Peter Hogendoorn is scenarist en regisseur. Hij maakte korte films als ‘Wes’(2009) en ‘Show me Love’(2012). Zijn eerste lange speelfilm ‘Tussen 10 en 12’(2015) won op het Nederlands Film Festival het Gouden Kalf voor beste scenario. Zijn nieuwe film 'Drie dagen vis' is een zwart-wit tragikomedie over een vader-zoonrelatie van weinig woorden. De film ging na een internationale tour langs filmfestivals in Nederland in première tijdens IFFR 2025 en draait binnenkort in de bioscopen.
