Speaker 1 (00:00):
Watertown Whiskey presents Reality After Show's coverage of the NFL
Weekly preview show with survivor legend Johnny Fairplay, survivor forty sevens,
Gayboard Teas and producer Bobby Goodspeed.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
Oh hello there, wherever you're listening, however you're listening, joining
us live on the Reality After Show over on twitch
dot tv slash Bobby Goodsby, or joining us in the
archived episode also over on YouTube. This is the NFL
Weekly preview show for the Reality After Show. My name
is Gaybortis joined is always by Johnny Fairplay and producer

(00:40):
Bobby Goodsby. We're breaking down all of the upcoming games
for the NFL week Ahead, and boy, oh boy, does
Week ten have some good.

Speaker 3 (00:49):
Games lined up for us.

Speaker 2 (00:50):
Well, maybe some better than others, and we're gonna get
into that right now.

Speaker 3 (00:54):
Cannot wait to break it all down.

Speaker 2 (00:55):
Also, we'll be talking a little bit of last week
as well as we move through the games. Now Week
ten is upon us, and we've been talking earlier in
the year.

Speaker 3 (01:05):
We were like, this is.

Speaker 2 (01:06):
A pretty rough start for the NFL. A lot of
big name injuries took place, a lot of games that
just frankly, weren't that exciting week after week, but it's
been picking up a little bit. Bobby, are you properly
invested into the NFL season yet or do you still
consider this a down year?

Speaker 1 (01:22):
No, I mean the injuries have mounted up to make
this a little bit more difficult of a season, just
because of the fact that we're getting third four stringer
guys in there, and it's made for a little bit
of sloppy football. However, having said that, this last week
was absolutely killer, like a lot of one score games.
You know, the week before that, I think we had
what one one score game in the entire week, and

(01:46):
then just a lot of blowouts. Were like, uh oh,
this is not good for the NFL. Then this week
came crashing back to earth. We're like, okay, we're back
on track. A lot of good storylines to talk about
as well.

Speaker 4 (01:59):
I've turned around.

Speaker 2 (02:00):
I was gonna say, Johnny, it's been scabbed football from
you for weeks now. Have we evolved from scab football
or at least at backup football?

Speaker 5 (02:07):
Now we're we're it's it's it's got hints of scabbiness,
but it's it's good. As Bobby said, it it's there's storylines.
I love storylines. Yeah, you know, I watch wrestling for
the storylines. I don't care about the match, you know,
you know I watched, I watch, I watched Surrider for
the storylines.

Speaker 4 (02:26):
I don't watch for strategy. So no, I like so No,
there's great storyline. There's still a ton of injuries.

Speaker 5 (02:34):
I don't know how to fix that because I think
NFL quarterbacks for the most part, are protected.

Speaker 4 (02:41):
I think stars for the most part are protected. I
think that the preseason is absolutely worthless.

Speaker 5 (02:50):
And maybe that's what's causing all this. I think I
think literally, the first time these guys are seeing the
field is like Week one, and uh, and maybe that's
a problem.

Speaker 4 (03:00):
You know, maybe you know, if you're.

Speaker 5 (03:02):
Making all that money, when do when does the preseason
actually begin for you? Does preseason begin the night before
opening kickoff for the regular season or back in the day.
Does it start February eighth?

Speaker 2 (03:21):
And there's a lot of sentiment that like September is
the new preseason for a lot of these guys. Yeah,
it's like the first three weeks of football are all
of the actual starters and stars getting into gear, and
then once you hit October it's like, okay, now we're
playing NFL football.

Speaker 3 (03:36):
But again, to your point.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
Johnny, I don't know how you fix that. You know,
like you can't mandate these guys to play in the preseason.

Speaker 3 (03:43):
No, and I'm almost hitting.

Speaker 5 (03:46):
But if I'm these guys, I don't want to leave
with some of these injuries from the field. And I
don't think these injuries happen if your preseason starts February eighth.

Speaker 4 (03:56):
I mean it gets full on, you know everything, But
it's not all right.

Speaker 5 (04:00):
I got a mountain of money and I can do
a lot of fun things from February eighth till September twenty.

Speaker 3 (04:07):
Eth Sure, I know, I totally agree, and.

Speaker 4 (04:11):
I would probably be the worst. I am casting stones
from a glasshouse here.

Speaker 3 (04:17):
Sure.

Speaker 5 (04:18):
No, if I was an elite athlete all like, well,
first of all, I would be banned. So like they're
just like this guy can't pass any tests concussions, drugs.

Speaker 3 (04:32):
And like this is the lowest Wonderlick score we've ever had.

Speaker 5 (04:37):
Oh yeah, no, it's like like like again, Lords Taylor
would be giving me high fives.

Speaker 2 (04:45):
I believe the lowest Wonderlick score in history is held
by none other than two time MVP Lamar Jackson.

Speaker 3 (04:51):
I could be wrong. I think I'm wrong about that.
Don't don't quote me on that.

Speaker 2 (04:55):
So looking ahead to week ten, here that we have
coming up starts tomorrow with an AFC West matchup, the
Las Vegas Raiders taking on the Denver Broncos. Now, the
line that Vegas is setting right now is nine and
a half points for the home team, the Denver Broncos
bringing the Las Vegas Raiders.

Speaker 3 (05:14):
To Mile High Stadium.

Speaker 2 (05:15):
Now, I have to say, the spread last week for
the Broncos against Houston was only a point and a
half and it was in favor of Houston. I was
shocked by that, and it ended up being a one
score game. It ended up being what the Broncos won
by a field goal.

Speaker 3 (05:32):
They won eighteen.

Speaker 2 (05:34):
So Vegas was almost onto something there. But any Broncos
better has ended up coming good. Is this Vegas kind
of over correcting?

Speaker 4 (05:42):
Maybe?

Speaker 2 (05:42):
Is this too many points to give to the Denver
Broncos led by Bo Nix and Sean Payton. Johnny, you
look very conflicted on your face right now.

Speaker 4 (05:52):
Yeah, I think it's accurate.

Speaker 5 (05:54):
I think this is I think the Broncos are going
to screw up our end of great Thursday Night games.
Either it's gonna be able. I think the Raiders just
really suck and I and I don't think they're looking
to not suck.

Speaker 3 (06:09):
Yeah, I agree, and and.

Speaker 5 (06:10):
And Thursday Night has turned like Thursday Night was the
throwaway game and it has turned into a pretty cool platform.
A lot of people are watching. Like the numbers for
Amazon Prime Video are great.

Speaker 2 (06:23):
Yeah, and it's it's why the streaming services are going
to keep getting more games.

