In this episode, Nathan invited R.T. Custer from Vortic Watch Company. In 2014, he started the business with his business partner, Tyler Wolfe. Together they pursued the idea they had in college at Penn State: A wristwatch completely built in the United States. Their signature product, The American Artisan Series, features antique American pocket watches that have been salvaged, restored, and preserved inside one-of-a-kind wristwatches. They are becoming the next Great American Watch Company by “preserving American history one watch at a time.”
