Welcome back to another episode of love and open conversation 🥰 Today’s guided meditation we are continuing to practice stillness and mindfulness✨ I also added a lovingkindness exercise at the end to continue spreading love throughout our bodies. Take this wonderful advantage to align with your inner self! 😌 As for the episode, I celebrate my one year anniversary with my therapist by sharing an example of growth I’ve experienced in this past year 📈 Therapy has been one of the best decisions of my life and I hope this episode pushes you to get a therapist if you’ve been on the fence!