Speaker 4 (06:28):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (06:29):
And like, have you guys been keeping up, not to
go off on a tangent here, have you been keeping
up with this whole YouTube TV controversy?

Speaker 3 (06:35):
Have you guys seen this? Yeah?

Speaker 4 (06:37):
No, I I was.

Speaker 5 (06:38):
I was with Chris Jericho's son and Red Cup Jeff
Monday night and we we went to we all went
to dinner and then we went, Uh we went to this.

Speaker 4 (06:48):
This guy's house to watch the Monday night games. And
I don't uh, is it a dispute with Hulu or YouTube?
Is no no no Monday Night football.

Speaker 3 (06:57):
No Monday Night football. So you were a victim of this?

Speaker 4 (06:59):
Yeah, we had we had to go to the bar.

Speaker 5 (07:01):
We literally went to a bar that was attempting to close,
and we're like, we have lots.

Speaker 6 (07:05):
Of money and we are ready to drink if you
put on Monday Night Football, yes, and well no, just
don't close, like yeah, there's no one there, and we're
just like, oh so, but yeah, we were at a house,
like he literally exhausted every single like, I mean, he
was buying subscription services and still couldn't get Monday Night Football.

Speaker 3 (07:27):
Who is Chrish Erica's son?

Speaker 2 (07:29):
As a side point, I know who is, but is
it like, is his son in wrestling or now?

Speaker 5 (07:35):
No, he was just hanging out with us this week
and at Boca.

Speaker 3 (07:39):
Oh yeah, because you were in Florid. Yeah yeah, yeah yeah.

Speaker 2 (07:41):
So please correct me if I'm wrong, Bobby, you might
be more well versed on this situation than me. But
I believe that it is ESPN by extension, Disney has
acquired Fox property, So that's f S one, that's Fox Sports,
that's many other things. As it used to stand up
until recently, Disney and ESPN had a deal with YouTube TV,

(08:03):
which is owned by Google, that if you have YouTube TV,
you can stream ESPN and Disney properties. After that acquisition
of Fox Sports and those properties, ESPN at the end
of their contract, which just came to an end with
YouTube TV said, if we're going to renew our contract
with you so that your subscribers can keep our content,
we need to charge you YouTube TV more money because

(08:25):
we're offering you more content. YouTube TV said, if we
accept that deal, we have to charge our subscribers more
money so that we can make up the cost on
the back end. And ESPN and Disney said so essentially,
YouTube TV said, we will not renew your contract at
a raised price because of the Fox properties that you
now own. And ESPN is having all their talking heads

(08:48):
make these little clips online saying look at how bad
YouTube TV is go to keepmnetworks dot com to learn
more information about how you can get Monday night football
back on your YouTube TV subscription.

Speaker 3 (09:01):
It's a very weird. I've never seen anything like this,
and have.

Speaker 5 (09:05):
You've seen something, You've seen stuff similar in the past.
The direct Tv has had conflicts throughout the years with NFL.
I think everyone they've they've CBS at one time I
didn't have on my direct TV.

Speaker 2 (09:19):
I wonder if this is like the late stage capitalism
of all these streaming services that like can't even play
nice together.

Speaker 1 (09:29):
It's billion dollar organizations and companies fighting with each other. Right,
It's it's all about money, it's all about profit, and
at the end of the day, we're the ones who
have to face the repercussions of it all, not these companies.
These companies are making money hand over foot, especially Disney.
Don't even get me started on them. Disney owns the
world at this point. But the problem is when you

(09:52):
have a corporation like YouTube TV that's massive as well,
and you're telling people that the consumer, hey, by this product,
and this is what's guaranteed in this product, and then
that product comes out and then all of a sudden,
that main service that most people subscribe to YouTube TV
for because I know pretty much everyone I know that

(10:12):
has YouTube TV cancels it at the end of the
NFL season and then re starts up when the seasons
about to begin, one for Sunday ticket and two for
being able to watch Monday night football and Thursday night football,
et cetera. So it's very frustrating that us, as the
consumer paying all these exorbitant prices for these packaged deals,

(10:33):
have to face the repercussions of these billionaires fighting over money.

Speaker 3 (10:37):
It's gotten ridiculous.

Speaker 2 (10:39):
And I'll say, as an aside, I think the worst part,
other than the exorbitant amounts of money we have to
pay for all these streaming services, is that there was
a time and for any people who are younger than
me I'm twenty seven who are tuning into the show,
you might not remember this time.

Speaker 3 (10:54):
There was a time where you would be watching one.

Speaker 2 (10:56):
Game on your TV and you would hit one button
and it would flip to the game you were watching
before that, and you could hit another button able to
flip to the other game that you were watching before that.
Now I have to go back to the home screen
of my smart roll over to a different app, log
into that app, find the game I want to watch,
click on that game just to watch a few plays that.

Speaker 4 (11:17):
Actually, can I fix that for you? I can fix
that for your game.

Speaker 5 (11:25):
I'm just glad that as as a country that we
cut the cord on cable and we have these streaming
platforms that can affordably let us pick and choose the
very few things that we want.

Speaker 4 (11:37):
Oh wait, we're paying for all of them.

Speaker 5 (11:40):
If you want to watch anything. I forgot I remember
the plan. It was just like, hey, cut the cord
from cable and just just pick pick a couple of
streamers and you're good.

Speaker 4 (11:49):
It's like, Nope, you're not.

Speaker 3 (11:51):
Not that.

Speaker 1 (11:52):
It's gotten to the point too where I think they said,
for the average household to be able to watch every
single NFL game this year, you have to piece something
like twenty five hundred dollars for the entire season per household.

Speaker 3 (12:04):
That's insane. That's insane.

Speaker 2 (12:06):
Between different folks wonder or well, these big, these big
streaming services, wonder why people illegally stream games. I mean
I I go to methstreams dot com and I can
watch any game I want. I can watch red Zone
for free. I can watch all NFL games for free.
And that's often what I find myself doing on Sundays
is just going to whatever the popular illegal streaming services.

(12:30):
And you know, I'll say it on air, I don't care.

Speaker 3 (12:33):
Exactly. There's notion here.

Speaker 4 (12:36):
I got, I got, I got in streamer trouble.

Speaker 3 (12:38):
What does that mean?

Speaker 5 (12:39):
Well, not not like not like you know doing so
I do a Naked and Afraid podcast with this chicken
Frish from Naked and Afraid, Well, she just finished show
me a season. She got all of her money, they
break up your they send your money in payments, like
they break it up into four.

