What are your daily habits? Do you think of them in a way to be your medicine or potentially your poison? When we look at our daily habits from a birds eye view we get a good idea of what our true priorities are and where we can improve.
I recently started a 40 day yoga nidra practice and 40 day mantra practice. Along with those practices I'm still working on my daily asana, meditation & pranayama practices. I have room to improve my evening practices in a way that nourishes me vs watching tv. I'm not perfect over here, but I do believe I can do better.
