Toxic shame crushes self-confidence. It makes you feel small, not good enough and not worthy of love. If shame and self loathing seem to be your constant companions, this exercise could change the trajectory of your life. It uses tapping on pressure points. If you haven't tried tapping or it's been a while, re-introduce yourself. There's just too much research showing how profoundly effective it is at breaking up thought loops.
