professor and licensed therapist. Today we have a special guest
on the show to talk about ifs or internal family systems.
This has been a theory that I've heard about from
my students and from other people for a long time
and have just been too lazy to look up the

on the show and explain it to me so that

been there since nineteen eighty I first started to talk
with Dick Schwartz about this in nineteen eighty six. That
was intuitively very easy to grasp all all the doing
of internal family systems is a little more complicated.