Speaker 4 (12:55):
Payments to you know, to shut you up. So so
even after the show is over, you're I mean, like
the finales aired, you're still waiting a couple of months
for your last year.

Speaker 5 (13:05):
So so anyway, so, uh, she got a she got
an email from Discovery Channel and it's just like, you're
not getting your final payment.

Speaker 4 (13:13):
You shouldn't have done Johnny fairplayce podcast and uh and
then and then it was followed up by a lawyer
email and he was just like, you go as you
said bad things about some of the other players. You
talked about some stuff that were going on behind the.

Speaker 5 (13:25):
Scenes, and most importantly, you referred to the Discovery app
as a shitty streaming service. And I was like, that
was me, wow, because I literally tried to purchase the
Discovery app to watch naked and free.

Speaker 4 (13:43):
Oh no, it comes on the app after the season's over.

Speaker 3 (13:48):
He was guilt by association. You had guilt. She had
guilt by association by being associated with you.

Speaker 4 (13:53):
Yes, so yes, you referred to the platform as a
shitty streaming.

Speaker 2 (14:00):
I can just imagine it, like in quotes in the
City streaming service.

Speaker 4 (14:04):
Yes, yeah like that. No, no, no, that wasn't that was
me all right.

Speaker 2 (14:07):
Getting into some more of these games coming up the
week ten Here we have another international game taking place,
yes at the Olympia Stadione in Berlin. The Indianapolis Colts,
coming off just their second loss of the season to
Aaron Rodgers and the Pittsburgh Steelers, will be facing off
against Michael Pennick junior Rocky Morris and their Atlanta Falcons.

(14:28):
Right now, DraftKings has this set at six and a
half points in favor of the Indianapolis Colts. Now, the
Falcons have been a very hot and cold team this year,
where some weeks it looks like they have it together
and other weeks they look like a complete dumpster fire.
I tend to lean more on the side that they're
a dumpster fire. But Johnny, how do you feel about

(14:49):
this Atlanta team?

Speaker 4 (14:50):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (14:50):
No, they're horrible. They're they're they're the shits. I mean,
like the fact that they gave false hope the two
three times the season that they did, like they own
apology to to fans, or even like very very casual onlookers,
like they are a waste of your time. They are
a waste of everyone's time. They are horrific. I think

(15:10):
this is.

Speaker 4 (15:11):
This is the get right game for the Colts, and
I think they have a field day with Atlanta.

Speaker 3 (15:19):
And yeah, yeah, completely agree with you.

Speaker 1 (15:21):
I think that Atlanta like they are, like you said, Gabe,
so hot and cold. They absolutely demolished my Vikings team
week two. But then they've had games where they're heavy
favorites and they just lay an egg. It's honestly like
the Atlanta Falcons are the sum of this NFL season
where it's just like, Okay, we think we know who
the front runner is, we know, we think there's this

(15:42):
is gonna be the best team, and the immediately the
next week they lose. It's wild, and I think, yeah,
I think the Colts absolutely smash I take that minus
six and a half all day every day.

Speaker 2 (15:53):
I mean, like, what, what team can you find in
the league this year that beat the Bills by ten
points and then got thirdar to zeroed by the Carolina Panthers. Yes,
how does that happen in the same season to the
same team.

Speaker 3 (16:06):
It's crazy to me.

Speaker 2 (16:08):
But yeah, I think that the Colts look at this
again as a get right game and they had big
reinforcements on the way.

Speaker 3 (16:14):
I mean, Sauce Gardner is now an Indianapolis Colt.

Speaker 2 (16:17):
For two first rounders. Jim Mersey's daughter who looks great
on the sideline. I mean, made a big old swing.
Two first rounders for Sauce Gardiner now gonna be playing
in Indianapolis Colts, White and Blue. I mean, that was
probably the biggest deal of deadline day. The Jets fire sale.
Quinnin Williams, who will talk to you in a bit

(16:38):
when we talk about the Jets and nor the Cowboys
will get to But I like the Colts clearly are
pushing their chips into the middle.

Speaker 3 (16:45):
And here's what I'm curious about. That you gave up
two first rounders.

Speaker 2 (16:49):
Right, you have Anthony Richardson, who I think it's hard
to still be in on. Right, they're committing their future
to Daniel Jones. Here is that a silly decision, Johnny, I.

Speaker 4 (16:58):
Don't think so.

Speaker 2 (16:59):
I I.

Speaker 5 (17:01):
Think this team is this is it. It's this year
and and hopefully next year. If you're a Colts fan,
but I think this is it, you go all in.
So this team, this team's gonna suck in three years.

Speaker 4 (17:16):
See Here's the thing.

Speaker 1 (17:17):
This team, like they have some really good pieces, right,
and they've been playing well all year. To bring in
Sauce Gardner, who is arguably the best, if not one
of the best cover corners in the NFL, I honestly
think two first round picks is a steal. I know
people are saying, otherwise, where are you gonna be able
to find a cover corner like like he was essentially

(17:40):
like Reeve's Island for most of his career. Yes, this
year hasn't been his greatest year, but I still think
he's got the potential. I also think it might have
been a lack of motivation being on an H to
sevent team at one.

Speaker 4 (17:51):
Point, you know what he's trying for, You're you're not
You're not beating the other team by yourself exactly.

Speaker 3 (17:57):
So I think Michael.

Speaker 5 (17:59):
Larson's can and dust every week. According to the announcement.

Speaker 1 (18:03):
Yeah yeah, according to everyone that was like, oh, just
give him the Super Bowl? No here, But honestly, I
know that it's two first round picks. I know that's
a lot, but they're expecting to not have the high
first round picks, like they think that they obviously have
a chance for that to be a late first rounder.
So would you give up potentially an early second, late
first two of those for Sauce Gardner?

Speaker 3 (18:25):
I do that all day.

Speaker 2 (18:26):
Yeah, I mean I I think that if you're all
in this year, which they should be, this could be
like the perfect storm season for them. They're the Tennessee Titans,
like I mean, they have a journeyman quarterback who is
playing way above his expectation. The rest of the conference
is very weak right now. Their division is the weakest

(18:47):
it's been in a very long time. You're running back
is having one of his career years, like.

Speaker 4 (18:52):
The Tennessee Titans expansion expansion.

Speaker 2 (18:54):
Year, like like everything is kind of a perfect storm
right now. So I don't hate pushing your to the middle,
but it is inherently a gamble. Like if you don't
win a Super Bowl this year, you are going to
have because Jonathan Taylor is not gonna have this season
next year.

Speaker 3 (19:11):
I'll tell you that right now. You know, Daniel Jones
might not have this season ever.

