Being an empath or simply a sensitive soul can make it extra challenging to show up online.

But what sets us apart (yes I say “us” because I am an empath, HSP, intuitive, and introvert) is actually what draws people to us. Until you move into acceptance of who you are and are not, the internal war in your brain will continue.
