lines.
It was a two door Ugly, butthat's the way it was.
You want him with the pinkinsert?
No it would die.
But over here on the left ithad that little box that had the
push button on it, but Donstill had his red pumps.

(27:00):
Yeah, and he would floor thatthing and hit the drive button
and there's back tires.
That just go crazy Cool, allright.