Speaker 2 (19:16):
Again, this could be the best, Like we could be
five years down the line and say, remember.

Speaker 3 (19:20):
When Daniel Jones tore off the league with.

Speaker 2 (19:22):
The Colts that one year and if you don't have
the capital to rebuild and sustain the success. Like you
might be not the Titans from the expansion year, you
might be the Titans from this year.

Speaker 3 (19:34):
Yeah, three four years down the.

Speaker 4 (19:36):
Line, and I think they're probably gonna be that anyway.

Speaker 5 (19:38):
So if you can a Super Bowl, get it.

Speaker 3 (19:42):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (19:42):
No, I don't have any issue with that. So six
and a half points of the Colts. I would like
the Colts spread there against the Atlanta Falcons.

Speaker 3 (19:52):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (19:53):
Looking at the one PMS that's Thursday Night Football and
then the early Sunday game nine thirty am, six thirty am.

Speaker 3 (20:00):
For Bobby and all the West Coasters out there, we.

Speaker 2 (20:04):
Have a inter reality after show match up this week,
very very exciting as the Baltimore Ravens will be heading
to US Bank Stadium to take on Bobby's Minnesota Vikings,
a battle of the Purple teams the Purple Bowl happening
this year in the NFL. Four and a half points

(20:27):
spread in favor of the visiting Baltimore Ravens. Do you
feel a little disrespected by that line, Bobby?

Speaker 3 (20:34):
Hell no, The Ravens are very good team their record.

Speaker 5 (20:38):
Does you always build up your competition before you beat them.

Speaker 4 (20:42):
Yes.

Speaker 1 (20:47):
Also, I want to say this game is Harbaugh pulling
some more triggery with the injury report, because the last
injury report I saw had zero players on the injury perfect.

Speaker 3 (20:58):
Attendance, perfect bullshit.

Speaker 1 (21:02):
Are we gonna have another one hundred thousand dollars fine
for the Ravens.

Speaker 3 (21:05):
I'm just calling that now on Thursday. We have ten
days of recovery. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (21:11):
Yeah, but just saying I think that the four and
a half point spread is honestly fair. The Ravens we
saw last week win healthy win. Lamar Jackson is back
in the lineup. They can absolutely cruise like he's got
all the talent in the world to make that team
a you know, one or two win team. Complete completely

(21:31):
flip around and go the opposite way. Having said that,
last week, we said the same thing about the Vikings.
Every single person here, myself included, did not give the
Vikings a shadow of a chance against the Detroit Lions.

Speaker 3 (21:47):
And what did they do?

Speaker 4 (21:48):
The greatest team in football right now, Bobby.

Speaker 1 (21:50):
The greatest team in football, you know, JJ McCarthy, Hall
of Famer.

Speaker 3 (21:53):
I'm calling it now.

Speaker 5 (21:54):
Oh, I was thinking about Detroit Lions going into last week.

Speaker 1 (21:58):
Well, still yeah, yeah, but we haven't beat Detroit in
their house since twenty twenty one, long time.

Speaker 3 (22:06):
They talk the most shit.

Speaker 1 (22:08):
So it was very nice to see JJ McCarthy be
an absolute dog when the game was on his shoulders.
He needed to make one play and he doesn't throw
it to Justin Jefferson, doesn't throw it to Jordan Asen.
He throws it to Speedy Naylor to ice the game
in cold blooded fashion.

Speaker 3 (22:25):
It was a great ass and an even better catch,
even better catch. It was a perfect play. It was crazy,
and he didn't have eye popping stats.

Speaker 1 (22:32):
He had like what one hundred and forty something yards
and but two passing touchdowns and one rushing touchdown.

Speaker 3 (22:38):
He was a dog all game.

Speaker 4 (22:39):
If he got rid of Sam Darnold, this kid really
show up.

Speaker 3 (22:43):
And Daniel Jones right.

Speaker 4 (22:45):
They retired his number yet or the next week.

Speaker 3 (22:49):
Listen.

Speaker 1 (22:50):
It was a great bounce back game for him. And
I'm saying, if we go on and beat Baltimore, who
I think is gonna be a very tough team. I
think they're honestly win healthy, one of the best, if
not the best team in the league, and I don't
think their record reflects what they actually are I think
we can beat this team at home. We can honestly
go on a rolling. It could show going into playoffs,

(23:11):
you know, pushing.

Speaker 3 (23:13):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (23:13):
I mean I watched the full Vikings game last week
when they beat Detroit.

Speaker 3 (23:19):
I bet on the Vikings to win that game.

Speaker 2 (23:21):
I felt great about it, to be honest, I just
everybody was writing them off.

Speaker 3 (23:24):
It's a divisional game.

Speaker 2 (23:26):
Like a nine and a half point spread in a
divisional game is crazy, and I just feel like the
Vikings are slowly but surely getting a little bit healthier.
Most important player on that team, like potentially I know
that this is a crazy thing I'm about to say,
But maybe more than j Jettis is Andrew van Ginkel.

Speaker 3 (23:50):
That dude completely evolves the defense.

Speaker 2 (23:55):
Yes, he covers up so much in the middle of
the field, both at the line of scrimmage and in coverage.
When he is not playing, they look like one of
the worst defenses in the league.

Speaker 3 (24:07):
When he is playing, they're flying everywhere.

Speaker 2 (24:10):
It's everywhere, and even when he's not making plays, he's
setting up other guys to make plays. I mean, they
had five sacks in this game. They held Detroit five
to seventeen. On third down, like I mean, it's just
it is remarkable how much better they look on defense
when Van Ginko is playing versus when he's not. That

(24:32):
is the guy I am the most scared of going
into this Ravens matchup next.

Speaker 3 (24:36):
Week by far. Now, I think the game.

Speaker 2 (24:39):
Having said all that, is going to be decided by
the Ravens defense. If they can make JJ mccarthiel uncomfortable,
something they've struggled to do this season, although it looks
better and better with each passing week. If they can
contain Jay Jettis as much as they possibly can, which
are two very tall orders for this defense, I think
it could be a rout now if they fail to

(25:01):
do that, which I think is more likely because Justin
Jefferson is who he is, because Jordan Addison is who
he is, because TJ. Howkinson is who he is. And
the run game looked quite good for the Vikings last night,
or excuse me last week, one hundred and forty two
yards rushing for the Vikings with Aaron Jones and then
Who's the and Jordan Mason and Aaron Jones led the way,

(25:24):
you know, which is not something I think a lot
of people thought. If they can get that run game going,
Baltimore could be in a lot of trouble.

