Speaker 1 (00:01):
What's going on.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
We are back with more Squid Game the Challenge season
two coverage, and today I have two very special guests
joining me. I have Bradley Player one, two three and
I have Giovanni Player two three five in the house.

Speaker 3 (00:16):
How are y'all fantastic?

Speaker 4 (00:19):
Alright, hav yeah, thank you.

Speaker 1 (00:21):
Of course.

Speaker 2 (00:22):
I am excited to have you both on because we
have Bradley here, and Bradley kept saying, oh boy, do
we have something here with the mess eos And this
is exactly why I want the tea spilled on this podcast.
I need to know everything that has happened that occurred
in that room. And then Giovanni, you're here because of

(00:42):
the Pentathlon, and by golly, I need to know everything
about Sydney. So we will dive into all of this, folks.
I'm giving my one thought just to start us off.
Sydney can be on every reality TV show and I
will be all set. I'm I love it. Give me
the content, girl, I'm here for it.

Speaker 5 (01:03):
See City, Yeah, Cidny's Crazy City is like exactly who
you think. Like, everything that they showed is exactly who
Sydney is. And she doesn't like pretend to be anybody.

Speaker 3 (01:11):
It's funny, she's not rotten though she's not rotten, not.

Speaker 2 (01:15):
Rotten, no exactly, such such good casting. But let's dive
in right off the bat. I'm interested to know y'all storyline.
Why did you want to participate in squid Game?

Speaker 1 (01:26):
The challenge?

Speaker 6 (01:29):
I'll jump in answer that first. Uh, I didn't actually
initially want to, but I because of like being on
a show with four hundred and fifty six people, like
no chance.

Speaker 3 (01:42):
No chance, Like why would any want to do that?

Speaker 6 (01:44):
But someone sent me the link one day and I
was just having one of those days of like why not.

Speaker 3 (01:49):
Like what if? But what if? But what if I
was an ex and didn't have to do anything and
just make it to the next round? What if that happened?

Speaker 6 (01:58):
But so, yeah, I I found out that I was
going to London two weeks before the show. Yeah, which
talking to people, I think that was like the pretty
like the quickest turnaround. So I feel like I was
like one of the last. I applied pretty late. So
when I applied, I'm like, it's probably too late for me.
But I think I feel like maybe I was a straggler.

(02:18):
They're probably had like a few more slots. They casted
like eight pair of twins, so they were like good
on twins and pairs. I think they're like, we'll take you.
So that was that was my story, went through the
process and everything like that. I had a good idea
that I was going to make it just based on
like the questions and the process. So I let my
my my boss know, like I think that I need

(02:40):
to take out work. But so yeah, it was pretty
quick turn around for me.

Speaker 5 (02:45):
Yeah, it was one of those things where you kind
of just you know, you do it and then you
forget about it. I had some downtime during the baseball season.
I think it was around the ending of season one,
maybe in like January February ish, and.

Speaker 4 (02:57):
They came up with that QR code.

Speaker 5 (02:58):
You can scan it and then you know apply and
it's really quick actually, and I've actually never applied for
a reality TV show, so I was like, you know,
I'm a big fan and I grew up watching MTV
The Challenge and I watched the last Squid game, so
I was like, you know what, I'm just gonna shoot
for it.

Speaker 4 (03:13):
I didn't tell anybody about it.

Speaker 5 (03:15):
I sat in a dark room and I applied for
it and then I got a call maybe back in August.
And the thing is I didn't tell anybody, so I
knew it was legit. When I missed the call too,
I knew it was legit because I didn't tell anybody.
It was like, you know, this is someone from blah
blah blah blah from squid Games. You know, would you
be interesting having a call? And I was like, oh
my god, this is like I'm jumping now. It's crazy,

(03:35):
like I'm going I'm jumping everywhere. And then it just
happened so quick. Eventually I think I got the call
that I was in and like really early, like super early.

Speaker 4 (03:44):
But yeah, it was crazy. I can't even explain it
to me.

Speaker 2 (03:47):
Honest, you shoot your shot and it hits, so you
just have to go for it sometimes, folks, could you
just never know?

Speaker 1 (03:53):
You really don't for sure?

Speaker 5 (03:55):
You guys got to people get apply for season three,
That's what I'm saying, Like you just never know.

Speaker 4 (03:58):
I mean we both didn't know, so.

Speaker 6 (04:00):
Yeah, and like don't let the games like scare you. Like, yeah,
you could get there and get out on the coin flip,
but like what if you don't like you you could
easily like move on to the second game without even
playing the first game, you know, which like you have
to be tormented and sitting in that room and counting,
like you feel like you probably played a game because

(04:23):
it was like wild because you're like.

Speaker 3 (04:24):
Sitting there and like wait, like my feet's not in
my hands. This is crazy.

Speaker 6 (04:27):
But that's what I've been telling people who're like, well,
I don't want to go to London for season three
if like what if I don't play a game, but
like but like, hey, it could work out.

Speaker 3 (04:35):
It could work out.

Speaker 4 (04:36):
No, for sure, for sure.

Speaker 2 (04:38):
I mean you have to know going out there that
luck is a huge factor and sometimes it's on your
side and sometimes it's not.

Speaker 1 (04:44):
But it's the risks that you take. If you never
take the.

Speaker 2 (04:46):
Risk, you could be the winner. That's what I'm saying.
You could be that one person that goes out and
wins and you don't know that unless you go.

Speaker 6 (04:53):
Yeah, and and squid games, like squid game is like savage.
I feel like the star of the show are the games.
And like we have like fathers watching their daughters like
fight for their life in the game, Like it's a
savage game. So yeah, they don't care if you're gonna
come home, fight all are there.

Speaker 3 (05:11):
You're gonna fly all the.

Speaker 6 (05:11):
Way to London and get out like the first game,
Like I promise they don't care, but still do it
anyways because it could work out for you.

Speaker 2 (05:22):
Absolutely. Let's dive right into this. So in the first season,
they all put them out, shoot them for red light,
green light.

Speaker 1 (05:30):
Right.

Speaker 2 (05:31):
This season they bring y'all all into the dorms.

Speaker 1 (05:34):
So what's going through.

Speaker 2 (05:35):
Y'all's mind when you are all entering in.

Speaker 1 (05:37):
With all four hundred and fifty six players.

Speaker 5 (05:40):
Yeah, I mean I was part of the later group
that went in there. So mind you, when you walk in,
you don't see anything but the door. Then once it opened,
you see literally I saw maybe like three hundred people
right in front of me.

Speaker 4 (05:53):
So but when you're walking in, they all clap for you.
Yeah yeah yeah.

Speaker 5 (05:55):
But when you start like keep walking, you see the
guys on top of the bunks, you see guys in
the rain. It's it reminded me of a prison cell.
But it was still sick you guys, Like, I love
that atmosphere. But some people, you know, some people could
be like really like anxious and like really intimidated by
that but I kind of just glowing those those things.

Speaker 4 (06:13):
But it was insane. It was insane.

Speaker 3 (06:15):
Yeah, it was a surprise. I knew.

Speaker 6 (06:18):
I was convinced that we were not playing red Light
green Light because they're not going to do the same
thing for season two. But I walked in with a
player of four fifteen, Eric the fake baby Daddy, and I.

Speaker 3 (06:31):
Just remember he was first in line. I was second.

Speaker 6 (06:33):
We were like the mid group, like like half of everybody.

Speaker 3 (06:36):
Was already in.

Speaker 6 (06:37):
But he turned to me. He's like, he's like, it's
the dorm. It's the dorm, just's the beds. I was like,
and we walked in. Everyone's cheering, like you know the
ending scene of like that Titanic when Rose dies and
everyone's just like clapping, Like I felt like Rose. I'm like,
oh I'm here. I made it, Like that was my goal.
That was my goal. I just wanted to make like
it this far. But then I'm like, all right, that's awesome,

(06:59):
let's play. I was like, just be a social butterfly.
I just talked to everybody that you haven't met yet.

Speaker 5 (07:04):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (07:05):
I seeked out like all like the.

Speaker 6 (07:08):
Main character energy, Like, I'm like, all right, who do
I like want to like rub ebos with but yeah,
it was everyone was thrilled and everyone was like super surprised,
and everyone was expecting that.

Speaker 4 (07:20):
Yeah, it started getting a little bit.

Speaker 5 (07:21):
Uh there was started getting like a little bit of
energy going on there because eventually people started counting the
bunks and it was like two hundred and like fifty
something bunks. So we knew that there was going to
be a game where half of the people get eliminated.
I was trying to figure out what game we were gonna play.
I had no clue was gonna be little like I
had no clue we're gonna do the game that we
did zero.

Speaker 6 (07:41):
But as soon as you walk in, though, I seen
the xs and o's on the floor, and I knew
at some point that's what the season was going to be.
We're going to be in teams. I just didn't think
it was going to be that soon. But it doesn't
show it on an episode, but people were walking around.
There's uh slides and ladders like on the wall and
people are like pulling it.

Speaker 3 (07:59):
Put out the hints of the games that we're going
to play.

Speaker 6 (08:03):
One of the first things I did was good the bathroom.

Speaker 3 (08:08):
That's my clature thing.

Speaker 6 (08:09):
It's just like I'm like, maybe if I didn't spend
too much time in the bathroom.

Speaker 3 (08:12):
I would have been convinced to go with the exes.
I don't know, maybe that was my downfall, but I'm.

Speaker 6 (08:16):
Just like, yeah, I just like they allowed us to
like kind of like explore for a good chunk of time.
I felt bad for like the first couple of groups
that were in there because they were like so like
just ready to play, because it took us a good
amount of time to like get all of us in there.
But like eventually people like just kind of like started

(08:36):
like sitting down and like they're like, Okay, like I've
met enough people, now let's play the game.

Speaker 2 (08:43):
Well, it's such a waiting game because you have so
many people.

Speaker 1 (08:45):
I mean, think about it. We're seeing on the screen.

Speaker 2 (08:47):
Here again it looks as though it takes twenty minutes
per round for like the Pentathlon.

Speaker 1 (08:54):
We know that's not true. You're filming that for hours.

Speaker 5 (08:57):
Yeah, which was okay, this was crazy. We were the
first game to go that the entire day. Day one,
first game to go, and our game maybe took an
hour and ten minutes. Around an hour and ten minutes
it was long, so like mind dude, that set the
entire day and they were going at it for like
two to almost three days.

Speaker 2 (09:19):
Right, and I imagine the waiting time. There's people that
especially if you're the last group to go. Oh my goodness,
you're thinking about that game because I was told it
took two days to film.

Speaker 1 (09:30):
Correct.

Speaker 4 (09:31):
Yeah, mind you, everyone is iced out.

Speaker 5 (09:33):
I don't know if you know what iced out means,
but in like reality TV term like iced out means
like you cannot talk to anybody. So mine went the
first game, so I didn't I don't know anything about that.
But they were in the white room for and couldn't
say a word for hours. It was nuts. I heard
so many stories, legit hours.

Speaker 3 (09:53):
That's insane. I didn't know that. That's wold iced out.

Speaker 4 (09:57):
That's where the whole Sima down thing started happening.

Speaker 2 (10:02):
That's incredibly painful in the sense of your mind's going
in circles because what else can you do you can't
talk to anybody. But let's dive in to the beginning
here where we get the separation.

Speaker 1 (10:14):
I want to know. First off, they tell you.

Speaker 2 (10:16):
To split equally into these two sides. How long was
that process? Because they have to make sure that it
is indeed equal, and there's so many of you.

Speaker 6 (10:29):
Yeah, I knew going into there already that I wanted
to be an O. Like, no one like persuaded me
just because of what it represents on the scripted series.
But the process itself, I feel like it wasn't that
long for everyone to well initially vote, but we had
to make sure that it was even as far as

(10:51):
like male female, So that was maybe like a little
bit of a process, but like it wasn't like it
wasn't any anything crazy.

Speaker 4 (11:01):
Really No, I mean they just made the announcement.

Speaker 5 (11:03):
I mean all the four producers came out and they
got in between so like people can't like sneakily sneak
over to the to.

Speaker 4 (11:08):
The excider or switch sides.

Speaker 5 (11:10):
I think there was a lot more o's and there
was exes, So we had a bunch of people switch over.
Some people were that on my line saw me and
they're like, you know, they're switching over to the exes.
The craziest thing was during count the guy that actually
helped us, the musician, was actually an OH and he
switched way I believe, so he was actually him and
the bandmates were actually Oh's and they switched over to X's.

Speaker 6 (11:30):
I remember during our game some of the O's that
I made friends with the morning the morning of, They're like, uh, oh,
my gosh, they have like I think his name is Matthew.

Speaker 3 (11:44):
Matthew went over there. He's a musician.

Speaker 6 (11:46):
They're going to win because he's over there. And I
was like, I don't know. I don't know about that.

Speaker 3 (11:50):
I don't know if musicians the way to go.

Speaker 6 (11:52):
I had no idea, but I'm like, that's crazy that
he wasn't actually an OH because yeah, a lot of
his people were over still all no, but he switched over,
and I, in hindsight, I like, I play that in
my mind all the time, like what would have made
me switch over? Why did I not hop over to
the X's when they give us the opportunity. But I
was like dead set on O's for sure.

Speaker 4 (12:13):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (12:13):
I think one of the biggest things in there is
like you don't want to second guess any of your
decisions in there, because there's a lot of mind you
scid games, so you go out any anytime you've seen
eliminations out of nowhere, so like sometimes you're gonna regret
making that decision to switch over, like I wouldn't have. I
would have never switched over, so right, yeah, and that
was just all on that side of x's. But like
the crazy thing is in the hotel. For some reason,
me and my alliance, I came up with the idea

(12:35):
was like, if they ever make us shoes O an X,
I'm going X every time, And then my entire alliance
went X, and then it was yeah, but the process
was not long. The switching process was not long. They
just didn't show it because the producers were out right exactly.

Speaker 7 (12:48):
Well.

Speaker 2 (12:49):
Even so when you're going through the picking process of well,
as you said, you have to go with your initial
instinct because you would be so pissed off at yourself
if you switch and then get eliminated. It's much worse
than actually, I believe getting eliminated for standing by your choice.

Speaker 4 (13:04):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (13:05):
Yeah, there's someone that switched and then switch back. I
feel bad for that because his friends were convinced.

Speaker 3 (13:10):
I'm like, no, come back, come back, and he did.

Speaker 6 (13:12):
I'm like, oh my gosh, I feel so bad for him.
But because he did switch, the ex's billy switched back.

Speaker 2 (13:17):
But yeah, that's even worse. That's I can't even imagine
that aspect of it all. So let's dive into once
you get into the rooms. So from my perspective, as
we're watching this as viewers, the ex is, you know,
you have some people kind of chiming in with their
specific ideas that get shut down pretty quickly. But then

(13:38):
it seems as though all of y'all end up being
on the same page. And then on the other side
we see the o's and there are a ton of
people just putting in their opinion and it's just going nowhere,
and y'all were going downhill very quickly.

Speaker 3 (13:54):
Yeah, yeah, one hundred percent.

Speaker 6 (13:57):
I'm like, give me the f office team. I immediately, like,
as soon as we started strategizing, I was like.

Speaker 3 (14:04):
Oh no, I picked their own team.

Speaker 6 (14:05):
I picked, and I started like and like taking a
consideration like the jet lag. I was very sleep deprived,
so I was already like kind of irritable. But the
fact that like it was so chaotic and the sensible
people eventually sat down and shut up, like if we
knew that we were going to count, But there's a
lot of people that just like they wanted their fate

(14:27):
in their hands.

