Whether it's through networking or partnerships, building connections and maintaining a community of support will make or break success.
Sam provides some advice to listeners about building better client relationships. One way is getting to know other client businesses. Once you get to know other clients, their business and what is important to them, you are able to understand them and their work, which can help build trust. Relatability is important in the legal space and it can really help build that bridge between clients and can create great relationships over time.