Speaker 3 (25:32):
Now.

Speaker 2 (25:33):
The reason I'm always gonna feel good about this game
is that Lamar can drop forwarding on anybody. So it's
either gonna be is this gonna be a race to
thirty five points, which the Vikings could very well win,
or is this gonna be a Ravens defense continues to
trend upward, holds the Vikings to under twenty five points,
and the Ravens win by two plus scores. I think

(25:55):
those are the two outcomes for this game. I don't
see a Vikings blow out in any capacity. Also don't
see a low scoring victory in it. Like, if this
game ends thirteen to eighteen, I will be shocked. I
don't even think that's within the rama possibility. I think
it's Ravens win like forty to thirty seven, or the
flip score or the Ravens win you know, ten.

Speaker 3 (26:16):
To twenty eight or something like that.

Speaker 2 (26:18):
Yeah, so this is gonna be interesting, and this is
a game both teams could really use. Vikings go above
five hundred if they win this game, Baltimore continues their
win streak. They get three wins in a row and
go to four and five, just one game behind five
hundred in a two teams that are in a race
for their division right now, Like the Vikings are on
the base or in the basement, but they ain't out

(26:40):
of it. They still have a game to two games
play against the Packers. Right We're undefeated in the division.

Speaker 3 (26:45):
We're two and on the division.

Speaker 1 (26:46):
We still play the Packers twice, Bears and Lions at home.

Speaker 3 (26:50):
That's what I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (26:51):
So it's like, this is a huge game for the
boys in Purple on both sides of the equation.

Speaker 3 (26:56):
I'm hoping it's entertained. That's my main hope.

Speaker 2 (27:00):
Live with a tie, a tie, I'm burning down the barn.
That's that's the result of a time.

Speaker 1 (27:05):
The greatest line ever was someone saying that ties like
kissing your sister, but no one enjoys that.

Speaker 4 (27:11):
My sister watches this podcast. Can you believe that?

Speaker 3 (27:14):
Really?

Speaker 4 (27:15):
You just come there? She was like, uh yeah, me
and the boyfriend watched the podcast.

Speaker 5 (27:18):
Shut up, April, he John, Uh yeah, our favorite team
is the Eagles.

Speaker 4 (27:25):
You guys are kind of assholes.

Speaker 2 (27:27):
Well Johnny, oh sorry, go ahead, go ahead.

Speaker 3 (27:32):
Well I was just gonna say that after the show.

Speaker 2 (27:37):
We're gonna be tuning into Survivor starts tonight at eight
pm Eastern Time, and will be right back here to
recap all Survivor stuff. We're gonna be talking episode seven
of Survivor forty nine, me Johnny Bobby breaking everything down
from the first merge episode of.

Speaker 3 (27:51):
The forty nine season of Survivor. And you know what,
I know that's late.

Speaker 2 (27:55):
I know that some people don't want to stay up
that late to get some more content. But sometimes a
stiff drink might help you stay up a little bit later.
And if you need a stiff drink, we got just
the thing for you.

Speaker 4 (28:10):
Watertown whiskey.

Speaker 5 (28:12):
Guess what, Philadelphia Eagles back to back?

Speaker 4 (28:14):
Here we go, super Bowl champions. You see, Daniels hit
is the Commander's year.

Speaker 5 (28:21):
Whoa super Bowl Ban't no Watertown whiskey. It's back to back.
The Chiefs are going back and they're winning this time.

Speaker 4 (28:30):
Watertown Whiskey.

Speaker 5 (28:33):
Y'all boys, heading on down to Eight Mile Lions got
this Watertown Whiskey.

Speaker 4 (28:38):
It's the AFC's year, but it's the Chargers. It's only
one thing I gotta say, the Watertown whiskey.

Speaker 3 (28:46):
J E.

Speaker 4 (28:47):
Ts Jets. Jets Jets shut on Hartford Whalers. We're going
to the super Bowl. They're close to Watertown. Right, There's
one thing we can all agree on, Watertown Whiskey.

Speaker 5 (29:01):
Escape the ordinary, Watertown whiskey dot com doing.

Speaker 4 (29:05):
Presponsor this.

Speaker 2 (29:18):
Watertown Whiskey dot Com whiskey made with natural flavors. Please
drink responsibly, especially on NFL Sunday.

Speaker 3 (29:27):
Bobby a f K right now away from his keyboard.

Speaker 2 (29:30):
But it's all right, because we're gonna move on here
unless Johnny Johnny Thoughts and the Boys in Purple.

Speaker 5 (29:36):
I wish that was the Thursday night game. Yeah, I
really wish that was the Thursday night game. So no,
I uh, I'm not touching it. I'm scared to death
of it. So I'm gonna sit back and enjoy it.
And honestly, I think it's gonna be happening. If it's
a if it's an offensive contest, I uh, I'm happy
either way. I mean, I know it hurts you to

(29:57):
hear that, and it probably hurts Bobby to that, But
I love I love the Vikings and the Ravens.

Speaker 2 (30:04):
Yeah, but I mean they're two fun teams and they're
always and That's something that like I very unbiasedly give
credit for for both of those teams, they're every year
they're fun teams. Every single year they got something going on,
Like the Vikings will always have the best wide receivers
in the league, the most fun, the most fun wide

(30:25):
receivers to watch, regardless of who the quarterback is. Questionable
quarterback was also a consistent theme. But and Baltimore for
the last eight years now it's had Lamar Jackson, who.

Speaker 3 (30:36):
Is the most exciting player in football.

Speaker 2 (30:38):
All right, looking at some more of these one pms
here again, reminder for you not eight pm Survivor starts.
Will be hopping off here at a PM to watch
Survivor nine thirty pm. Will be right back here on
the reality after show to break down everything from the
new episode of Survivor, me, Johnny, Bobby and all of
the crew.

Speaker 3 (30:54):
Very very fun game for the one pms.

Speaker 2 (30:56):
Other than my bias towards the Ravens Vikings, probably the
most fun game maybe of the whole weekend. New England
Patriots heading down south to take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Bucks are two and a half point favorites, the closest
spread of excuse me, one other game is closer than this,
But the closest spread of the weekend other than one
other game, What do you.

Speaker 3 (31:16):
Make of this?

Speaker 2 (31:17):
This is a tough one because for a while New
England has been beating up on some bad teams. Yeah,
they have faced a lot of bad teams, and they're like,
are they fugazi?

Speaker 3 (31:29):
We don't know.

Speaker 2 (31:30):
This is quite a litmus test game because like, how
do you is this a game you just stay away from?

Speaker 4 (31:36):
The stay away from.