Speaker 3 (14:28):
So they wanted to count. It was said that we did.

Speaker 6 (14:31):
They didn't have a we didn't have a lot of volunteers,
which wasn't entirely true.

Speaker 7 (14:34):
We had like too many people uh.

Speaker 6 (14:36):
Wanting to contribute, but yeah, uh there was a there
was a lot of a lot of chaos, a lot
of problem child children for sure, which and I still
know their numbers because like and everyone was like, yeah,
if we make it through, like they're out, Like these
people are out. But yeah, it was uh we were

(15:02):
supposed to have four counters originally, and I was like, okay,
these people like you know, yeah, Jacket, I can count
one hundred, you know one hundred, Like I can count
one hundred perfectly. And then like before the game four
three one decides who we gave a little bit much
like too much authority to to decide our strategy in hindsight,

(15:23):
but he decides he.

Speaker 3 (15:25):
Just like feels comfortable with just two counters.

Speaker 6 (15:28):
And that's where I'm like, you can see me very
briefly on the episode, and I'm just like, I look
like I want to like kill somebody, because I'm like
as soon as this started twelve seconds late, I was like,
thank god they did not show me, because I said, what.

Speaker 3 (15:45):
The heck is she doing? What the heck is she
doing right now? I was like, we are screwed, We're screwed.

Speaker 6 (15:51):
But yeah, I was trying to be a supportive king,
and I was just for a little bit un so
I knew we were we were going downhill real fat.
And but I will say kudos to Jacket the jacket stumber,
I forget. But he's the boy that stood up and
started counting with three sixty three the other counter aside
from Ida that was not just random. He already had

(16:15):
an arrangement with that specific counter. He's like, Okay, well
I want to count regardless, So when I get a
three hundred, I'm going to get up and stand next
to you, so you know, like where I'm at for
like you know, on the same page. So but he
didn't like let anyone know that, so we all thought
that he was like just like being disruptive. So Homeboy
gets like jerked down, which was like it seemed like

(16:37):
way more dramatic than it was on TV. On TV,
it seemed like it was like a just a light
like pulled down. But when we were there, it sounds
like I was like, oh, my gosh, we're a jacket.
But yeah, it was. It was chaotic and I knew
we were doing from the jump, still a little hopeful
because I was like, they could be crazy and the
excess could be crazy, and I'm interested to hear the
craziness and the ice. I have no idea, but those

(16:59):
were If we made it through, there's gonna be some
messy TV for sure.

Speaker 5 (17:04):
I mean the X side was super After like the
whole Jaunty scream and everything, I mean, everyone was just
trying to butt in. But after like the whole Johnt scream,
after that, it was like completely calm because we had
the musician. We actually had three musicians by the way,
We had a producer, we had another counter, and then
we had like a musical student or something, so we
had four counters and they're all kind of musicians, I

(17:25):
believe so, And basically we just had everyone backup, which
you can see it's really spaced out around them. We
had everyone back up and just have them count, and
then we just let them go at it. And then
they they did an insane job. I think one was
doing the beat and then other one was doing the
beat at the same time and then another one was
counting the amount of you know, seconds that are going
in it. So we had a we had a pretty

(17:46):
good system. Our twin was actually really calm with us
as well, so him.

Speaker 6 (17:52):
Yeah, I was interested about that dynamic as far as like,
I'm like, people were like, which kind of twin did
we because I'm an identical twin so and I was
so I'm like rooting for I was like rooting for
the twenties regardless if my I was not salty that
he got back in the game. It was news to
me when the trailer came out. I was like, wait,
what is he doing in the game? But yeah, I

(18:14):
could tell our four three one role was very overwhelmed.
I mean you gotta think, like he's up like twenty
two to twenty three. You have all these like people
screaming at him. So he was very over overwhelmed for sure.
We did have a couple of leaders like that kind
of like stood up and tried to like delegate and

(18:34):
like take control. But he did good as far as
you know, considering like his age and the role that
he had to play.

Speaker 3 (18:43):
But I did feel for him, for sure.

Speaker 6 (18:44):
But it seemed now that I watched the episode, it
seemed like four three to two maybe had like was
a little bit more confident in the team leadership position.

Speaker 4 (18:54):
Yeah for sure.

Speaker 2 (18:56):
Yeah, four three one seemed more panic as well. It
had just I felt as though it set in. And
I want to talk about the guy that you said
that was on the floor, that was also counting, that
stood up when he got to three hundred. I felt
as though, based on the edit and what it was going,
was he more on track? That just looked that he
was on track because he started from the jump right.

(19:19):
Because she was very, very late, So I was curious
to know if the twin is listening to the count
and seeing where she's at, why did he not push
the button earlier?

Speaker 6 (19:34):
Well, I don't think that. Well earlier, I think we were.
I think we were twelve seconds too early. We were
twelve seconds too early. You think so, Yeah, I'm like
very confident that we were too early.

Speaker 1 (19:48):
Oh see, I was thinking y'all were too late.

Speaker 6 (19:50):
No, we had a lot of people that were counting
around me, like everyone was still counting.

Speaker 3 (19:56):
They were like, what, we were way too, way too early.

Speaker 4 (20:00):
Yeah. The goal with that for us was to go
two seconds early.

Speaker 5 (20:04):
Our plan was to go to fifty four instead of
two fifty six because we didn't want to go too over.
I think she was shooting early is a little bit
better than shooting late, you know what I mean.

Speaker 6 (20:13):
I was just kind of salty that our twin just
wasn't counting. I was like, if I'm in charge of
a button, because that's why I said, I'm like this,
this kid's not even counting. I'm like, I'm using my
counters to verify my count if I'm in charge of
the buzzard.

Speaker 3 (20:26):
But he was just like chilling, just like looking around,
and I'm like, why are you not counting? Like you
are like the key player here.

Speaker 6 (20:34):
But but it was funny to see that the other
other twin four three two was not counting.

Speaker 3 (20:38):
Hyler.

Speaker 5 (20:38):
Yeah, no, no. The musicians, I'm telling you do. The musicians.
It was like it was like pure cinema. They were
like going at it.

Speaker 3 (20:44):
The musician is probably like so confident in them.

Speaker 5 (20:46):
They killed it, oh my god, because they were just
on beat, like they didn't lose a single beat.

Speaker 4 (20:50):
They were singing a song. They didn't put it in
the in the uh, they didn't put it in the
edic because you can't.

Speaker 5 (20:55):
But they were singing a song and I was like,
oh my god, like I think they were singing a
Lincoln Park song or something, and the song is exactly
like the amount that it was.

Speaker 3 (21:03):
Wow.

Speaker 6 (21:04):
And then we didn't even use our counter like we
are I mean sorry our musician. It was suggested it
made the episode that was suggested, But again, in hindsight,
we gave him a little bit too much power to
determine our strategy. Like all his role was supposed to
be is are just push the buzzer, but we were
all like just like depending on him to say what

(21:26):
our strategy was, which like we shouldn't have done like now,
and I will say, like some tea is they were.
I remember talking to the twins earlier in the day
and I went right to them because they're identical twins
and and I was like, you guys know you're going

(21:46):
to be targets right away, right And they're like, why
why would we do?

Speaker 3 (21:49):
Why would we be targets?

Speaker 6 (21:50):
And I was like, because you guys are obviously a pair,
and they said, like, we just don't want to be
split up, regardless what happens, we just want to split up.

Speaker 3 (21:57):
So I was so surprised when they volunteered, but they
weren't initially volunteering. As soon as they asked for volunteers
or like a pair to step up, they were like givon.
I don't know if you were like around them at
that time, but like they were like bum rushed. They
were like, oh my god, and people are just excited
to play be a part of it, maybe make screen time.

Speaker 6 (22:20):
I don't know, but people were like bum rushing them.
So to get away, so because they couldn't even hear
each other talk of like DoD should we do this
or not, they moved closer to the stage just to
get away from people. But everyone thought they were volunteering,
so everyone started like cheering. So I don't know if
that guy them like amped up because there were other
people that wanted to potentially volunteer, but the twins were

(22:45):
like the first ones, like up to the stage, they
were like, okay, you know what, screw it, let's do it.

Speaker 2 (22:49):
Yeah, well, you might as well go for it at
that point because as y'all said, he survives still, but
you don't know that going in. But that's also a
risk that you take because from a production standpoint, you
want that storyline of the twins surviving.

Speaker 1 (23:06):
Oh my goodness, you volunteered. You're immune.

Speaker 2 (23:09):
Now we have this storyline that then can go into
the next episode and then from there, if the game
takes you out, the game takes you out, but at
least in this instant, you have control of who does
stay in the game for that aspect. Yeah, so, I
I just it was it was. It was rough to
watch just for the ohs because how how does the

(23:32):
nurse feel?

Speaker 1 (23:32):
Was the nurse super confident do you know? Going up?

Speaker 2 (23:35):
Because she just looked very nervous.

Speaker 8 (23:37):
I know.

Speaker 6 (23:38):
It's like if you're already apologizing to us before the
game starts, like I'm very worried, That's what I said.

Speaker 5 (23:44):
Were watching, I was like, damn, she already made a disclaimer,
like you know this is about to be dead.

Speaker 3 (23:49):
Yeah I want.

Speaker 6 (23:50):
I remember just saying like, wait, what is your qualifications?
What's your qualifications?

Speaker 3 (23:53):
Like why is she? Why is she? The counts?

Speaker 6 (23:55):
Like it wasn't and I know, like it was too
difficult to announce the room like these are counters and
this is why we did. We didn't know when the
game was going to begin. But no, like I mean,
I don't blame her at all.

Speaker 3 (24:07):
For us losing.

Speaker 6 (24:08):
That's like we all we were all fully capable of
like changing the plans, or counting ourselves or taking our
feet in our own hands, I guess in some sort
of way.

Speaker 3 (24:18):
So I mean, I don't blame her, I don't blame
the twins. It was just like, at the end of
the day, we should have picked X, like noe, Yeah.

Speaker 1 (24:26):
You're you're not wrong.

Speaker 2 (24:27):
And also too, I think as everyone's talking, maybe you
could have had the magician, not the magician, the musician
get up there and be the one to step up.

Speaker 1 (24:37):
But it's it's hard when you have that.

Speaker 2 (24:39):
Many people speaking, when you have that many people trying
to cluster to the front of the line.

Speaker 1 (24:43):
Because everyone wants their opinion to be heart.

Speaker 2 (24:45):
Let's be clear on that. Everyone wants that voice stepping
in and saying this is what we should do.

Speaker 1 (24:51):
But it just happens.

Speaker 2 (24:52):
And as you said, X was the way to go
this round.

Speaker 4 (24:56):
Yep.

Speaker 2 (24:57):
Yeah, any other th on this portion of the game
before we dive in to Giovanni's Pentathleon.

Speaker 5 (25:08):
Actually, when they there's a lot of things, you know,
when they're showing the screen. So when they show the
screen and they told us the results I don't think.
I don't remember them saying two seconds. I think they
said it, I don't know, I don't remember what they said,
but like what they said was not exactly what they
said to us at least. Yeah, I think there was
like one team was like really far off one too.
I don't know what that they it was like really

(25:28):
different in the two seconds. That was one of the
things that we said in the group chat was like
what they said in the game was not what they said,
you know, to us.

Speaker 4 (25:36):
But I don't remember that too much.

Speaker 6 (25:37):
Yeah, just like the twin them announcing to the twin
while we're dead that he's in the game like that,
I don't know, you think we would be lie to
with that, like you know, so they like smartly, I think,
like made let us leave before I didn't. I didn't
even none of us like thought to like look up
and like as twin de like is he inked?

Speaker 3 (25:56):
What? But yeah, that hmmm, a little a little TV
magic uh there?

Speaker 6 (26:02):
But yeah, that was that was like I didn't even
know that he was in the game until like the trailer,
Like the trailer came out.

Speaker 3 (26:07):
I was like, what's my twin doing there?

Speaker 5 (26:10):
But yeah, I was like, there's no way they announced it,
but everyone's in there.

Speaker 6 (26:14):
No way we would have been I would have I
would have been very mature about it. Everybody else Great,
they're lunatics in the o's there are lunatics.

Speaker 4 (26:24):
Oh trust me, I know.

Speaker 1 (26:27):
No if they do that. When y'all are all laying.

Speaker 2 (26:30):
On the floor, there's people getting up and saying, what
the actual hell?

Speaker 6 (26:34):
Oh we had people in tears like this is not fair.
We didn't even get to play a game. I was like,
welcome to reality TV. Yeah, like new cares. No, they
don't care if it's fair, Like it's a quick game.

Speaker 1 (26:46):
Like nah, that's why you always have to know risk risk,
risk risk.

Speaker 2 (26:52):
It's with everything and luck luck, luck it comes. It's
a big portion of this game. Watch it before you
go on it, folks, because you could be really disappointed
with how the cards shake out.

Speaker 6 (27:02):
Yeah, and be okay with going home first if you
do the show, because it happens to half of everybody
for the first game.

Speaker 2 (27:09):
Yeah, how would y'all have felt if it was red
light Green Light? Did you feel good about your chances
if that would have been the first game?

Speaker 7 (27:18):
Oh?

Speaker 6 (27:18):
Yeah, I was practicing in my hotel room, in my
in my shoes. I was like going back and forth
because I was people others were convincing me that was
red light green light, when I'm like, I was smart
enough to know, like, we're not opening up this season
with red light green light again. But I was still
practicing because I'm like, it could have been like the
second game or third game, but no, I was very
confident that I would have been fined.

Speaker 5 (27:39):
I had a feeling it wasn't gonna be red light
green light because when we're in the fitting rooms, they
fitted us with thermals and then later a security guy
comes up and it takes all of thermals and I'm like.

Speaker 3 (27:48):
Oh yeah, I forgot about that hermals And.

Speaker 4 (27:51):
I was like, okay, Like that's a little weird.

Speaker 5 (27:54):
But I feel like red light green light would have
been better because you have you have the ability to
actually like hold your fate in your hand rather.

Speaker 4 (28:01):
Than using someone else, you know what I mean.

Speaker 5 (28:02):
It just it just allows you to, you know, get
away from the team game aspect.

Speaker 4 (28:06):
I know all about the team games. I know about
the team games.

Speaker 2 (28:10):
Definitely, so and I agree with that that is the
positive of red light green light is at least, you know,
I got to eliminate from this game because I personally
messed up, not because somebody else made a mistake. Yeah,
all right, let's move forward and dive in to the
Pentathlon because oh by golly, it.

Speaker 5 (28:33):
Around man, Pantaflon was crazy. It was so crazy. So
there's so much tea with Penttathlon though. Okay, I'm gonna
expose it. Fucking here we go. So when we go
in the white room ride you there dots all everyone's
counting of dots.

Speaker 4 (28:48):
It's ten dots. Okay.

Speaker 5 (28:50):
I had a feeling that it could be something big,
maybe like tougal War, because it's ten of us, so
that makes like a big team. And then they tell
us to pick our team. I'm with my alliance at
the time, so I had a feeling. I had a
really really bad feeling that we were gonna face each
other in a game this big.

Speaker 4 (29:06):
So I was like, I think we should all split up.
So now my entire lines splits up and I find
the Twins.

Speaker 5 (29:15):
I'm standing there because I'm just like, you know what,
whoever's gonna pick me is gonna pick me.

