Auf dem Weg zum Co-Trainer des 3. Ligisten Energie Cottbus musste Tobias Röder die Bereitschaft haben, mehr zu machen als andere auch, wenn das Verzicht bedeutete.
Doch all seine Geduld und harte Arbeit zahlt sich heute aus. Denn er ist mit erst Mitte 20 offiziell zum Co-Trainer ernannt worden und schaffte mit seiner Mannschaft den Aufstieg in die 3. Liga.
In dieser Folge erzählt uns Tobi mehr über seinen Weg hin zum Trainer und was er dabei nachhaltig für seine Trainerkarriere gelernt hat.