Speaker 5 (31:37):
I think they're fugazzi, but they beat they beat the Bucks,
They're not fugazi.

Speaker 3 (31:43):
I agree.

Speaker 4 (31:44):
I'm not throwing down fifty bucks to find out.

Speaker 2 (31:46):
I mean, look, they lost to the Raiders week one,
it's week one whatever. Then they beat the Dolphins, they
lose to the Steelers, they beat the Panthers, they beat
the Bills, they beat the Saints, they beat the Titans,
they beat the Browns, and they just beat the Falcons.
All those teams I just name, with the exception of
like two, are like who cares like that?

Speaker 3 (32:02):
That that those are the first pick.

Speaker 4 (32:05):
And even the good ones were garbage that week.

Speaker 3 (32:07):
Sure, exactly in in the Bills.

Speaker 2 (32:10):
So I look at this Tampa Bay game, and Tampa
Bay is a team that is coming off a big
win to the Saints and a big loss to the
Lions the week before. I think they're really gonna want
to win this game, especially with the Bills coming after that.
Bucks have to play the Bills in a couple of weeks,
then they got to play the Rams after that, so
they have like a real tough three game stretch here.

Speaker 3 (32:32):
They're not gonna want.

Speaker 2 (32:32):
To drop a game to who they probably view as
the easiest game out of those three. They're at home
for that one. They're away from home for the next
two games against the Bills and the Rams, and I
think they're going up against probably the worst quarterback of
those three.

Speaker 3 (32:46):
Regardless of what these BS MVP stats say.

Speaker 2 (32:50):
I think I like the Bucks here, but this is
certainly a game that I think you stay away from.

Speaker 4 (32:56):
I just and I love the fact that New England.
I don't hate New England anymore. I hated New England
for a while. They they made.

Speaker 3 (33:06):
Themselves what's that speak for yourself?

Speaker 4 (33:09):
Okay, well me personally and others. It was a lot.

Speaker 3 (33:13):
It was a lot, No, I agree, I agree with that.

Speaker 5 (33:16):
And then when it was over, like we we got,
we got the Tom Brady bucks of it all, and
I'm just like, can we escape this?

Speaker 4 (33:22):
For like, because I feel like that was just Patriots
Part two with.

Speaker 3 (33:25):
Kron sure, but that that was by design.

Speaker 4 (33:28):
I think, yeah, I get that, so but but like,
but I think New England, like, you.

Speaker 5 (33:32):
Know, we saw them pay their dues, brother, and I'm
just like, I don't dislike the Patriots right now.

Speaker 4 (33:37):
I think I think they're a fun, rootable team.

Speaker 2 (33:40):
If if you don't have a sour history with the Patriots,
like Baltimore Ravens do and many other teams in the AFC,
I think you share the opinion of the vast majority
of people. Like exciting young quarterback Rabel is the ultimate
football guy. It's like him and and Dan Campbell like
the football guy co which is right now, very.

Speaker 3 (34:02):
Very easy to get behind.

Speaker 2 (34:03):
No, you know, bona fide stars on that team, just
a bunch of guys doing the damn thing.

Speaker 3 (34:07):
Like it's it's a very fun, scrappy team to root for.
Right now.

Speaker 2 (34:11):
I will hate the Patriots till the day I die.
Whether they're oh to sixteen or it's the Tom Brady era,
it doesn't matter. But I just I look at this
game as like an information gathering game. You're gonna learn
so much about this Patriots team given how this goes.
It's a team they never ever play in the Buccaneers.
They're going away from home in a hostile environment, not

(34:33):
like New England, hot, sweaty, humid Tampa Bay in the
middle of November, with a team that's got a lot
of weapons all over the place. Like, You're gonna learn
a lot this game, Bobby, when you get Patriots, when
you look at Bucks, what do you what do you
make of it?

Speaker 1 (34:47):
I think that the Tampa are the New England Patriots
are fun up and coming team. I think Drake May
looks really good. I think they have a lot of
pieces in place. I think Tampa Bay is a win
now type of team that even though so they lost
Mike Evans and they've you know, had a bunch of
injuries to their wide receivers, they are still a win
now team and I think, especially being at home, the

(35:09):
line I have here is minus two and a half.

Speaker 3 (35:10):
Is that what you have? Yes, I'll take I'll take
Tampa Bay minus two and a half? All there.

Speaker 2 (35:16):
Now, here's here's here's a game that I find pretty
interesting here. I'm not gonna get to all the one
pms because we're running out of time. We got fourteen
minutes till Survivor starts. To be sure to tune in.

Speaker 3 (35:25):
Here after the show nine thirty pm for the Survivor
After Show. But the closest spread of.

Speaker 2 (35:31):
The weekend, the only one that has this line of
one and a half points, is the Jacksonville Jaguars heading
two Houston to take on CJ.

Speaker 3 (35:38):
Shroud and his Texans.

Speaker 2 (35:40):
This is a game again where I think you stay
away from it if you want to make money, but.

Speaker 3 (35:46):
It's gonna be a big information gathering game.

Speaker 2 (35:48):
Like these are two teams that especially recently have started
to show flashes, but also have managed.

Speaker 3 (35:56):
To look really, really really bad some weeks.

Speaker 2 (35:59):
I mean, the Jaguars lost thirty five to seven against
the Rams a couple of weeks ago, they lost twenty
to twelve against the Seahawks, but the week before that
they beat the Kansas City Chiefs, So, like, you know,
how do you make sense of that? And as the
series record goes, the Jacksonville Jaguars on September twenty first
beat the Texans in jack excuse me, yes, in Jacksonville

(36:21):
by a score of seventeen to ten. Does the series
even up here, Bobby, or do you think that the
Jaguars get the sweep over their divisional rivals?

Speaker 3 (36:29):
Well, do we know? Is CJ.

Speaker 1 (36:30):
Stroud officially out for that game because he got absolutely
annihilated in the game last week. If he's out, I
think Jacksonville. I'll take Jacksonville minus one and a half
all day.

Speaker 2 (36:42):
Every crowd is ruled out for Week ten games versus
the Jags.

Speaker 1 (36:46):
Yeah, give me the Jags minus one and a half.
I don't I don't trust Davis Mills. Davis Mills and
it's still one and a half. Davis Mills and still
one a half is insane to me? Johnny, what this
game is?

Speaker 4 (37:00):
You have to watch it?

Speaker 2 (37:02):
Yeah, this is a bit of a who cares game
to soon, But I think that this is a game
that's gonna be a big deal for whoever's going to
get that wild card spot from that division if it
comes from that division, right because and then.