Speaker 4 (29:18):
Here comes the Twins. They're running over.

Speaker 5 (29:21):
They grabbed me They're like, oh my god, we need
you on our team because they heard that I was
a baseball player. So they were like, you know, this
is fate. We need you on our team. And then
we ended up adding everyone else. And then Sydney was
actually part of my line, so she actually came, you know,
with me. And this is where things get a little
bit wild. When we're sitting down right, so you have

(29:41):
they're lined up right facing the stairs.

Speaker 4 (29:44):
Okay, there's two groups. You have this group in this
group right, Me and the twins were in this line front,
in this line. Apparently that was the group that was
gonna go day two, and this group was gonna go
day one. So when the flour producers came out and
then they saw that the twins were in my line,
in the line to go day two, and they spoke

(30:06):
in the mic and then every single producer comes in
right switches us to go first game one day one,
and then to throw everything off, ended up switching every
single person behind us. So nothing was like exposed or
something something like. It wasn't weird, but we all knew
it was. Because of that. Mind you he's it keeps going.
It keeps going.

Speaker 5 (30:27):
Though, so we're sitting there right and getting ready to play.
We're sitting there, the TV turns on. A producer accidentally
show a live feed of the penttathlon room. So we
we saw that we were gonna see pet bathlon. We
saw that we're gonna see pet Bathlon. It comes in
and we get iced out immediately because it wasn't supposed

(30:51):
to happen.

Speaker 4 (30:52):
So we knew. We knew pantathlon was gonna happen by
their mistake.

Speaker 5 (30:54):
I know they made a mistake because all the producers
came out and iced us out. Okay, so mind you.
Now we're going into the facilities. We're going to the petathlon.
Open the doors. You know, it looks exactly the way
it looks. It's beautiful. It's a crazy scenery. It's amazing,
it's beautiful. We actually I had no clue how they
were gonna split us. I didn't know that they're gonna
split us down the middle. Other than that, you know,

(31:16):
obviously I would have been careful where I was sitting,
where I was who was next to. But I thought
we were gonna be able to choose, and it would
have got like a little bit gritty, kind of like
in Ah the cookie game where they like had talks
and we got a little bit gritty, but no, they
split us right up. I was completely fine. Who I had,
I didn't, I didn't. I did not mind at all.
So when they're shooting us and they're explaining the rules

(31:36):
and we're all picking what we're gonna do, my mind
was already set on the kicking the kicking one. Just
because I was a soccer player. I didn't know that
was gonna be the easiest game and the whole thing,
right And before they even showed us the sequence, I
didn't know any I didn't know the sequence of Goanghy
at all. The only person that I knew was Sidney.
So I was like, Sydney, like, you got it, because

(31:59):
she says she's been practicing. I was like, okay, Sadie,
like you got it. And then everyone else was pretty
confident with what they had I thought it was. I
was pretty confident what everyone was doing because they've all
done it before. So after they then explained the sequence
and I'm like, oh my god. And then they they
dumbed down the sequence from the actual game. By the way,
it was just like, you know, if you mess up,
you're still in the same group, the same rotation, and

(32:21):
I'm thinking, I'm like, oh, like, and then I'm looking
at Sydney. I see Sidney starting to break down, like
she's really like I'm telling like, she's really getting nervous.
And we all know Sidney Cydney's awesome, but she's like
really full of like emotions and like really like hyper
and I was like, oh no, she's really going at it.
And then now she starts getting like really self doubt.

(32:42):
And the one thing that I I messed up about
is like do I switch up Gongy?

Speaker 4 (32:46):
Like should I have done it?

Speaker 5 (32:48):
But then I'm not gonna be like, yeah, we're gonna
switch up Gongey because now we're going in it, you
know what I mean?

Speaker 3 (32:53):
Did you practice goy Like did you ever?

Speaker 5 (32:55):
No? No, I didn't practice that because I knew if
that was gonna come up, I wasn't gonna do it
like this in the same way.

Speaker 6 (33:00):
I just I was just like doing Goangy after and
it was actually like it wasn't that bad.

Speaker 5 (33:07):
But mind you, like in the atmosphere, you know, you
have your whole team staring at you for four point
five six million dollars and kudos to sid again, she's
she went through it. They didn't show how many times
she was doing it, but it was probably like forty
five to fifty minutes of her going at goanghy.

Speaker 4 (33:24):
The thing is she was.

Speaker 5 (33:25):
Catching it sometimes, but Sidney has really small hands. I
mean you've seen her next to her, next to me,
Jacob and Harry. That's why we had that mishap with
a stepping because she's so small and like our one
step is like her twenty five set like percent step.
So she was catching it, but it just kept slipping
out and now she's getting anxious. And the only thing

(33:46):
I could say is like, Sidney, keep going. There was
one time she's somebody to shut up. It was hilarious,
but yeah, she just she Yeah. I love Sidney to death.
I still love her. She's awesome. But yeah, it was
it was she knew, she knew that she lost it
for us. It again, it was just I mean Robin
on the other hand, with the cards that was going
on for like fifty minutes. So my perspective, from my perspective,

(34:10):
I just see the twins like looking over her, and
I see I see Robin drenched in sweat and just
looking down, like just really mess it up. And I
love the comments because the comments are my favorite part
of the comments.

Speaker 3 (34:22):
Are you boom, hey, what's up? The champ is here?

Speaker 4 (34:31):
What's up.

Speaker 1 (34:34):
Going on? Man?

Speaker 7 (34:35):
Bradley?

Speaker 9 (34:36):
Uh?

Speaker 4 (34:38):
Oh about the champ is here?

Speaker 7 (34:44):
Bradley. I watched the first how many around now? Three
or four?

Speaker 1 (34:49):
Four?

Speaker 7 (34:50):
Four? How many? How many? How many episodes.

Speaker 4 (34:57):
Too? There's gonna be nine full episodes but it's only
four out right now?

Speaker 7 (35:04):
Four? Poor poor Bradley. Uh where are you?

Speaker 6 (35:10):
Bro?

Speaker 3 (35:12):
Tell me? Tell me about it?

Speaker 6 (35:14):
Like I am uh in the first twelve minutes, Uh,
you see me for two seconds and gandhi, Well, no, where.

Speaker 7 (35:25):
Are I'm looking? I don't see you where.

Speaker 3 (35:35):
Dude? They didn't know what they had. They didn't know
what they had.

Speaker 6 (35:37):
But no, I'm yeah literally literally blink and you will
miss me.

Speaker 8 (35:42):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (35:42):
The O's man, the O's had a bad The O's
had a bad really bad.

Speaker 5 (35:49):
But what I was saying was, yeah, it was just
it was just they were going on forever.

Speaker 4 (35:56):
Yeah, He's like, she's like besting out. He's out, he's in,
he's out.

Speaker 1 (36:02):
The thing Johnny's asking him, He.

Speaker 3 (36:06):
Was asking me if I'm still in?

Speaker 7 (36:07):
Yeah, coming right back.

Speaker 2 (36:11):
Technical difficulties from Johnny fair play. I had no idea
that he was going to make an appearance here.

Speaker 1 (36:19):
So here we are, folks. But yes, I believe Bradley.

Speaker 10 (36:23):
Johnny is asking if you're still in the competition, So
oh yeah, sure once we once we get him back,
he'll come back on fix your Wi Fi for a second.

Speaker 4 (36:35):
But yeah, the game. The games went really long.

Speaker 5 (36:37):
They went pretty long, longer than they showed to be honest,
we actually missed the first rock, by the way. They
didn't show that. But Harry threw the rock to the
other like to Narnia. He threw it all the way
to the camera person. I don't think that's why they
didn't show it literally all the way to the camera person.
And we had to like crawl and get there because
we coudn't figure out walking. These guys are jumping and
we're walking. Mind, I think we should have crawled, to

(36:58):
be honest, I wonder if we get we if we
were able to call a crawl. But I never got
to go. That was one of the most like depressing
things is that I didn't get to go. And I
literally just watched four point five six million dollars just
strip right in front.

Speaker 4 (37:10):
Of my face.

Speaker 5 (37:13):
But I've gotten a lot of like comments and everything
saying that I was super supportive, and that's kind of
just what I wanted to do, is just be supportive.

Speaker 4 (37:19):
And uh, you know, I mean, I love Cidy to death.

Speaker 5 (37:21):
She's awesome, So there's there's never gonna be a time
where I'm just gonna sit here and you know a
basher at all.

Speaker 2 (37:27):
You were so supportive absolutely. I mean you were telling
people you got this, take your time, whereas other people
I know for a fact, would have been screaming, ripping
into people. And people don't respond well to that, especially
if they're already themselves freaking out. They need that calming
voice coming in and telling them it's okay, breathe, you

(37:48):
have to breathe. But just hearing how long she was
at that station for it's brutal.

Speaker 5 (37:54):
Well, if you look at it, Cindy's doing them doing
it in a squad, and I was like, I didn't
realize that at the point I was, but she was
in that squat forever and I was like, Wow, that's
crazy that she was doing gongy in a squad. But
I'm proud of her. She ended up actually doing it.
Though she had, she actually ended up finishing it. And
that's that's what I was proud of.

Speaker 7 (38:13):
All right, so can you guys hear me?

Speaker 1 (38:16):
You're back, You're good.

Speaker 7 (38:18):
I don't know what happened. So yeah, so Bradley, peek
behind the curtain. I know, I know Bradley. And and
there's there's another twin. Who's to say who's better looking?
There there's been controversy, but uh, I see you on
the cast, you know, and I can. I'm just like
I've been screaming for the twins to be on reality
TV for years. So so I sit down my my son,

(38:40):
Eric's he's on the h He's on the show. I'm like,
all right, that's great. And so, uh yeah, are you
still on the show because I've missed it.

Speaker 3 (38:51):
I know, I think that I just finished Mingle on
episode four.

Speaker 6 (38:55):
But wait no, I was dude out real quick, real quick.
There are so many of us that I mean, if
I mean I could point you out, I did, I did.
I could point me out like on the screen, but
like it was like one of those like blinking you
missed me.

Speaker 7 (39:15):
The first one out like the counting or now.

Speaker 3 (39:18):
Oh yeah, for the counting game. Yeah, I was on
I was in the O's.

Speaker 4 (39:21):
Oh wow, yeah Eric dad? Yeah, like Eric, like like baby.

Speaker 7 (39:28):
Eric, h yeah, I lied about my grandma dying. I'm survivor.

Speaker 4 (39:34):
You're Eric's dad.

Speaker 3 (39:36):
Sure?

Speaker 7 (39:39):
Oh my wait are you saying seriously serious? Where do
you think he got it from?

Speaker 5 (39:42):
Oh my god, I just metic Eric. Me and Eric
were together to days ago.

Speaker 7 (39:46):
I think telling him, Mom, tell him I'm not getting
him a new car.

Speaker 3 (39:49):
You're you're talking.

Speaker 6 (39:51):
You're also talking to the biggest reality villain of all times.

Speaker 3 (39:55):
So yeah, you can't.

Speaker 4 (39:57):
I didn't know.

Speaker 7 (39:58):
That's crazy.

Speaker 5 (39:58):
I did not know your Eric's dad, okay to me?

Speaker 7 (40:04):
Yeah, jesus, how was that. It's a lot easier than
I used to have friends have to come on and
help me. Now I just say it, I get it out.

Speaker 4 (40:18):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (40:18):
So uh wow.

Speaker 7 (40:19):
So yeah, no, Uh do we feel that was a
little extreme for half the people to go, like, uh yeah,
literally insane?

Speaker 6 (40:29):
Uh Like we didn't like literally, if you think about
the O's, we just like we didn't get to do anything.
We went home and the exes didn't do anything, and
they got to go to the next game. So it's
like I was like, man, I wish I was. I
wish I was an EX that didn't always X.

Speaker 3 (40:46):
Oh wait, dude.

Speaker 6 (40:47):
As soon as they started doing this, I'm like, oh
my god, wait, I want to be an X now.

Speaker 5 (40:51):
Damn it, that's not as an X. I feel so bad,
like it's it was just it was a bad way
to go. I mean, we're only in the dorms for
maybe like twenty thirty minutes.

Speaker 4 (41:02):
I'm not gonna lie.

Speaker 3 (41:03):
No, the hack for this season is be an X
and do nothing.

Speaker 6 (41:08):
Uh, and then go to the next one and do
bam a cup and be on a winning team and
then go to catch and then stand the back and
do nothing and then boom.

Speaker 3 (41:19):
You made it to mingle like easy.

Speaker 2 (41:21):
Well Viper though Viper had to play Viper.

Speaker 7 (41:26):
Yeah. And for the record, that girl looks like she's
caught a lot of balls in her day.

Speaker 5 (41:33):
Oh, Alicia Cass, she looks like she's caught caught quite
a few balls. Well, they're all they're all saying that
just so they didn't so they got to the.

Speaker 7 (41:44):
End of the I'm not referring to catching.

Speaker 4 (41:46):
Yeah, I know, I'm telling you that. That's hilarious.

Speaker 6 (41:54):
I was so bummed that I didn't get to play catch,
because I'm like, that was so fun to watch, and like,
I don't know, I would wanna. I am just like
I wanted to be in Viper's situation. I'm like I
wanted to be like the furthest and like have one,
just like someone throw it up and like to see
catch it.

Speaker 3 (42:10):
Because I'm pretty confident that I could have. Because you're
you're a baseball player, that would have been easy for you.

Speaker 5 (42:16):
I would have walked in that saying, oh yeah, maybe
I wouldn't be going crazy.

Speaker 7 (42:20):
Well, the the the bald cop can catch. He uh
he's real good at catching balls from three feet away.

Speaker 3 (42:28):
He let her. He let everybody know too.

Speaker 7 (42:30):
Oh yeah, yeah, I uh?

Speaker 3 (42:34):
Is he the uh?

Speaker 7 (42:36):
Lauren? Who's the guy you did the podcast with last season?
Was it Dan?

Speaker 1 (42:40):
Dan? Player two of four?

Speaker 7 (42:42):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (42:42):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (42:43):
Is this is this bald? Is he t MoU Dan?
Is that where we're Because I met Dan, I like him.
I don't feel like i'd like this guy now.

Speaker 3 (42:55):
I think he's an acquired taste.

Speaker 6 (42:56):
I think I like his character for sure, but I
would have hated to be He looked like a problem.

Speaker 3 (43:04):
Child in the X room for during the count gel
This is yeah.

Speaker 5 (43:09):
Yeah, Oh, dude, Matt is just like he just talks.
He's he's he talks a lot. He likes to be heard. Yeah, dude,
he yaps, Dude, I'm he yaps.

Speaker 4 (43:18):
He's just loud.

Speaker 5 (43:19):
Oh my god, he's a little obnoxious. But I mean
in person, he's that's a really cool dude. But in
their dude, I don't know what he was doing. Maybe
for show, I don't know. It was going crazy.

Speaker 1 (43:28):
Lets the twins go to the front. Why is this happening?
How are the Why are the twins in the front.

Speaker 6 (43:31):
I don't understand that people are hating on them, Like
the twins got in the front, Like, y'all let them
get in the front.

Speaker 7 (43:35):
What do you mean, like you can.

Speaker 3 (43:36):
Get mad at the twins?

Speaker 7 (43:38):
And how are you not? Are you not a part
of a twins set?

Speaker 4 (43:41):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (43:42):
So I applied super late and they didn't even ask,
like there's eight set of twins on identical twins on
the show.

Speaker 3 (43:50):
I think that I counted, So they didn't even.

