Blades is a founding member of AllBright, an organization committed to the empowerment of women. Here, she helped create “Elevate,” a year-long executive leadership course designed to foster leadership skills among women. She also co-created and currently leads the Leading Diverse Teams program for organizational leaders in both the public and private sectors, with clients such as the UK Department for Environment, Food, and Rural Affairs, Aon, and Tate.
