Faith, Fear & the Mat: My Response to “Is Yoga Christian?

I was scrolling through threads and I saw this question, and the author was open to hearing actual responses that is why I responded- As a christian is it acceptable to do yoga? Normally I don't engage with content like this as there is so much of that nowadays but she seemed genuinely interested. Here was my response. My question would be if you are concerned yoga will make you lose your Christian faith, how strong is your faith? Yoga can be a tool to deepen your faith and connects you to the divine. What divine?
