Esta sesión de Yoga Nidra está diseñada para ayudarte a alcanzar un sueño profundo y reparador. Comenzaremos con una relajación suave para ir preparando al cuerpo para el descanso y continuaremos con el sello de un sankalpa o mantra positivo, el cuál se irá introduciendo en tu subconsciente para fomentar el objetivo de nuestra sesión. Finalizaremos con una visualización hasta que mi voz se desvanezca y puedas entrar en ese estado de sueño.