Speaker 6 (43:52):
Acquire inquire about if I want to play with someone,
inquire about me having an identical twins because I think
they were like set. So I'm like, I got a
two weeks notice fair play that I was on the show.
So it was like I was like very like last
minute cast for sure.

Speaker 7 (44:07):
So well, my my fiance wants me to do this,
so so we're watching what last Night of the Night
for maybe both who's to say? I don't know, but
uh but I ordered the the the the the gongy.
I ordered the whole You get the whole set for
nine dollars on Amazon, like the like the entire like, uh,

(44:28):
the everything, it's nine dollars.

Speaker 6 (44:32):
Yeah, how about the uh the Dalgona the cookies. Uh,
you need to you need to practice that as well,
because I like.

Speaker 4 (44:40):
U came and you can't spit.

Speaker 7 (44:42):
Well, I don't want to do the cookies. I don't.
I don't have a sweet to like that's something like
that is more torture than anything, like like I like
a sugar cookie. I'd like I'd rather eat a tarantula
than a sugar cookie. That's fair.

Speaker 1 (44:57):
Which game would you do, Johnny? Which one would be
your game?

Speaker 5 (45:01):
Uh?

Speaker 7 (45:01):
Well, I would try to do the ball in the
cup because that's you know, like but I would put
my worst person on the ball in the cup.

Speaker 5 (45:09):
Yeah, mind you mind you There was a guy that
messed up so bad, Like I should you not? He
was ticking the ball in the cup and he was
going like this, get in.

Speaker 7 (45:17):
Maybe maybe he was jerking it off.

Speaker 5 (45:20):
He was jerking, man, I'm telling you, but he's a
nice guy.

Speaker 4 (45:24):
But like, yeah, I don't know.

Speaker 7 (45:25):
I would. I would put myself in a base. I
mean like if I was just with a bunch of studs,
I'm just like, yeah, ball and cup, let's go. So
like if I had some dead weight and you guys
could kind of tell, like you know who the dead
weight was, like there's some dead weight, It's just like, fuck,
I guess I'm doing cards.

Speaker 6 (45:43):
Yeah, oh yeah, for sure. I'd rather put myself up
in car.

Speaker 7 (45:48):
Yeah yeah. Like that lady's sweating on the cards, I
was just like like, like, you've literally there, there's a
layer of water on the table that you're.

Speaker 3 (45:59):
Literally of us.

Speaker 5 (46:00):
Robin, that's Robin. We almost came back because of that.
She was going for cards for forty five minutes.

Speaker 4 (46:04):
I think.

Speaker 6 (46:05):
Oh and the girls that crumpled up her cards. I
should have told you guys that I shake a lot.

Speaker 3 (46:10):
I'm like, you think, well, is.

Speaker 7 (46:13):
Crumpling your cards help? Yes?

Speaker 3 (46:16):
So a little bit oh, for real, that's a strategy.

Speaker 1 (46:20):
You can Oh yeah, Ben, you want to send it
in so it like can get stuck with each other. Yeah,
there's a strategy for house.

Speaker 5 (46:27):
The girl and the other team like this sticks easily.
Then they told Race to like Grace slick the cards.
She takes the cards. She deep throats and she goes,
oh deep the cards. You can see it with her
in the mouth.

Speaker 7 (46:39):
Oh my, it's probably the girl that's uh that's had
a few balls, uh coverway catching balls.

Speaker 4 (46:46):
But yeah, but like her personality is even funnier. You
should you should talk to it.

Speaker 7 (46:50):
Yeah, well you know so so yeah. Well I'm loving
to see I I think this is some of the
best television on television. I love it. I I was
thank goodness Survivor came with a great merge episode last night.
If not, I don't know, like I would have been negative,
negative Nancy on Survivor. I'm trying to be a nice

(47:11):
guy about everything. I just love good TV and and
like and I mean, like honestly, like I see you
guys crying, and like, I don't cry. It takes a lot,
but I was getting teared up in the first few episodes,
and I was just like, what is happening? I don't
give my fuck about these people? Do you feel about Mark?
What do you think about Mark? Who player one hundred?

(47:34):
Und oh? God? So I don't know if he I
think he sent me a friend request on Facebook. He
may have just been someone you may know, but I
but I was just like, all right, I'm gonna see
how this guy. Like, I don't feel like I need
to accept this friend request. Okay. So so I'm watching

(47:55):
and I'm just like, do I kind of like Mark?
And then when it went like, I'm just like, I
am so glad I didn't accept that refriend.

Speaker 3 (48:05):
Why he's a lot?

Speaker 7 (48:08):
He's like I did. I did, like the Star Wars
of it all that, you know, they're like, fuck this dude,
and then he but then he is just like in
a year and it's just like oh wow, so and
I'm a Star Wars nerd so so you know. But
but like the girls weren't having it and they're like, yeah,
I don't want to fucking Star Wars shut up, and
I'm like.

Speaker 3 (48:26):
That was kind of grudle.

Speaker 7 (48:27):
I'm like, Gere, just you don't I don't like fun
and entertaining things like I'm kind of like I just
watched shitty tiktoks and that's kind of my life.

Speaker 3 (48:36):
Yeah, there's definitely.

Speaker 4 (48:38):
Marks the sweetest guy over.

Speaker 7 (48:39):
He's awesome. He seemed like a really nice guy. I
would cast him a thousand times.

Speaker 5 (48:44):
Yeah, yeah, awesome. They were talking about they were shitting
on him to and catch. You're like, yeah, they gotta
throw too, because you look.

Speaker 4 (48:51):
I was a damn like, holy.

Speaker 3 (48:54):
Look because how you sound. I'm like, Hoda.

Speaker 5 (48:57):
That was.

Speaker 3 (48:59):
A little insane.

Speaker 6 (49:00):
He had a player one I think it was one,
two five that was like, hey, we're not doing this, like.

Speaker 2 (49:09):
Because it was two hundred and seventy two that said that,
right Yeah, Ryan, Yeah.

Speaker 6 (49:14):
Ryan, Yeah, yeah, yeah Yeah.

Speaker 7 (49:20):
I would have put Mark a little closer to the
front on catch. I mean like like it's I understand,
protect your own and all that, but it's just like, guys,
this guy is not catching a ball six feet away.
He's not so I mean, and if you can't catch
a ball six feet away, ye're done.

Speaker 4 (49:43):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (49:43):
I mean I would have been can he throw the ball?
I don't know four ft? If I made it the catchman,
I was, I was a baseblak.

Speaker 4 (49:51):
I would have went the back. I don't give a
I would have went the back, but you can't go.

Speaker 6 (49:54):
You have to make sure whoever's throwing it to you though,
like knows what they're doing as well, Like that's the kicker, Yes.

Speaker 7 (50:00):
Isn't it? Isn't the cheat on catch that you can
fucking run up as far as you want. Isn't that
the cheat?

Speaker 5 (50:05):
So the thing was they had to stay the thrower
had to stay on the dot. But once the ball's
up in the air, the guy that's catching came run.

Speaker 7 (50:11):
Yeah, so it's just like just throw it half.

Speaker 4 (50:15):
There's someone that bowlded you know, you know, like throw
it up in the air. I don't care.

Speaker 1 (50:19):
Yeah, they have a chance. It's like a pop fly. Also,
can we talk about three ninety because that really pissed
me off with the whole viper situation, because here's.

Speaker 9 (50:26):
My thing, vipers a good absolute excuse me, that's a
person you want throwing you the ball because you don't
know who the next thrower could be and they could
call your name.

Speaker 1 (50:36):
You want that person throwing you the ball.

Speaker 5 (50:38):
Yeah, well, no one's gonna say it. I'll say I
don't care what he did. What you know, how he
was talking back. He said a lot more stuff than
what he actually said, like literally talking about like bad
stuff like talk about racing sexuality. You I swear, yeah,
I mean i'll air it that because that's not cool.
But he said a lot more and obviously they're not
gonna air that, so everyone was pissed out.

Speaker 4 (50:58):
Well that's why he.

Speaker 7 (51:01):
Kind of aired it.

Speaker 4 (51:02):
I mean, like no one's gonna say it because no one.
I mean, they're not going to air it.

Speaker 5 (51:07):
But like I don't care, to be honest, I don't care,
but uh, because that was like the crazy shit I
ever heard.

Speaker 4 (51:13):
What he said was the crazy show I ever heard.

Speaker 6 (51:14):
Like that's he's like a villain, Like he's just like
not a villain, but like just not a good person.

Speaker 4 (51:18):
That's what you ever heard from. That's why I ever
heard from.

Speaker 7 (51:21):
Yeah he Here is my read on that guy. What's
that his name?

Speaker 4 (51:30):
Dalton?

Speaker 7 (51:31):
Yeah, yeah, yeah here here's here's here's my read on Donald.
I know Viper was just like you know everyone else,
like no, no, no, I am going with anyone else.
But don't to catch regardless if you convince him or not,
Like I don't. I mean, I'm sure he's called plenty,
but I don't think that that guy, Like, I'm not

(51:53):
risking four million dollars on that guy's potential ability to
catch a ball. Yeah, Like I'm going with any girl
roll over him for sure. For sure. I mean because
like because anybody's like fine, I'm just like, oh my god,
this guy's saying fine, like okay, fine, I'll catch a
ball for the first time in my entire life. And
I'm like, oh no, Like I mean, like my my

(52:15):
eight year old she's good at gymnastics, she's gonna dance,
she's she's she's good at soccer. Uh, I don't think
she's the greatest catcher of all time. I'm rolling my
dice on her over this dude. Yeah, he just I
mean I just like I was just like this dude
hates like his friends make fun of sports ball like

(52:40):
like that, like there's no way, like like ask him
to name three NFL players other than Tom Rady and
he can't.

Speaker 6 (52:50):
I will say though it selfishly it was great TV. Yeah,
TV in that moment even were.

Speaker 7 (52:58):
Just like, fuck, this dude, are you kidding me?

Speaker 4 (53:02):
VI had a bad man. That's that Like, just play
the game.

Speaker 7 (53:05):
I mean, you're there to play a game or you know,
he even said that guy was not there to put
that want to pay that guy knew he wasn't gonna win,
and it was like, here's my TV moment. Yeah he's
and he knew he wasn't gonna get a better run.
It was as good as he was gonna get. He's
like a man two episode four.

Speaker 4 (53:20):
We're there to play the game. Just catch the game ball, dude, like.

Speaker 3 (53:23):
And we lost Vipra and John t on that, and
productions tried like, no, too big to key play, like damn.

Speaker 7 (53:32):
Yeah, I mean I just sort of saying, well, we
didn't have you, you twin, your twin Magic Bradley. And
then it's just like, oh do we root for the
fucking foreign twins of the American twins fucking USA?

Speaker 6 (53:47):
And I was fully prepared to make great television, I promise,
but I just didn't didn't even get started.

Speaker 4 (53:53):
Literally, Yeah, but.

Speaker 7 (53:57):
I so there there's a guy. Uh a reality TV
fan on Instagram brought it up. Of your entire cast,
there is one person whose photo is not on the website.

Speaker 4 (54:11):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (54:11):
Yeah, they're talking about the miss Miss England.

Speaker 4 (54:15):
Yeah, I know exactly have it Uh well, I don't
know exactly.

Speaker 5 (54:17):
I don't know the t but I just know that
she she was actually I don't know if she was
actually in the game, you know, but she actually in in.

Speaker 3 (54:23):
Yeah, she was an O with us.

Speaker 7 (54:26):
I don't know if she did she like throw a fit.
It was just like, this is bullshit. I didn't sign
on my paperwork.

Speaker 4 (54:32):
Like off, Yeah, I don't. I don't know.

Speaker 5 (54:35):
I don't know why you could have possibly done to
get yourself off of the cast list, Like it must
have been insane.

Speaker 7 (54:40):
Well, no, I because I did. I did a New
York doesn't know this, but I did a show. New
York goes to Hollywood and they did this deal where
she she uh, she moved to Hollywood, and her assistant
uh invited a bunch of reality TV stars to come
to this party. And the gimmick is it's her welcome

(55:01):
to Hollywood party. Well, she's expecting Tom Cruise and and
and Tom Hanks and all these people, and then she
shows up there and it's these reality stars. He's like,
why are these fucking losers here. I'm a fucking star,
I'm Hollywood. I don't want to fucking hang out the
reality people, fuck, you know, and then throw throws the
tempertacere blah blah blah. So well, me and Bob Dog

(55:23):
got there, Bob Dog from Survivor, and they're like, hey,
can you can you guys do your paperwork real quick?
It was like, yeah, we're just gonna grab a drink
real quick. So when we go to grab a drink,
they weren't officially set up. So we go around the
site to get a drink. We hear production going over
everything in the back. They're like, you know, hey, she's

(55:44):
gonna come out. She's gonna be like, what the fuck
is this. He's a fucking losers. So me and Bob
Dog were just like, yeah, we appreciate the booze, but
we're out and they're like.

Speaker 3 (55:52):
No, no, no, no, no it's fine.

Speaker 7 (55:54):
It's just like no, no, no, no, no, it's not And
they're like, well, you know, we we filmed her. I
always like, that's great. I'm a lawyer. And we ain't
sign nothing. I would love to sue v h one.
Let's fucking go. And they're like and and and and
they're like, you know, we didn't. We don't have anything
signed from them. We got just like all right, piece out,

(56:16):
So well, are my handler on the bus for that
is one of the main producers of al Civillians.

Speaker 4 (56:22):
Oh my god.

Speaker 3 (56:23):
Wow. And he was like so when.

Speaker 7 (56:26):
We got there, they were like, uh, He's just like
did you uh did you say anything in New York
about I'm like, fuck, no, I'm not mentioning that ship again.
Yeah I wouldn't. I was like, I don't think this
plays well. Yeah. Always always always make sure that paperwork
sign if you're ear in production. So that's the only

(56:49):
thing I can imagine is like, you know, like they
they they were finishing up stuff like maybe y'all got
you know, maybe there was one more adendum or something,
and she was just like, fuck this, I I didn't
sign it, and I signing it.

Speaker 3 (57:01):
Now it sounds like maybe.

Speaker 6 (57:04):
It was on the Netflix and not on her end.
But I don't know if something changed with in her
personal life or something like that where Netflix wasn't interested anymore.

Speaker 3 (57:14):
I don't know.

Speaker 6 (57:15):
It had to be something pretty crazy just to not
even include her.

Speaker 7 (57:20):
I mean, yeah, there's four hundred people and there's like
you're just like, yeah, we couldn't get that one picture
and apparently she's missing like she's hot, right, Yeah, you're
not showing the hot girl.

Speaker 4 (57:32):
There was a lot of hot dude.

Speaker 6 (57:34):
There was so many o's that got out that were
so attractive, and we all just like, we know, that's why.

Speaker 3 (57:40):
You were on the o's.

Speaker 7 (57:41):
You were like, hey, what's up. I know exactly what
you're talking about too.

Speaker 3 (57:45):
Hey.

Speaker 6 (57:46):
And the bar, the bar after we all got eliminated
was we all just got like hammered at the bar.
And there was some hookups that happened that night, like
that's the tea, Like people are going in each other's
rooms and just like that was a reality show in itself, honestly.
But yeah, there was a lot of like there's some
big names on the o's that got out that I
hope that pop up elsewhere.

Speaker 3 (58:07):
I'm sure, but yeah.

