Happy Day, Friend!
In this podcast episode, I’m sharing four (4) myths about teaching kids mindfulness. There have been quite a few of them over the decade I’ve been doing this work, but I boiled it down to the top four.
In knowing these myths, you can anticipate other people sharing them, and feel more confident in educating them about mindful-based social-emotional learning and educating the whole child.
These myths might pop up in casual conversations with friends, parents, and teachers or they may come up when you’re giving a seminar, speech, or professional development series about kids and mindfulness.
In any case, you’ll be ready to debunk them and appropriately educate others.
I hope you gain tons of value from the episode. If so, please share with your people.