Speaker 4 (37:17):
They lose, they lose to the Chiefs.

Speaker 3 (37:19):
And then they lose in the wildcard round to the Chiefs. Yeah, jumping.

Speaker 2 (37:26):
So I don't really think we need to talk about
this game a whole lot because it's Arizona at Seattle
minus six and a half for Seattle. But Jacoby Brissette
officially named the starter for Arizona over Kyler Murray.

Speaker 3 (37:39):
Like Kyler Murray got put on I R. Is he okay?
So he's officially That's why?

Speaker 4 (37:44):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (37:44):
Is this okay? Is this a bit of a soft
benching though? I think so? Because why would they put
him on I R two weeks ago when the gun injured?
I mean exactly.

Speaker 2 (37:53):
And Jacoby Brissette comes out last week and he beats
the Dallas Cowboys, who I think, if you really want
to make money, the Cowboys play the Raiders. I think
the Cowboys have a bye week this week, then they
play the Raiders next week after that.

Speaker 3 (38:06):
Bet the Cowboys to lose every.

Speaker 4 (38:08):
Single every every every game.

Speaker 3 (38:10):
Yeah, it's happened. It happens every year they've hit November.

Speaker 2 (38:13):
Dak will start playing bad and the Cowboys will start
losing all of it.

Speaker 4 (38:16):
But it won't be it won't be Dak's fault.

Speaker 3 (38:18):
Well, it's never Dak's fault. It's Jerry Jones's fault.

Speaker 5 (38:22):
He's so good that, I mean, the record or stats
don't reflect that.

Speaker 4 (38:27):
But he's I've been told he's so good.

Speaker 2 (38:36):
Uh, Quinnin Williams, which is a huge addition to their
defensive line.

Speaker 3 (38:41):
I just I don't. Yeah, I like, does that help
you win a Super Bowl? I don't think so.

Speaker 1 (38:47):
You mortgage the future which was already slim pickings based
off the contracts you have to pay and the fact
that you have no development and no talent defensively. So yeah,
this feels like, oh yeah, we lost Mikeah Parsons, but
look may interest you mid season in your finest Quinn Williams,
who we're already a lost cause. But look, guys, we

(39:08):
at least got something back for it.

Speaker 2 (39:11):
I mean, you're three five and one right now, you're
three wins back from the Eagles to win the division.
Like I guess you're hoping to sneak in to that
wild card spot, but yeah, you're not getting the wild
card spot.

Speaker 5 (39:22):
I'm willing to bet money that even with Mariota, the
Commanders finish ahead of the of the Cowboys.

Speaker 3 (39:29):
I wouldn't doubt it.

Speaker 2 (39:30):
I mean, the Cowboys are three to five and one,
the Commanders are three and six, and I look at
the NFC right now, one two, three, four, five teams
have six wins right now, Like I mean, and then
you got one, two, three, four four teams have five
wins right now, Like that's the whole playoffs right there. Well,

(39:51):
one of the teams that I just counted isn't making
the playoffs. I rattled off eight teams that have six
or five wins. One of them is not making the playoffs.
The Cowboys with three he wins, sure is helling making
Whether you got a good guy in the middle of
your D line or not, I just I don't know.
It feels like Jerry Jones maybe going a little s Nile.
Maybe this might be like, Okay, time to go to bed, Grandpa.

(40:14):
He's kind of It's like it, maybe you need to
let go.

Speaker 3 (40:16):
Maybe you don't have what you had.

Speaker 4 (40:20):
The plays you need.

Speaker 2 (40:21):
Yes, exactly, Yes, Yes, that's the guy who should be
the face of the franchise.

Speaker 4 (40:25):
Yes.

Speaker 3 (40:26):
And I'm not making a comparison.

Speaker 2 (40:28):
Literally, make Triple H the face of the Cowboys.

Speaker 4 (40:32):
Hot take game.

Speaker 3 (40:35):
All right, let's let's jump into Sunday night football. The
four pms aren't great.

Speaker 2 (40:38):
We got Detroit Lions versus the Commanders as one of
the four PM seven and a half point favorites for
the Detroit Lions playing in DC. I mean, who you
know who cares? The Rams are heading to the San
Francisco forty nine Ers. I think the Rams are probably
gonna win that game. Mac Jones starting once again, I
believe for the San Francisco forty nine Ers.

Speaker 3 (40:56):
But we have a couple of interesting primetime games here.

Speaker 2 (40:59):
Pittsburgh's Deelers, who have the Ravens breathing down their neck
right now to take that AFC North spot, going up
against the Los Angeles Chargers in Sofi Stadium, the Chargers
three point favorites.

Speaker 3 (41:10):
Bobby, what do you make of this game here?

Speaker 1 (41:13):
Yeah, honestly, Chargers are a very good team at home.
But they just lost Joe Alt for I don't know
if it was for the season or for.

Speaker 3 (41:20):
An extending lost him again, huge, huge injury to that
offensive line.

Speaker 1 (41:25):
I know they picked up an offensive lineman right before
the trade deadline, they literally minutes before the trade deadline,
so hopefully, but no one's gonna replace Joe Alt. Joe
Alt's arguably one of the best left tackles in all
of football right now, and for them to lose him,
I think it's gonna be a massive blow. I think
that defensive line on Pittsburgh's gotten a lot better at
what we saw from them last week and what they

(41:48):
were able to do.

Speaker 2 (41:50):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (41:50):
I mean, they're really starting to come into their own,
the Pittsburgh Steelers. I think this is gonna be a
close battle. I still think I like the Chargers, but
it's close. I would not bet this game at all.
That two and a half points spreads feels very apt
to me. Three on DraftKings, so it's even even more
like that's that's scary to me.

Speaker 2 (42:10):
Johnny, the Steelers coming off a big win against the
Indianapolis Colts at Akershuer Stadium in Pittsburgh. Are you buying
Aaron Rodgers playing well into November or do you think
that Justin Herbert and Jim Harball set the record straight
about who the real big dogs in the AFC are
no clue.

Speaker 5 (42:27):
Keep your money in your wallet and watch and enjoy
the game. I think it's gonna be a good.

Speaker 3 (42:31):
One, A very fun game. Yeah, and.

Speaker 4 (42:35):
Super quick. Big Ben story. I was at the s
White Video Game Awards with Rob c and I was like,
I was, I was like, I saw Big Ben and
Rob Robin go on the back and I was just
I was like, big Ben.

Speaker 5 (42:46):
I was like, I have a friend of mine. He's
a Jets fan. He'd love to meet you. He was like, oh,
I would love to meet your friend. And I was
like rob C, Hey, here's my friend, big Ben. And
he was like, oh, you're a Jets fan.

