La depresión es un trastorno mental que puede llegar a ser muy limitante y que afecta a un gran número de personas a nivel mundial. Un bajo estado de ánimo o la pérdida de interés y placer son algunos de sus síntomas, entre otros. A través de esta meditación guiada te acompaño a cultivar compasión hacia la depresión. No se trata de pelear contra ella, sino de escucharla y comprenderla para poder realmente superarla y desprendernos de la culpa.
