Svadhisthana (Sacral Chakra) Ritual

Do you experience creative blocks, intimacy issues or an inability to flow with change? If the answer is yes then you are in alignment with the purpose of this episode.  

In this meditative journey, we are going to activate the healing process of our sacral chakra by using a combination of Reiki, sound medicine, crystals, affirmations and mantras. Plan to listen to the episode while relaxing at home. 

The following items are recommended for the ritual:

• An orange candle 
• A glass/cup or bottle of water
• Wear something orange in color 
• Any of the following crystals: carnelian, coral or moonstone 
• Any of the following essential oils: jasmine, orange blossom, rosewood. 
• Any memorabilia that connects you to or reminds you of a time you felt creatively and sexually open.
