Susan founded PowerUp Leadership, a boutique executive coaching, leadership advisory and consulting firm based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, whose vision is to create more inspired leadership in our workplaces through executive coaching. Susan built her consulting skills in Toronto at the global management consulting firm, Accenture. In 2016 she sold her first HR consulting business, and then spent two years in an Executive HR Director role at JD Irving Limited where she was responsible for leading a team to set and execute the human resources strategy for a division of five businesses.
