Svegliarsi presto la mattina ed essere energici è una cosa che tutti desiderano ma che in pochi riescono a fare. Vediamo alcuni consigli che per me hanno funzionato.
Svegliarsi presto e prima del solito la mattina ed essere anche energici non è di certo una cosa semplice, anzi tutto il contrario.
In più non ci sono "formule matematiche" che possiamo utilizzare et voilà ci svegliamo presto la mattina come nulla fosse.
Ci sono diverse soluzioni che dobbiamo testare e dobbiamo capire cosa funziona bene per noi, nel nostro specifico caso.
Questo significa che svegliarsi presto la mattina richiede una routine che venga mantenuta nel tempo per poi tirare delle conclusioni, capire cos'ha funzionato e cosa no e continuare a migliorare.