Speaker 4 (42:59):
Hold on, what is this? He had his super Bowl
ring on his middle finger.

Speaker 2 (43:04):
Wow?

Speaker 3 (43:06):
Wow wow wow wow.

Speaker 4 (43:09):
Rob C said he expected nothing less.

Speaker 3 (43:11):
Well, yeah, all of.

Speaker 2 (43:12):
That tracks and our Monday night game here for week
ten is another good one, another great one. Even the
Philadelphia Eagles are gonna be taken on the Green Bay Packers.
Love Michael Parsons, Matt Lafour taking on the raigning Super
Bowl champions in Green Bay at Lambeau Stadium, Johnny, this

(43:34):
is a game that could be a really big deal
for either of these teams.

Speaker 3 (43:39):
I think that the Green Bay Packers are really looking to.

Speaker 2 (43:42):
Bounce back coming off of a loss, yes, a loss,
you heard that right to the Carolina Panthers or sixteen
to three. They need a bounce back game and they
probably couldn't be playing a worse team to get that
bounce back game from Philadelphia Eagles coming off of a
bye week right now, the spread for this game is
two and a half points in favor of the home

(44:04):
team at Green Bay Packers.

Speaker 3 (44:06):
Do you like the Packers here? Did Bagas get this
one right?

Speaker 4 (44:09):
I like the Eagles, M big time, big time.

Speaker 3 (44:13):
I need money, he said money.

Speaker 1 (44:18):
I think it's free money too. I mean, wow, the
Green Bay Packers are not that team we've been. I've
been saying it for a while now. They have, you know,
impressive games at times, but then there's games like last
week where they completely lay an egg against an inferior opponent.

Speaker 3 (44:35):
Now here's the thing. They tend to a week.

Speaker 5 (44:38):
Every other week, Bobby there there that what is this team?

Speaker 4 (44:43):
Every other week the Packers wins.

Speaker 1 (44:45):
I've lost four of my freaking Survivor pools on three
different weeks because of the Green Bay Packers.

Speaker 3 (44:52):
Like literally, it's insane. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (44:54):
I just think this is a team that lacks meaningful
weapons like every I remember, just a couple of years ago,
Christian Watson was supposed to be one of the big
wide receivers in the NFL. He's not even the best
receiver on his team anymore. It's Romeo Dobbs and no
disrespect to Romeo Dobbs, who I think is a great player,
but I wouldn't put that guy in the top.

Speaker 3 (45:13):
It's not even You're.

Speaker 4 (45:16):
You're not my fantasy team.

Speaker 1 (45:17):
It's not even Romeo Dobbs. It's Tucker Craft and he's
just out for the year after this one.

Speaker 2 (45:21):
He just tore his ACL, their their most dangerous weapon
in the tightand Tucker Craft just towards ACL. So now
this team that was was very exciting coming into the
year is leaning on their running back Josh Jacobs, who's
been good to kind of propel them through these games.

Speaker 3 (45:37):
And I don't think you can do that against an
Eagles team. I just don't think you can. I think
the Eagles smash here. I don't. I actually don't even
think it's close. I think we could have a fourteen
plus point lead.

Speaker 2 (45:46):
Wow, very very hot takes here, Bobby saying free money,
Johnny saying free money as well. It's going to do
it for us here. But we got a little bit
of time, Bobby, if you have the information, which right
here our favorite segment of the show.

Speaker 1 (45:59):
Yes, all right, guys, so I want you to give
me the lowest ticket price of the week.

Speaker 3 (46:04):
Johnny, you go ahead and go first.

Speaker 4 (46:06):
Ooh was Dallas? Wasn't home?

Speaker 2 (46:08):
Right?

Speaker 3 (46:10):
Dallas week? My week?

Speaker 2 (46:13):
Oh?

Speaker 4 (46:13):
Oh sorry, I thought that you're talking about last week?
This week? Oh wow, Uh, this one should be obvious.

Speaker 1 (46:21):
Raiders, all right, I'll go ahead, Raiders who are at Denver?

Speaker 2 (46:26):
You're saying tomorrow night's game Raiders at Denver. Oh that's
a good shout. Thursday night tougher to get people in seats.
Really bad team going up against a pretty good team.
But you know what, I am going to fade that,
even though I won't be shocked if it's right.

Speaker 3 (46:43):
I'm gonna go with the Saints at the Panthers. O.

Speaker 1 (46:47):
Good, yes, by both of you. However, both of your wrong.
There's a tie for the bottom, so you had two
chances in both of you.

Speaker 3 (46:54):
Neither of you got it.

Speaker 1 (46:55):
Cleveland at the New York Jets thirty course is Jacksonville
at Houston thirty?

Speaker 4 (47:03):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (47:04):
Watch speaking and the highest ticket right of the.

Speaker 4 (47:08):
Ticket speak of Charlotte. I'm going to be there Friday night.

Speaker 3 (47:12):
For all right.

Speaker 1 (47:15):
Yet there you go, all right, Johnny, who's the highest
ticket price game of the week?

Speaker 4 (47:20):
Oh wow? Uh?

Speaker 5 (47:23):
I thought, uh, oh, you know what probably that Chargers game.
You guys are expensive out there.

Speaker 3 (47:30):
Oh, that's a good shot.

Speaker 4 (47:32):
Or the overseas game.

Speaker 3 (47:33):
Though, yeah, I was gonna say Berlin.

Speaker 4 (47:35):
So Berlin Chargers.

Speaker 2 (47:38):
I'm okay, okay, because I I wanted to make a
pick that wasn't either of those two. I am going
to say the most expensive ticket of the week is
going to be the l.

Speaker 3 (47:54):
A Rams at forty nine Ers.

Speaker 1 (47:56):
Nope, New England at Tampa Bay wasna say that?

Speaker 3 (48:00):
Oh God, damn it. Oh.

Speaker 2 (48:01):
I was looking at that, and then I decided not
to with the last second guy, twenty eight dollars a ticket.

Speaker 4 (48:07):
And do you know why a lot of snowbirds in Florida?

Speaker 5 (48:12):
What a lot and a lot of snowbirds started going
to Tampa games because Tom Brady.

Speaker 3 (48:16):
Yeah, that's a good point. Oh I was looking at
that game. I was thinking that exact thing.

Speaker 5 (48:21):
Now you have two demos buying those tickets.

Speaker 1 (48:25):
Yeah, yeah, Now I know we have to get out
of here. I just want to shout one thing real quick.

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
