Kai Herdling - ehemaliger Fußballprofi, 24 Jahre Erfahrungen bei der TSG Hoffenheim als Profi und Trainer, mittlerweile NLZ Leiter bei Waldhof Mannheim.
Kai hat sich bereits während seiner Profi Karriere mit seiner „Karriere danach beschäftigt“. Nach seiner Karriere war er unter anderem U17 und U21 Trainer bei der TSG und arbeitete über seine Karriere hinweg eng mit Ikonen, wie Julian Nagelsmann, Hansi Flick, Ralf Rangnick uvm. zusammen. Heute gibt er seine wertvollen Erfahrungen aus den verschiedenen Bereichen des Fussballgeschäfts weiter. Als Sportlicher Leiter im Nachwuchs bei Waldhof Mannheim ist er aktuell mit dem Auftrag “den Verein als NLZ zertifizieren zu lassen” unterwegs.
