DJ is a total Gorrita fanboy…we’re always looking to make a deal…location, location, location…love us a public transportation user…if only MetroRail actually went anywhere…we hope the Live Local Act isn’t used for less than great purposes…everything going up but salaries…lots of equity, but where do you go if you sell your home?...that Miami accent always pops out…how we long for the days of Wynwood…not all development is bad, but let’s try not losing the charm of a community…ok so property tax goes away, but what’s the longer impact…we do enjoy an informative content creator…