Speaker 7 (58:08):
The the uh, I'm not gonna get out my source
for this because they're they're pretty pretty important. So but
Master Chef Junior, you know with the kids, uh, your
your parents take it like you know, you film for
like you know, three weeks or whatever, and like, well
one of your parents one of the two, you know,

(58:29):
comms and blah blah blah. You know, holy like they
had to hire security to guard the hallways and the
hotels because the married parents were hooking up with other parents.

Speaker 3 (58:43):
What hey, they'd be crazy out here, they'd be crazy.

Speaker 7 (58:49):
They literally had to higher security for the hallways of
the hotel. They're just like, look like you're married, stay
in your fucking room.

Speaker 4 (58:58):
Yeah, that's crazy.

Speaker 1 (59:02):
That's so wild, Johnny.

Speaker 2 (59:04):
There's another person that I am sure all of us
here want your perspective on Player sixteen.

Speaker 1 (59:10):
Sydney.

Speaker 7 (59:12):
Is that the spoiled brat? She was my path on.

Speaker 1 (59:15):
With Yeah, with Giovanni.

Speaker 3 (59:18):
I loved her, Yes, great TV.

Speaker 7 (59:21):
I loved her. Yeah, I I I wish. I mean,
I guess they still get you know, it doesn't have
to be over. I see her on Million Dollar Secret.

Speaker 4 (59:31):
Oh, oh my god, Sydney.

Speaker 5 (59:33):
Well, first of all, everything you see of Sydney, like
in the interviews and stuff, it's exactly who she is. Yeah,
Like she just she showed up in like these fuzzy
pink booths. Dude, She's awesome. I love Sydney, even though
she messed up the entire game, But I love her.
Like people are trying to give me a shit on
her and I was not doing that.

Speaker 7 (59:48):
Like, no, I know, I I I don't know why
they wasted her on scar I mean, you know, I get,
but like, if the Sydney walks into my casting and
I'm just like all right, like you know, where can
we where can we showcase her? So and I'm sure
they were hoping to showcase her on Squid Game and
they did to the greatest extent that they could. However,

(01:00:11):
if a Sydney walks into I mean, you know, maybe
she's better and smart, like maybe this was maybe we
got all we really needed from Sydney. But I'm thinking
there's a little more and I think million dollars secret.
But worst case scenario, she can you can put her
on Perfect Match, Yeah, which I don't want. My issue

(01:00:33):
with Perfect Matches. It's kind of like an All Star season,
a Survivor, a Big Brother or any of these things. Yeah,
it's the show starts on chapter four.

Speaker 3 (01:00:44):
They've already all hooked up before they've.

Speaker 7 (01:00:47):
All fucked, and it's and like, i mean, like I
watched the first Perfect Match and I'm like, oh, fucking
Joey Sass and Joy's like I fucked these three girls.
I'm like, oh, what world does Joey Sasso fuck three girls? Ever?

Speaker 4 (01:01:04):
But yeah, Joey, that's hilarious.

Speaker 5 (01:01:05):
Max is just like, legit, you said it correct, Reality
All Stars where everyone all the hot people, let's spot it.

Speaker 7 (01:01:12):
But it's chapter five.

Speaker 3 (01:01:13):
I don't. I don't.

Speaker 7 (01:01:14):
I don't start the I don't when I read a book,
I don't start with chapter four.

Speaker 5 (01:01:18):
No.

Speaker 4 (01:01:18):
Yeah, yeah, like you want to see it like in
front of your fece.

Speaker 7 (01:01:21):
Yeah you you want to be like, hey, what's your name?
You're hot? I saw you on your show. Holy moly, Like,
uh I I pete behind the curtain, I shot my
shot and a DM and they're just like, yeah, I
left you on Red Like like I can live with that,
but that needs to be the beginning and end of
whatever chapter before they got there. But you know, I
was like, yeah, I fucked three of them. And I'm like,

(01:01:43):
well then, yeah, I mean you're either gonna fuck him
again or you're not. And and you know, and if
I want the other dudes, I'm like, I want Joey
Sasso scraps never oh hell, you got Joey Sasso for
like the next ten years at any at any reality event. Hey,

(01:02:03):
that was come on, bros. It's like oh no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
no no no, it's not at all The medio ros yeah,
that's crazy.

Speaker 5 (01:02:15):
They asked me if I want to do if I
ever want to do another show, and I said, yeah, I'll,
you know, just for the uh, just for the lore.

Speaker 4 (01:02:20):
I'll just do a dating show. Fucking just go in
there and just.

Speaker 5 (01:02:23):
I don't even know everything hunging the girl down in
bucking Forourt, Like what are we doing?

Speaker 7 (01:02:30):
But I do I need to do squid Game.

Speaker 3 (01:02:34):
I would say this to you, fair play that you could.

Speaker 6 (01:02:40):
I would say, why not, like you've done like seven
TV shows already, but ninety, but be prepared to like
you know, get get the O treatment, like if you
could get sent home. We had a guy on our
team that thought because we here, just because he was
on O's, that O's is going to win.

Speaker 7 (01:03:01):
Because yeah, it's like, don't even worry about it, guys.

Speaker 3 (01:03:04):
Yeah, I literally like that.

Speaker 7 (01:03:06):
It's it's it's it's fixed. I'm on.

Speaker 4 (01:03:10):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:03:10):
So even if you're fairly even if you're on a
team like they could like just like since like you
could lose and go home right away and you people
may never even know that you did the show. So
take that into consideration. Or you have the best time
of your life and just like Coast and make great
TV again. Like I would say, yes, you you should
try and see what happens. But I would never tell

(01:03:33):
people know to not do Squid Game even though my
experience wasn't that great, Like gotta try.

Speaker 7 (01:03:40):
Could you do the next squid Game and they just
keep your same picture since you didn't really use it?

Speaker 6 (01:03:46):
I could, Yeah, I think that I could do uh
season three, but.

Speaker 3 (01:03:52):
I wouldn't. I wouldn't do it. I wouldn't do it again.

Speaker 7 (01:03:55):
You're you got, you got all you needed out of it.

Speaker 6 (01:03:59):
How I hold out? I hold out for something else,
But yeah, squid Game I'm good on. Like I will
encourage people to try it and apply, but I'm like, yeah, I.

Speaker 7 (01:04:11):
Mean how many days we're after?

Speaker 3 (01:04:15):
Oh? Basically I was on the plane the next day.

Speaker 7 (01:04:17):
Next day morning, I was yeah, because I was just
like you get a run at Sydney.

Speaker 6 (01:04:23):
No, No, I didn't. Uh we uh yeah, we most
of us were on. Some people got to stay an
extra day, but like we know we're all going home.

Speaker 3 (01:04:31):
Like follow morning.

Speaker 5 (01:04:34):
I was there for like three day, two three days
because the interviews took forever.

Speaker 4 (01:04:38):
Yeah, we have like the process they took forever.

Speaker 7 (01:04:42):
Yeah, the floor we filmed in Ireland and they're and like, uh, like,
I mean I think we had filmed for like twelve
hours straight. And they're just like, so we can get
you on a red eye tonight or do you want
to fly out tomorrow morning. I'm like, motherfucker, I'm drinking
and they're enjoyed it. It's so so like, okay, well
you have to talk to the what's the risk team?

Speaker 4 (01:05:03):
Is that what they're called welfare diligence whatever?

Speaker 7 (01:05:07):
Yeah, the these like anyway, so they're they're like, I'm
just like, look, I've done ninety shows. I don't give
a fuck. Like I'm on, I'm on. The first two episodes,
we're good, Like you know, no one's really watching this show.
After the second episode.

Speaker 4 (01:05:20):
We're good.

Speaker 6 (01:05:21):
Everyone's sitting in for me and then leaving.

Speaker 7 (01:05:25):
I'm like, it's honestly season four, folks. I'm like like relaxed,
and they're like, all right, cool, and they're like they're like, well,
three people per bus are waiting on one more. The
next dude comes through punches the wall uses like I
want to hurt myself. I want to I'm like, oh
my god, I'm like, can we just go? And they're
like you have to wait for fourth. They did a

(01:05:45):
dinner break and then they and then they then they
set up.

Speaker 11 (01:05:48):
I'm like, no, I need there's no alcohol here to
go right now.

Speaker 7 (01:06:02):
But so then the next morning we're on the same
fucking uh shuttle to the airport and he was just like,
we're drinking at the airport. I'm like, yeah, we are,
and he was like, uh uh, where's your fight to?
I was like, I have a layer over New York
and the back to. He's like I do too, and
so we go. I was like, let me check the
gate real quick. It's like, hey, Johnny, fairplay just one

(01:06:22):
if there's any you know, first class And they're like, oh, sorry,
there's only one. He's like, oh buy it.

Speaker 3 (01:06:28):
I'm like, really sniped.

Speaker 7 (01:06:33):
I waited almost two hours to drink because this guy,
and then he's gonna swipe her. No swiping my fucking
first class ticket.

Speaker 2 (01:06:45):
That's insane. I say go for it, though, because.

Speaker 1 (01:06:48):
Honestly they're still casting.

Speaker 4 (01:06:50):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (01:06:50):
I uh, me and Robin say hi every now and then.
I just don't know if I want to Like me
and Robin cast have literally been talking for twenty years. Now,
do I want to shoot my shot on this, it's.

Speaker 5 (01:07:07):
The lure is just crazy because if you make it,
it's just funny. Like to be honest, it's just like,
so the atmosphere is like a prison.

Speaker 4 (01:07:13):
It's awesome.

Speaker 7 (01:07:14):
Yeah, but I feel like a million dollars secret is
more sounds more awesome to me.

Speaker 4 (01:07:19):
I loved I loved it.

Speaker 3 (01:07:21):
Yeah, but I think they I forget that. I don't
they vote people.

Speaker 6 (01:07:25):
I think you would get voted out so quick because
they one would trust you, like from the.

Speaker 4 (01:07:28):
Jump, Oh'm glad.

Speaker 3 (01:07:30):
I wouldn't trust you. A fair play. I was playing.
I heard this.

Speaker 7 (01:07:34):
I heard the same thing on Micronesia. I don't go
home Party's first boot. I win the game. And these
are people like literally Amy wanting to get a restraining
order on me after the Van of Watachi finale and
she's sitting there crying. She's like, you can't leave. You're
my number one, And I'm like, what is happening here?
I'm kind of irresistible, guys. I'll be honest with.

Speaker 3 (01:07:57):
You, just it's the charm. I guess it's the charm.

Speaker 7 (01:08:01):
I got, you know, how bored you get out there?
I got stories. I'm your fucking TV. That's it. You're
honestly sitting there just like, all right, this sucks. I
was like, all right, So one time I'm I'm at
this Gucci party, Tom Hanks walks up. He's like, he goes,
oh my god, I know what's your name. I was like, dude,
I know you put some buddies. That's one of my

(01:08:22):
favorite shows. Are you still working or anything ever come
from that? He goes, that's why they voted you out.
Like I got Actually, who says that to Tom Hanks?
That's hilarious. So yeah, so no, I mean like and
also like, you know, if you're looking for a shoulder
to cry on, I'll laugh at you. That's good. Oh yeah,

(01:08:45):
if I'm looking for a shorder to cry on, You're
gonna fall for it because you're stupid. Oh yeah, it's good.

Speaker 3 (01:08:52):
It's good.

Speaker 7 (01:08:52):
Tombo, especially my ass.

Speaker 5 (01:08:54):
If I asked if you're Eric's dad fifteen times, yes, Eric.

Speaker 7 (01:08:58):
Would actually walk around and tell you that he's that
I'm in death.

Speaker 4 (01:09:02):
He lies out of his ass.

Speaker 7 (01:09:03):
Yes, yes, he he produced. I did a North Myrtle
Beach survivor charity event. He was the producer and and
it comes there. He's just like, dude, he was like,
I don't give a fuck about it, Like he goes,
I am following you. It's just me, you know. I'm
like and I basically gave him the one on one,
one on one on how.

Speaker 3 (01:09:21):
To and I can.

Speaker 7 (01:09:22):
I was just like, I was like, you want to
do something that's ever been done? He's like yeah, So
we had to go, uh film my confessionals and I
was like, fuck these motherfuckers. I was like, film the
confessional with them fucking behind me and me just calling
them fucking morons. And he was like, holy shit. I'm

(01:09:46):
just like yeah, And so I had a pretty crazy plan,
but everyone was coward like, uh, I sabotaged my tribe
of course, And I was just like, look, you guys,
have anything fucking give me an idol or something. I
was like, I will continue to fuck these people over
and then and they're just like, I don't know, can
we trust him? I'm like and like one of the challenges,

(01:10:07):
I'm like, I literally destroyed my entire standing behind them,
destroyed them with a paint with a paint.

Speaker 5 (01:10:13):
Gun, Like I gotta watch out for this guy, dude,
Holy shit fucked over.

Speaker 7 (01:10:18):
Like they're there, there's it's scorched earth, we're done. Like,
what do you you don't know? Do you think we
can trust him?

Speaker 3 (01:10:24):
I'm like, what trust watch out for this?

Speaker 4 (01:10:31):
But you ever get in the game with his mom?
We watch out holy ship.

Speaker 7 (01:10:34):
I'm pretty I'm pretty uh, I'm pretty tough. Ask that's
share Rogan.

Speaker 3 (01:10:40):
Great great TV, great TV.

Speaker 1 (01:10:42):
Though, no matter what I mean, there for a little
bit of time.

Speaker 2 (01:10:47):
That's why we're saying, I think, Squid, you know you're
going to be shown.

Speaker 7 (01:10:52):
They're gonna I'll hit up, I'll shoot a shoot a
message to Robin and see if she thinks season three
so I become I thought Viggy did pretty good on
season one.

Speaker 6 (01:11:02):
Oh yeah, I will say, since you're talking about Robin,
Like the casting for this is so good because like
even if O stayed, like we would have had a
good show, and like the like we have enough interesting people,
like there's a good mix, so like they do such
a good job casting and like productions like a well

(01:11:25):
oiled machine, and it's it's a Ammy nominated show, fair play.

Speaker 7 (01:11:29):
So like well, so when you guys split between X's
and O's, were they like we need a few more
people over here, or.

Speaker 5 (01:11:37):
It was even it was uneven I mean, they a
lot more o's than x'es.

Speaker 4 (01:11:41):
And they gave us time to switch over.

Speaker 7 (01:11:42):
Actually, but they but they were like, you're kind of
like like, we need a few more good looking people
over here.

Speaker 3 (01:11:51):
I would stand, we need a couple of goos.

Speaker 7 (01:11:53):
Over here, like hey you They're like me, no, no, no, no, no,
not you, not you, not you.

Speaker 4 (01:12:02):
I was I wasn't good enough for the man. I'm
chopped chopped cheese.

Speaker 7 (01:12:06):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:12:07):
Everything. They didn't.

Speaker 7 (01:12:09):
They were just like, hey, whatever it funking? Is it
fu is?

Speaker 4 (01:12:12):
Yeah? Yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:12:12):
It was just super risky right from a production standpoint,
casting standpoint, because you're like, like you're losing half the cast,
so like you have to be confident that like your
casting is solid, because yeah, it was super fair how
like we determined the teams.

Speaker 7 (01:12:26):
But so and and for those that are wondering about
the fairness of shows like this, I I can tell
you and I can't imagine with with with four point
whatever million dollars on the line. Uh, their government, the FCC,
so the master tapes, like all this footage is sent

(01:12:47):
to the like they're reviewing everything to make sure that
there's no manipulation. But you know, it's just like, oh,
let's you know, they might have to do a reshoot,
you know, just to get it again, but they're not changed.
It is just like, oh, well, fucking Bradley wasn't Bradley
an X. I think it was like like, they can't
do that.

