Welcome back to another episode of love and open conversation 🥰 Buckle up cause we hop right into it this week 🤪 Today’s guided meditation we are doing a coherent breathing activity✨ I want to do this breathing exercise (and most likely other kinds of breathing exercises) every other week so that we are constantly working on regulating our breath! I know it might be tempting for you to skip this part in order to get to the episode but use this time for yourself! 😌 As for the episode, I felt it was only right to share some of my top favorite books from 2020.
