Daarnaast gaat hij in Zaltbommel op bezoek bij kunstjournalist Gijsbert van der Wal die vanaf zijn 16e door het kunstenaarsechtpaar Willem en Ferry den Ouden op sleeptouw werd genomen door de wereld van de kunst.