Speaker 3 (01:13:06):
Oh yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:13:07):
The following morning, people were saying stuff like oh, they
took some exes or book took some o's and put
them everything xes. I'm like no, Like people were just
like speculating stuff like that.

Speaker 3 (01:13:18):
I was like, yeah, but they can't do that.

Speaker 7 (01:13:20):
They can't. As I said, I don't shoot for because
if they do want like challenge one, like on fucking
counting one thing, that's fucking bullshit. There's four hundred people
that can suit for four million dollars.

Speaker 4 (01:13:34):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:13:35):
The thing is people were watching, people were my compensating, Oh,
it's stage, old stage, and I was like, no, it's not.

Speaker 4 (01:13:40):
They're like, yes, it is.

Speaker 5 (01:13:41):
I was like, okay, you're in there, like Jesus Christ,
like you guys are in there or something like I'm confused,
like there was never a time I felt that they're
in there, and uh, it was staged. It was a
time that one of the o's came in our group chat,
and he was like listening everything to how it staged.
And I strictly said, I was like, hey, guys, you
want to see a magic trick. And I kicked them
from the do chet.

Speaker 1 (01:14:00):
That's the way you have to do it.

Speaker 3 (01:14:01):
The bitter Os bitter O's are they're out there. They're
out there.

Speaker 4 (01:14:05):
I just don't think it was staged.

Speaker 7 (01:14:06):
And I don't know, there was never a time where
I thought it was like, you know, like stage.

Speaker 4 (01:14:10):
I mean, they could do anything.

Speaker 5 (01:14:11):
I mean, they could show anybody like you know, eartime,
you know what I mean, that's just how it is.
And they can manipulate kind of just like what is editing,
Like I mean wrote we wrote a contract saying that
ship where like whatever they record, they can you know,
manipulate it.

Speaker 6 (01:14:22):
So but like I said, they don't need to manipulate.
Like the games and stuff are the stars of the Yeah,
the games, like we lost, like we watched the first night.
I think we made an episode and a half in
and and and like we we had got back from
Boca where I successfully defended the Cruiseright Championship of the World,
and so and the you know.

Speaker 7 (01:14:44):
It's like three o'clock in the morning. Fiances like, I
got a tap and I'm like, all right, So yesterday,
you know we do our NFL podcast with the Survivor podcast.
You know, it's midnight. She was like, why am I
still awake. I'm like, because they're watching some Quid games. Yeah,
and so so we're watching and like we fucking Mingle were.

Speaker 12 (01:15:03):
Like, you know, like, I mean, like they didn't show
it was Mingo was the ship on the last season
of fucking Squid, you know, the.

Speaker 5 (01:15:18):
Right, But I'm saying the problems inside of it, like
they didn't They didn't show a lot of ship, obviously,
but the reason that they protest there's a lot more
ship than what they didn't show. People are like, oh,
to be babies for not playing. There was so much
ship that they did not show that got them to
that situation where they held hands. They didn't want to play,
like it got bad but entertaining.

Speaker 7 (01:15:39):
I love the closing of the door on fucking people
and and you know it's like we're good, we're good,
and you see it's like we need to It's like
these people and I'm just like, oh my god, it's
the TV show.

Speaker 2 (01:15:52):
They even held somebody inside where the door was they
were trying to get out and curse.

Speaker 7 (01:16:00):
Yeah, this is for four point five six million dollars,
and I mind you.

Speaker 4 (01:16:03):
I'm like a pretty big dude. I'm pushing you out
the damn room. It's just gonna happen. I'm just pushing
you out the room.

Speaker 7 (01:16:08):
I love it.

Speaker 6 (01:16:10):
Yeah, when it was the last time you watched like
a TV show that way, it's so exciting to watch
and you're like yelling at your television because it's so exciting.
Like I watch a lot of real TV and there's
like there's nothing like squid Game where you're just like
yelling at your TV rooting for people because a lot
of TV nowadays is kind of like predictable, especially like.

Speaker 5 (01:16:33):
Yeah, it's tough to root for people in squid games
because everyone goes like eventually you know what I mean,
because there's only.

Speaker 7 (01:16:37):
One's four hundred people, Well you get the origin story,
and it's just like, all right, are we getting the
origin story?

Speaker 4 (01:16:44):
Coach?

Speaker 7 (01:16:44):
They're about to get booted or you don't know on
the other And I think I think they really do
that dance very well because I'm just like I was like, oh,
I like this, Like oh no, she's a boot right,
and she's like, I don't know, maybe she knows good.
I'm just like, well, she's not really a team player.
And she's like, I don't think you have to be
a team player on squid game. And then we get

(01:17:09):
the cop I'm like, oh, please let this and then
I'm like, oh no, no, we have more.

Speaker 6 (01:17:17):
We have forty two players left, right, and I'm wondering
if someone's going to pop.

Speaker 2 (01:17:20):
Forty four because it wasn't Shelley was immune.

Speaker 7 (01:17:25):
Shelley and Kate.

Speaker 4 (01:17:26):
Yes got to.

Speaker 1 (01:17:27):
Pick somebody to also be immune from the game.

Speaker 7 (01:17:29):
But oh yeah, Shelley got to pick, and Shelley picked Kate.
So it's just them too.

Speaker 3 (01:17:34):
Yeah, they didn't show didn't have to play mingle.

Speaker 7 (01:17:37):
No got it from the doll.

Speaker 4 (01:17:39):
Yeah, the doll that Shelley got.

Speaker 3 (01:17:41):
She gave it to Oh my gosh, how lucky. Wow.

Speaker 1 (01:17:44):
Oh yeah, I mean I can only imagine you're just chilling.
Why the chaos it completely They.

Speaker 4 (01:17:49):
Didn't show it though, you know what I mean, because
they're just not showing.

Speaker 1 (01:17:52):
Ming because it's important.

Speaker 2 (01:17:53):
Because I'm sitting here after the episode goes, I said,
they're saying there's forty two, but I know her asses
back chilling in the dorm that which is forty three,
So it wasn't mathing in no way in hell they're
letting you sit out for two games in a row.

Speaker 5 (01:18:03):
But that it makes sense because when they show Mingled,
you're gonna show them two together because she picked her.
They're gonna face each other and you're gonna be like, wait,
when when did they pick each other?

Speaker 4 (01:18:11):
You know what I mean?

Speaker 7 (01:18:13):
So I think, yeah, I think I think they're gonna
be stuck together for uh, for Marbles or whatever.

Speaker 4 (01:18:18):
Marble.

Speaker 7 (01:18:20):
Yeah, and Marbles is so like like once again, you
you watched, you watch the fucking show. It's just like no,
because like so many people there, you know, it's just
like we're holding hands. The game is there like okay,
and then and then and I'm like, now, it's not
a good time to hold hands with someone you like.
Worst time in the world. I think it.

Speaker 5 (01:18:43):
I think it would have clicked for me when I
heard that there was an even number. No one's getting eliminated,
and I'll be like, I'm where's the old lady?

Speaker 7 (01:18:50):
Find me an old lady right now in here with
no thumbs.

Speaker 2 (01:18:57):
Because everyone's matched up because father daughters matched up, brother
sisters matched up.

Speaker 7 (01:19:03):
There's so many.

Speaker 1 (01:19:03):
Yeah, so many duos.

Speaker 7 (01:19:05):
And Eric and his friend from.

Speaker 5 (01:19:08):
Up Yeah, that was like that because they got leaked
or whatever they got well, it got showed that they
were actually friends before, and no one actually do that either.

Speaker 7 (01:19:15):
But here, I mean, it's just they were friends before.
I'm just like, I'm pretty sure the father daughter were
friends before exactly. It's just another thing that Eric glad about,
which is hilarious though.

Speaker 2 (01:19:27):
Because it's an unknown duo that is going into the game,
so it's a huge advantage for them, whereas the other
ones are visible but you.

Speaker 7 (01:19:33):
But but if you just pay like, they're literally together,
like not like even if they just met, it's it's
the same as the father daughter, Yeah right, they're not
like even when it's just like I'm gonna work the room,
it's like, all right, I'm gonna work the room, and
they come right back to you in fifteen minutes and
then hang out with you for the next four hours.

Speaker 4 (01:19:49):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (01:19:50):
Yeah, So I was just like, oh my god, could
you believe they were working together? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:19:56):
Right.

Speaker 6 (01:19:57):
Do you all think that we've seen the winner yet
or is there to be like new Edit's got people
that like pop up, like as far as like key
players or I don't remember when my showed.

Speaker 2 (01:20:06):
Episode four was when my fully started coming into the fold.

Speaker 1 (01:20:10):
So I it's it's really tough to say right now.

Speaker 6 (01:20:15):
I love not knowing, like you don't know, No, I
don't want to know, no, no, no, so but but
I I love.

Speaker 7 (01:20:26):
I think it works either way. I mean, I I
love a story, but I mean we're called like a Survivor.
The new season, they just had the merge last night
and there were multiple people that were going to tribal
for the first time this entire season. They were at

(01:20:46):
the fucking merge, and I'm just like, Okay, there's a
possibility that based on the edit, because you can't tell
a story that isn't there because they haven't gone to
fucking trible that someone that never went to tribal is
winning this game and we're starting with episode seven telling
their fucking story. That is a flaw in the in

(01:21:08):
the cause of the game, where because because they are
the challenges are not the stars of Survivor. The survivors
are spread game. The challenges are the stars. So we
can we can tell these little sub stories. But like
at the end of the day in.

Speaker 13 (01:21:25):
The final two episodes, I'm gonna be given enough to
where I'm gonna be happy, I'm gonna be pissed off,
or I'm gonna cry on that final challenge.

Speaker 7 (01:21:38):
With two episodes because I'm watching for Mingle and I'm
watching for Marbles. Yes, I care about the father daughter
like like it's just like no like, but I don't
think I want it any other way. I want Father
Dallar Marbles. I mean, you know, if the TV show

(01:21:59):
is just you know, but people found the little old
lady to fucking crushing marbles, it's a ship show.

Speaker 4 (01:22:05):
Yeah, I do.

Speaker 5 (01:22:06):
The sets are insane, by the way, they're crazy.

Speaker 7 (01:22:10):
The Mingle set was crazy. Do they use the same
sets from the TV show where it's all redone, all
redone in a different facility they moved? So where do
they film this this.

Speaker 4 (01:22:22):
Badly? Oh wait we location?

Speaker 8 (01:22:24):
Yeah, London on some sound stage and like in London. Yeah, okay, yeah,
So sets are nuts. Exactly how you see them like
recorded is exactly how they looked. There's no I don't
I don't even remember seeing any CGI in that.

Speaker 4 (01:22:38):
It's crazy.

Speaker 7 (01:22:39):
It's beautiful. It's so I just popped so hard, like
like literally I could have gone to bed last night
at fucking two thirty am, been perfectly happy with my life.
And it's like fucking mingles like shut the front.

Speaker 4 (01:22:53):
Door ingle was.

Speaker 5 (01:22:54):
Yeah, I personally wish I got to mingle like mingles
like the number one thing I was on my list,
Like that shit is just crazy.

Speaker 7 (01:23:02):
So I almost forgot, like go together. I'm just like, oh,
no way, I'm just like they can do that. Yeah, right,
So are there people that are like when you get killed,
they're just like yeah and in like in kind of
like half ascid or or like or or even refused
and they're just like, no, I'm not fucking going down.
It's like you're fucking dad mother. No, I'm a zombie.

(01:23:25):
I'm gonna keep playing.

Speaker 4 (01:23:28):
During Pentafla, I didn't see anybody that was going crazy.

Speaker 5 (01:23:30):
I know there was a situation within Pantata and that
someone was like protesting and it got pretty intense and
really argumentative.

Speaker 7 (01:23:36):
Yeah, but there's a couple where I expected to see
them dead and I didn't. You know, just like they're
doing the but am I am I really dead? It's like, yeah,
you're really dead, motherfucker. If your thing fucking goes off.

Speaker 5 (01:23:49):
I mean yes, like, yeah, I don't know, there's obviously
they come back to the hotel and say a bunch
of shit, you know what I mean.

Speaker 4 (01:23:55):
But I'll hear the one and miss half that it was.

Speaker 5 (01:23:58):
Like pretty like, you know, pretty messed up. They't even
show that game, so that makes sense.

Speaker 6 (01:24:01):
So I thought it was odd that there are some
people that die that like, and we heard them die,
but we didn't physically see them.

Speaker 7 (01:24:08):
Yeah, and I'm guessing they did like the over the
Top ship and they're like, this game ain't about you, motherfucker,
even in death.

Speaker 6 (01:24:18):
Like, I don't know, I think they like over the Top.
Maybe it probably wasn't dramatic enough. Maybe I don't know,
I can I.

Speaker 7 (01:24:25):
Think there's a fine line I can see if someone doing.

Speaker 4 (01:24:30):
But they wanted us to do that. They literally want
us to do that. They want yeah, but.

Speaker 7 (01:24:33):
I mean but but like you know, and then ten
minutes later it's just like, all right, we're.

Speaker 4 (01:24:38):
When I died.

Speaker 7 (01:24:40):
I died. They barely sliced a major artery. I've been
applying pressure. So actually it does make sense if this
goes eleven minutes and they're like, no, we're not. We're not.

Speaker 5 (01:24:52):
When I died, I was on the ground for maybe
fifteen minutes. They were like, stay on the grounds, we
get the shots. And I'm like like, bro, like I
just lost four point five six million dollars.

Speaker 4 (01:25:01):
You want me to lay on the ground for fifteen months?

Speaker 7 (01:25:03):
Yeah? I got the smelly as inch on me.

Speaker 4 (01:25:06):
Mind you, it is just gross. And I was just
like gosh, like I'm still over for this.

Speaker 5 (01:25:10):
But they did a pretty good job I think with everything,
to be honest, other than like, you know'll be niced
out for a while.

Speaker 4 (01:25:16):
But I love it.

Speaker 7 (01:25:19):
Like I mean, like as I said, like last night, well,
two nights in a row, I've just been so happy,
and you know, I you know, yes, I love a
great life. But it's really great to be happy two
nights in a row at two thirty am and with
my clothes on. Yeah, buckle up.

Speaker 2 (01:25:38):
There's five more dropping on Tuesday next week.

Speaker 4 (01:25:41):
Crazy four on Tuesday, right, I think it's.

Speaker 1 (01:25:45):
I think it's five.

Speaker 5 (01:25:48):
I think it's four or five before episode nine comes
out the eighteenth, Yeah four four ten.

Speaker 7 (01:25:53):
It's not ten this season, No, it's nine.

Speaker 4 (01:25:55):
The finale's the eighteenth. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:25:58):
Perfect.

Speaker 7 (01:25:58):
They killed the killed five hundred people on the fucking first.

Speaker 6 (01:26:03):
Show like fast forward and kill everybody episode one, like
like yeah, they.

Speaker 5 (01:26:08):
Just well they just want to be It's like super ruthless.
And I think they did a good job with the
first game of.

Speaker 7 (01:26:14):
As much as I kind of hated it, I kind
of loved it because like you scared something, like I
guarantee there's some people just like I'm not gonna really
do ship for fucking like like three days and then
you know, I'm gonna fuck you know, you know, and
and and then like they was just like, okay, so
we're playing guys, welcome to Swia games. Never mind goodbye, Like.

