Hij werkt veel met jong horecapersoneel en vertelde hoe belangrijk het is om mensen de ruimte te geven om fouten te maken.
Want eerlijk is eerlijk: wie perfect wil zijn, maakt eigenlijk al de eerste denkfout. Fouten horen erbij, dat is menselijk. Als je daar te streng op stuurt, raak je je mensen kwijt.