Speaker 5 (01:26:37):
That's so messed up, dude, Yeah, but it's still it's entertaining.

Speaker 6 (01:26:41):
The last execution like is pretty iconic like that, like
to kill a whole room, like even though like sucks
for me, but I was just like that was pretty cool.

Speaker 4 (01:26:52):
I mean, it's something to talk about.

Speaker 5 (01:26:53):
In social media, people were like, holy shit, they killed
half the people in one single, and like, legit, how
long was like seven minute?

Speaker 4 (01:27:00):
In seven minutes they killed that people.

Speaker 1 (01:27:03):
Hop pop pop, I have a question.

Speaker 2 (01:27:05):
No, I want to run something by y'all if they
ever did this again in the future. Would y'all be
against if every single person got their own individual button
and was counting themselves and then they calculated by who
were the closest ones?

Speaker 3 (01:27:18):
Would that?

Speaker 1 (01:27:19):
Could they do that?

Speaker 5 (01:27:22):
I think it would be a lot for production for that.
To be honest, there is a technology.

Speaker 3 (01:27:27):
I mean, yeah, I wouldn't.

Speaker 6 (01:27:28):
I wouldn't be against it if I got to push
a button and like have some sort of like say
in what my Yeah you were cool with.

Speaker 7 (01:27:37):
The fucking nurse that's that started ten seconds You're like, yeah,
we should be good.

Speaker 3 (01:27:45):
No, no, no, no, you missed that part of the convo.
Like well.

Speaker 7 (01:27:52):
Because because when the guy was just like I'm a musician,
I'm just like, right there, there's your answer. Right, literally we.

Speaker 6 (01:27:58):
Have a musician and we didn't even use them, and
like this girl starts going dude.

Speaker 7 (01:28:03):
The funniest part they were like go and she's like.

Speaker 6 (01:28:09):
Literally he's waiting for them to code, goes oh, now
she's just counting, right.

Speaker 1 (01:28:18):
Yeah, it was a disaster to do that.

Speaker 7 (01:28:22):
To count.

Speaker 6 (01:28:24):
Yeah, and you cannot yeah, four hundred and fifty six
times doing this consistently. No, it's not going to happen.
It was like, oh we We all of us were like.

Speaker 5 (01:28:35):
Oh, I mean, mind you if you're doing like four
hundred and fifty six seconds worth of chess compressions, I
don't think they're alive, to be honest.

Speaker 7 (01:28:42):
And why wouldn't you do that? Would I would have
the musician or someone just someone that I felt was competent,
but I would prefer musician, and I would have four
people and I would count to one hundred four times.
I'd be like one, two, I get to one hundred, boom,
and that person holds her hand. That's one hundred and
then one because four thirty two, four thirty I'm just like,

(01:29:04):
what why are you saying? For the no, it's one
like like like Keith theck haydence at at at two syllables.

Speaker 5 (01:29:12):
That's why we had a four man group around the physician.
The musicians. He was singing a linkedn Park song, by
the way, I don't know which one it was, but
he was singing a Lincoln Park song, and we had
a cross checker. I think she was like, I don't
know if she was a musical producer. She was like
a music producer or something, and she was counting as well.
But she was doing like the you know, like this
week you start over where it's just like, you know,
like a few hundred seconds. We had a pretty good setup.

(01:29:34):
I'm not gonna lie, right, I don't know if you
were here before, but I don't know if. But the musician,
the musician is actually an O at first, and then
he switched over to the exes.

Speaker 7 (01:29:45):
Yeah because always X Yeah, Malcolm, Oh yeah, it's not
d oh it's d X.

Speaker 2 (01:29:56):
Right right, Johnny, Before you got here, someone actually was
at the o's went over to the axes and then
went back to the o's.

Speaker 1 (01:30:05):
That's brutal, just brutal.

Speaker 4 (01:30:07):
Tragic, tragic.

Speaker 7 (01:30:10):
I do not support that. So I will I will
tell you behind the scenes story. And I'm not gonna
I'm not gonna out there. I'm gonna out one person.
I'm not gonna out the person. But talking with Mark
Burnett and we're just like, hey, on a big round
number season, how about you bring fifty people, you bring
one hundred people, and you have a challenge and the

(01:30:31):
first twenty people to make it, they're they're on wow
and uh and he goes and uh, I'm not gonna
say the person's name because it's just mean. And this
is Mark Burnett, so that's this person. We get their
feelings very very hurt. And they're like, and this person

(01:30:53):
won the game. There's a small clue.

Speaker 14 (01:30:56):
He goes, yeah, play, do you think I want twenty
fucking blanks on this fucking cast, because that's about it.
Gets fucking stuck with twenty of that motherfucker boring us
to fucking tears.

Speaker 7 (01:31:12):
Oh my god. I was like wow. I was like,
I thought you guys like that person too, but I'll
tell you. I'll tell you after who it is. But
uh yeah, so I was just like, you know what,
guy's got a point.

Speaker 3 (01:31:24):
Wait, someone in our games, no Survivor.

Speaker 7 (01:31:28):
So that was the pitch, is like, you know, let's
just do a mega and he was like no, he's like,
he goes, you know, I because I don't need a
show of twenty athletes whatever. So he's like, you know,
I want a Johnny fair play. I want a Sandra,
you know I want so Sandra's not finishing the top
twenty fair play.

Speaker 6 (01:31:48):
Like if they cast any more villains and I know
we're not talking about Survivor right now, but like, don't
get me. We love some villains and like I want
to see more on Survivor, but.

Speaker 7 (01:31:59):
May be maybe fifty three. I don't know. You know,
there's a song called House of the Villains. Guys watch it.
I'm uh villain, I'm back. I got, I got the tattoo.
I'm definitely back.

Speaker 4 (01:32:11):
Okay, it's very good.

Speaker 7 (01:32:14):
I got I got the Australian Tribe tattoo, I got
the House of Villains tattoo.

Speaker 3 (01:32:19):
And did you say you came back? Did you come
back for House of Villains three?

Speaker 5 (01:32:23):
No?

Speaker 3 (01:32:24):
Oh, at least if you came back, no, no.

Speaker 7 (01:32:26):
No, no no. Rumored in you window five is all Stars.

Speaker 5 (01:32:32):
There you go, Oh nice, that's a crazy how and
potentially filming four and five back to back.

Speaker 4 (01:32:40):
That's crazy how you went on so many shows. It's
that's that's insane.

Speaker 1 (01:32:43):
Givn fair Play was on Fear Factor.

Speaker 2 (01:32:47):
Yeah, there's a moment alone that you have to catch
and it's.

Speaker 7 (01:32:51):
Like that this woman, I get this, I get in
this couple's heads so fucking bad. She punches me and knows, like, WHOA,
just cause your fucking husband punches you doesn't mean And
then he's like whoa When he gets in Joe's face,
Joe puts him in a front face slock tackles him
to the ground, down and fucking break it up. It's
it's crazy. And then here's no one knows this part

(01:33:12):
of the story. Uh So afterwards, Jonathan calls me, he goes,
because yeah, he goes, he goes.

Speaker 3 (01:33:17):
You saw that.

Speaker 7 (01:33:17):
She was like, yeah, it was crazy, and he's like, well,
you're kind of.

Speaker 3 (01:33:20):
I'm like, I don't know.

Speaker 7 (01:33:21):
I was just there, dude, We're making TV on it.
And he's like, why just file assault charges on Joe Rogan.
I was like, really, like, yep, just left the police department.
I was like, okay, cool. The next phone called Jonathan
gets his NBC. They're just like, did you just file
assault charges on Joe Rogan's like yep, and they're like,
and did you tell him what happened today? They're like yep.
They're like did you go into detail and they're like yep.
They're like, you're in violation of your confidential out of agreement.

(01:33:42):
We're gonna see you for five million dollars unless you
drop the charges.

Speaker 3 (01:33:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:33:48):
Nah.

Speaker 7 (01:33:49):
I was like, all the world Joe Rogan doesn't go to.

Speaker 4 (01:33:54):
Do I would I wish to experience it. It like that,
like that's crazy. It's happy.

Speaker 7 (01:34:00):
Tell me just do a quick Google search Johnny fair Play,
Fear Factory or YouTube you you will enjoy it. It's
the young bucks are just discovering it now.

Speaker 5 (01:34:09):
They're like, yeah, that was that was Yeah, that was
the first time I ever applied for reality show Badley.

Speaker 4 (01:34:16):
Would you do another show, dude? I would have loved
to do it on one.

Speaker 3 (01:34:18):
Yeah I would.

Speaker 6 (01:34:19):
Yeah, I would be select I'm selective about like what
I wouldn't just do anything.

Speaker 3 (01:34:24):
I would love give me on traders, like.

Speaker 7 (01:34:29):
Do what did you civilian Traders?

Speaker 3 (01:34:33):
I did?

Speaker 7 (01:34:34):
Yeah, okay, but you know they're going to use it
against you that you fucking did this ship.

Speaker 4 (01:34:38):
Yeah, he's the whole contract is.

Speaker 6 (01:34:40):
Well that's what a million dollar uh secret? Yeah that's
what that happened. But it's also a Netflix, so I
thought it was gonna be okay, but no, because it
hasn't aired, they're like, we don't know if you're featured
or what. But I'm like, was it matter because I'm
like it's Netflix, but no.

Speaker 7 (01:34:56):
Your feature. I feel that the door is open, Like
I mean, like you can literally just be like I'm
not on the show.

Speaker 6 (01:35:07):
Yeah, right right now, now that I two seconds.

Speaker 7 (01:35:15):
I kind of would have said that anyways, if by.

Speaker 6 (01:35:18):
That's what I'm I'm oh, no I did, I did?

Speaker 3 (01:35:22):
I am? I definitely imply.

Speaker 7 (01:35:24):
I mean, did you do a confessional?

Speaker 4 (01:35:27):
No?

Speaker 6 (01:35:27):
No, no, yeah, I knew, Oh yeah, I knew. I
knew that I wasn't going to be featured or or
they didn't get they didn't just do confessionals.

Speaker 5 (01:35:35):
I mean they knew.

Speaker 7 (01:35:37):
They're getting rid of half of you already. They're like,
why are we gonna waste time doing confessionals? I mean
because that film costs money.

Speaker 4 (01:35:44):
Yeah, they did. They did a select amount of people.
Some people just got like the you know, like the
wear in the.

Speaker 5 (01:35:47):
Gear and and and I don't know what they're called,
and then the processing where it's just like their story, but.

Speaker 7 (01:35:54):
You have to take off your clothes and go get
done up for your confessional.

Speaker 4 (01:35:58):
For the processing room.

Speaker 3 (01:35:59):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:35:59):
Yeah, to wear like clothes that like represent you or something.
They made me like I was in like a big jacket.

Speaker 7 (01:36:04):
Remember the game you have to leave and change and
then change back out.

Speaker 5 (01:36:08):
Uh no, we we we actually left and then when
we came back, they already had our clothes there, like
they had another set of clothes there, So they had
these clothes and they're already like we already changed by
the way, like we were in our processing room close.

Speaker 4 (01:36:20):
And then they just gave us this to go record it.

Speaker 7 (01:36:23):
But but like like I mean, like so Sid, yes,
Sid does are confessional.

Speaker 4 (01:36:30):
Before after after she's eliminated.

Speaker 5 (01:36:34):
After she's eliminated, she doesn't all the all the interviews
if you're still in the game obviously, like they pull
you to the side, but the processing rooms are all
after the games.

Speaker 7 (01:36:43):
Okay, I'm wow, you know what, because there's there's all
Sometimes you know, people give you the boo boo face,
like you know when they're you know, after there's been
some upbeat confessionals that you feel like, you know, like
their about starts like I'm pretty excited about to start
the game, and it's just that's you're already.

Speaker 4 (01:37:04):
That's mine, Yeah, in mine, That's what it was like.
They were like, oh, like, how what's your game plan?

Speaker 5 (01:37:08):
I'm dude, I'm red eliminated, Like how am I talking
like present tents right now? But it was weird because
I showed up in like a big coat and they're like, no,
they want the muscle shirts. They got me in this
tight ass shirt. I'm like, are you guys trying to
get me on a dating show or something? Like?

Speaker 3 (01:37:21):
What's going on?

Speaker 4 (01:37:22):
I can barely all that I I.

Speaker 7 (01:37:25):
I had, I had a question, Uh did did they
make that in a men's size too?

Speaker 4 (01:37:29):
Yeah? No, yeah, no, I was wearing a tight kids
shirt too. I was wearing a crop top. They got
me in a crop top.

Speaker 7 (01:37:38):
I was just curious.

Speaker 5 (01:37:39):
Yeah, But like other the context is like really crazy.
So like applying for another show would be like stupid,
difficult util unless they contact you.

Speaker 7 (01:37:47):
Yeah, but for you, like badly, it would be different.
You know what I mean, Bradley, what you're saying. I
feel like you could say I was not on screen, like.

Speaker 3 (01:37:55):
I mean, yeah, I know you mean, yeah, I may
knows on your IMDb what No is right? No?

Speaker 6 (01:38:06):
No, I know that I'm good, Like I don't I
feel even confident, like not even including it and stuff
like yeah, I'm such a rule follower too.

Speaker 3 (01:38:13):
But at this point, like I'm just like, are you
gonna take it?

Speaker 7 (01:38:16):
Are you gonna take it off your your socius?

Speaker 6 (01:38:21):
I bet that they will probably have have me do
it do that if I get like interviewed or whatever,
and I probably I totally would like, Yeah, I.

Speaker 7 (01:38:29):
Feel like I would take it off before, Like, if
you're going to something that you really want, I feel
like I would take it off.

Speaker 6 (01:38:37):
Yeah, I know I've already thought about that too.

Speaker 7 (01:38:41):
I mean it's it's cool that. I mean, like, hey,
you're special enough that you were chosen. However, I mean,
you know.

Speaker 6 (01:38:48):
Like, but I'm like and fair, but I wish I
was like that. There's most people are like but it's
just at least you got to do it.

Speaker 3 (01:38:54):
It's kind of cool.

Speaker 6 (01:38:55):
But I'm like, for me, I'm like, no, Like I
know people that have won this ship like and like, nah,
it's not cool.

Speaker 3 (01:39:03):
So but that's why.

Speaker 6 (01:39:04):
People were upbeat in their interviews, their post interviews, because
most people there are just happy.

Speaker 3 (01:39:09):
To be there. When they get shot.

Speaker 6 (01:39:11):
They haven't They're they're smiling and like for me, I'm
just like, no, I don't know, I don't like that.

Speaker 2 (01:39:17):
But every right to be pissed too, you know what
I mean. The thing is you went in there with
the mindset of I'm there to win the game. I
think some people go in with the mindset I'm just
happy to be here and just people long as I can.

Speaker 7 (01:39:30):
Yeah, oh the floor, like they were filming like sixteen
hours a day, the little old ladies. They were just
like they're like, I had no idea. This show is
about endurance. Fucking pick me, I will lose on purpose.
I cannot stand up anymore. Like like their feet were
swollen like they were they were crying, like they were
just like please pick me, and I'm just like, great man,

(01:39:52):
I was just like, let me pick the uh, the
attractive athletic blood girl. It was like I can stand
here twelve days. I'll give a fuck. And I'm like,
I know, I knew that. I just thought that I
knew there were people.

Speaker 6 (01:40:07):
That told me that, like, oh, at least I just
wanted to do like one challenge that I'm good, just
to tell just to tell my kids that I did
this never And of course I see some of those
people did like make it kind of far. It pisses
me off, but I'm not like I'm not matter pissed
or bitter at all. Like it's just like it's TV, right,
It's like reality TV, Like that's the the hand that
you could help. I'm like, I'm just hoping like something else,

(01:40:29):
like I can get a like maybe like a show
that has a cast.

Speaker 3 (01:40:32):
Of like twelve people or yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:40:36):
I mean, I mean, yeah, I don't know. I mean,
you've made on a bunch of a bunch of shows.

Speaker 5 (01:40:40):
What was how long did it take you to get
another one after like a big one?

Speaker 3 (01:40:45):
Fair play? What was your your second reality? You probably
you did Survivor, like back to back, right.

Speaker 7 (01:40:51):
My first show was Survivor in two thousand and three,
and then I signed a two year deal with TNA
Wrestling for three hundred thousand dollars, and then I did
Camp Reality and Kill Reality and then uh, then I
did a bunch of pilots for VH one, and then

(01:41:15):
I did uh, Celebrity Pooker Showdown, Celebrity Fear Factor, Celebrity
bull Riding. They called I just won Celebrity bull Riding,
and they called me for celebrity Rehab and I'm just like,
I don't need rehab, and they're just like, yeah, but
your friends China and Mary Carrier here and we had

(01:41:37):
somebody drop out and we need a celebrity And I'm
just like, but I don't have a problem. I'm like,
you can make up one. I'm like, I'm not fucking
making up a fucking problem for fucking reab And I
was like, and b I don't want to hang out
with Mary Keriy and China not drinking that like that
sounds like fucking torture. So I turned that one down.

(01:42:00):
I turned down a few I turned They approached me
for the first All Stars, but I wasn't like they're
They're like I was my stepdad at the time, his
lake house at Smith Mountain Lake. He had bought it
from the guy that had been in the pop top
on the soda can. So I am like, I mean
like this place had like nine refrigerators, Like I mean

(01:42:22):
like it was fucking nuts and uh and I was.
I was beat up pretty bad from the show and
you know, just you know, surviving thirty thirty eight days
on an island, and so he was like, hey, you
can stay here as long as you want, you know.
And so they called me, They're like, how you doing,
fair play. I'm like, look at my wounds, you know.
They're like, oh, we're just checking. Like I'm good. I

(01:42:44):
just want to want to stay here at this fucking
lake out and they're like all right, you know, And
I didn't know. They were just like, hey, you got
another one in you like back to back and then yeah,
was over my head, Like I like just did not
understand the concept of hey, we're bringing people back, and
so I'm just like, yeah, I'm good doing what I'm doing.
Don't bother me. That's crazy. So but uh but yeah,

(01:43:10):
now i'd right off the bat. I mean, as I
said that T and A deal was insane because they
were just like anything you get calls for you can do,
like your contract's open to where you know you get.

Speaker 4 (01:43:19):
That's insane.

Speaker 5 (01:43:20):
I don't want to keep hammering questions, but like we're rookie,
so like I'm super curious, like what do you like
to get on another show?

Speaker 4 (01:43:25):
Like what is it?

Speaker 5 (01:43:26):
Like, what do you have like for tips wise to
get on another show? I know it's like the whole contract.

Speaker 7 (01:43:30):
Build a time machine to create the flux capacity CONTs
are crazy, dude, that is the best advice to construct.
The capacador is is the best bad So no, I
mean like back in the day, they're just there weren't
that many shows, which sounds, you know, like a negative,
but it's not because like.

Speaker 3 (01:43:50):
I'm the golden era of TV when it was.

Speaker 7 (01:43:53):
Just like like now efyth they fucking stuff like like that.
You know, like like they uh which called like E
had the celebrities uncensored and it's like, you know, uh
out tonight was Paris Hilton and Tara Reid and Johnny
fair Play and I'm just like okay, So it was

(01:44:15):
like Johnny fair Play rocket is Puma tract suits And
I'm like, yep, walking out of the club.

Speaker 4 (01:44:23):
Yep, that's crazy all fair Play?

Speaker 3 (01:44:27):
Are you going?

Speaker 6 (01:44:27):
Speaking of like reality people like are you going over
to uh the is it called over the Edge now the.

Speaker 3 (01:44:34):
Orlando over the Edge?

Speaker 1 (01:44:35):
Yeah, that's what they changed it to. Yep.

Speaker 7 (01:44:37):
Yeah, I uh so I have been like the last
eight years.

Speaker 6 (01:44:41):
I was wondering if you're going to be wrestling like
wrestling there because I remember me we went to watch
Maddie or Grayson Waller last time I went to when
it whenever it.

Speaker 7 (01:44:53):
Was or Hearts Reality.

Speaker 3 (01:44:56):
Yeah, Hearts Reality. Yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:44:57):
But yeah, I think, like I I kind of want
to go. I think it might go this year, like
as as a fan because like so.

Speaker 7 (01:45:06):
I I uh, I was with the owner of Boca
Ratone Championship Wrestling after the matches. Actually actually I stayed
in town Monday night and went out. Actually I ended
up with Chris Jericho's son later that night.

Speaker 3 (01:45:20):
Haven't Seen is My Life.

Speaker 7 (01:45:23):
And so, but we were out to dinner and I
was just like, hey, are we gonna do? Are you
doing the matches at the at the over the Edge?
And he was just like, no one got back to me,
blah blah blah. And I was like, all right, let
me call Omar. So I called Omar and he was
I was like hey, He's like, I can't talk and
I was uh, and I was like, all right, well,
you know, b r c W doesn't know if like that,
like the matches aren't after you know, blah blah blah.

(01:45:44):
And he was like, yeah, he left me on Red
and I showed and he was like, oh so b
r c W messed up. So they're trying to put
everything together. If they do, I'm supposed to have a
match against Bull James.

Speaker 3 (01:45:59):
Whom I'm not familiar with that.

Speaker 7 (01:46:01):
He used to be Bull Gymsy in NXT.

Speaker 3 (01:46:03):
He's like, okay, oh yeah interesting.

Speaker 7 (01:46:07):
So yeah, so that's funny.

Speaker 6 (01:46:09):
I would recommend like I would to look into that
if if I were you like, just like because if
you want to get like linked up into the reality
world and just like meet people that I've done Big
Brother and Survivor like that, those are like just cool
people to meet.

Speaker 4 (01:46:24):
Yeah, being like integrated the whole.

Speaker 6 (01:46:28):
Really, I'll send to you the details if I know,
I'm just going to be like I'm going to go
just to be able to fly on the wall and
just be a fan or whatever.

Speaker 4 (01:46:36):
But you don't go wear your shirt, so you want
to be wearing this, uh.

Speaker 6 (01:46:40):
I would say for me, like I I'm not about
that life.

Speaker 7 (01:46:46):
You'll be wearing your grease and wall or shirt.

Speaker 5 (01:46:52):
This was the first time I ever applied for reality
TV show and it's just crazy that I got it.
I mean, but it is a big cast though, so
you know, I'm talking to some people, so maybe they
give me another one.

Speaker 6 (01:47:00):
But I mean, yeah, like you like you know, you're good,
You're good.

Speaker 7 (01:47:04):
I would follow up to try to get on a
dating show like so, like I would hit up your
Netflix Netflix people and say I won't on Perfect Match. Yeah,
so or whatever, what what what's the competition?

Speaker 5 (01:47:15):
When I heard I heard they're filming right now though
to realize that maybe next season, but yeah.

Speaker 7 (01:47:21):
They they don't have an expiration date for these things.

Speaker 4 (01:47:24):
Yeah, I know, true, true, I.

Speaker 7 (01:47:26):
Mean whatever, you know what I mean is there someone?
Is there someone from season two Squid Game that that's
on the current season?

Speaker 5 (01:47:36):
Uh? I believe So there were there were there were
rumors there there now okay, really quick, there are rumors.

Speaker 4 (01:47:43):
But I mean, I mean it is what it is.
But like I would love to go another competition so too.

Speaker 7 (01:47:47):
But yeah, I mean.

Speaker 5 (01:47:49):
Obviously you've done it so many times. When you're in there,
you just fall in love with it.

Speaker 7 (01:47:52):
Like, yeah, yeah, what's what's the camp show?

Speaker 4 (01:47:55):
Battley?

Speaker 7 (01:47:57):
I think it's from what I'm hearing, I don't think
there's well, don't put should be on your first competition show?

Speaker 2 (01:48:04):
I mean, listen, that's the problem. They give give them
a crack and then they ended up dying out. Would
you ever do they revamped the fear factor?

Speaker 7 (01:48:12):
That's about that.

Speaker 4 (01:48:15):
I did hear about that. Would I do it?

Speaker 5 (01:48:17):
You know, just just didn't know that I experienced it,
to be honest, even though it's terrifying.

Speaker 7 (01:48:21):
But that's not that's robbing cast, which is good, but
but it's not Netflix, right, Yeah, I think you're stuck
in this in this Netflix time.

Speaker 3 (01:48:32):
Or for a while and you're young.

Speaker 6 (01:48:34):
You're young, and I would hold out for something a
little bit better than.

Speaker 3 (01:48:38):
Uh, dating show.

Speaker 1 (01:48:41):
I think dating shows your.

Speaker 7 (01:48:44):
Bradley. The fear Factor is now you live in it's
like Big Brother about what challenges?

Speaker 1 (01:48:48):
House of whores, that's what they call it.

Speaker 2 (01:48:49):
The trailer actually dropped for it.

Speaker 1 (01:48:52):
Insane.

Speaker 3 (01:48:53):
It's Johnny.

Speaker 7 (01:48:54):
It's Johnny Knoxville, and it's like Big Brother. Now it's
it's not.

Speaker 3 (01:48:58):
That would be cool him as a but yeah, but
it's not that.

Speaker 7 (01:49:03):
It's not like the one off, you know, like you know,
like before it was like one episode and then like
you know, like what we did the celebrity it so
it was three you know, we did you know, six challenges,
three episodes whatever. So but this is like you it's
like thirteen episodes. You're living in a house and then
there's challenges.

Speaker 6 (01:49:20):
What's your take fair play on doing like a rookie
season of like a season one of Fear Factor, Like
do you wait and let's make let's see if it
does good and then I'll do season two?

Speaker 3 (01:49:33):
Or is it?

Speaker 6 (01:49:33):
Do you think it's like worth like taking the taking
the lead?

Speaker 7 (01:49:38):
Well, fear Factor is is our? I mean like they've
already filmed season one. So but no, all, I like,
I like being on If something's good and it's hot,
you want to be there and you want to be
like you want to be the thing they remember from that.
So then you know, if season three they're bringing people

(01:50:00):
back or season four, it's just like, hey, remember the
motherfucker the star of this ship. That's me. Yeah, so
versus you know, season two is like, oh, fair Play
just did his Bradley impression from season one for season three?
Do we want do we want to do fair Play
doing his Bradley impressions? Or do we want do we
want Bradley?

Speaker 2 (01:50:19):
Right, there's always new shows coming out. It's it keeps
on rolling because I know there's the Willy Wonka thing
for Netflix.

Speaker 5 (01:50:30):
Well, I Netflix is going really big on Danny shows.
Now yeah that's what I heard as well. Yeah, I
heard that was the big thing. So, I mean, I
don't know if they're going to make something new. I
mean they already tried with like the whole like X
thing or.

Speaker 7 (01:50:42):
Something Pop the Bubble.

Speaker 4 (01:50:44):
That was.

Speaker 3 (01:50:46):
The balloon.

Speaker 4 (01:50:48):
Chase chase on Pop the Balloon in that way.

Speaker 7 (01:50:52):
The first episode was Johnny Banas not even I Love
Johnny Johnyvana. Ye, that was painful television. A.

Speaker 4 (01:51:00):
It was very painful to watch it hurt.

Speaker 5 (01:51:02):
Yeah, who challenge dude, Yeah, I love the challenge.

Speaker 3 (01:51:07):
You have to go to Orlando. You have to go
to Orlando then for sure.

Speaker 1 (01:51:09):
Yeah, there's a lot of Challenge people that.

Speaker 7 (01:51:11):
Go, you should go on the cruise.

Speaker 2 (01:51:15):
Oh my gosh, no, it's.

Speaker 1 (01:51:19):
Yes, it's not happening.

Speaker 3 (01:51:21):
Yeah, like something.

Speaker 6 (01:51:22):
I didn't even read the whole story, but I'm like,
I wasn't surprised.

Speaker 7 (01:51:26):
Fire Fest at the Sea is what they're so. So
now the gimmick was that I guess they did a
Survivor one and a Big Brother one and the next
was the Challenge one. And then so fans were spending like,
you know, three to four thousand dollars to go on
this cruise with Johnny Bananas and Carl Mariam or Klong
and all these guys. Well, we're getting close to the
event and Johnny Banana's is like, you know, hey, you

(01:51:47):
know I was promised an appearance fee. I won't have
that up front or I'm off this thing, and he's like,
I'll get back to you. He's like, okay, well this
is shady, and he's like, you know what, fuck this,
let me just check something. So he called Royal Caribbean
and he was like, Hey, I just want to confirm
that I have a room and they're like nope. He
was like, okay, like confirm that Mark Long has a room.
They're like nope, I didn't confirm the car Maria as

(01:52:09):
a room and they're like nope. He was like all right,
So the night before we fly into the hotel, it
was like, hey, uh just want to confirm my hotel
and they're just like, uh, well we're sold out and
uh no, you don't have a room. And he was
just like okay, is there any way to confirm that
any of these these uh two thousand fans that pay
three to or two to four thousand dollars each do

(01:52:30):
they have And they're like nope. And he was like,
so the guy just pocketed the money, that's all.

Speaker 3 (01:52:39):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (01:52:39):
So so you weren't booking through Royal Caribbean, you were
booking through Showcase Travel. Wow. He was who was like
just like you know, like like like you know, like
a thousand fans you know, paid four thousand dollars to
hang out with Johnny Bananas and the guy was just like,
all right, but if I just get the rooms for

(01:53:00):
the celebrities and say something, and it's just like no,
let me just keep it all.

Speaker 3 (01:53:05):
Let me just get no one inane.

Speaker 7 (01:53:08):
So but allegedly, I guess his his side of the
story is he was still paying back people from the
Big Brother Challenge that hadn't got their money yet. So
he was Robin Perry Robin Peter to pay Paul or whatever,
so and and and it just you know, it just
kind of spun out of control, insane. So, yes, so

(01:53:33):
you do not want to go on the Challenge cruise
because well, I mean you might, but you you will
be the challenge for the plot.

Speaker 2 (01:53:43):
By the way, people, this is exactly what you get
from a Patreon Q and a from Johnny fair Play.

Speaker 7 (01:53:49):
You guys so.

Speaker 2 (01:53:50):
Much right here on this podcast tonight.

Speaker 7 (01:53:54):
Did you watch that Tommy TRAINA?

Speaker 1 (01:53:56):
Uh, it is on my list. I'm getting to it
probably to Holy moly.

Speaker 7 (01:54:01):
Yeah, I said a lot of stuff that I was
so I straight edged. Tommy Trena sitting beside me, and
I was like nine West Coast low carb ip as inn.

Speaker 3 (01:54:14):
All right, let me.

Speaker 7 (01:54:16):
Tell you four stories that I shouldn't and Tommy training guns.
Would you like a Survivor only fans story that doesn't
involve Ozzie?

Speaker 5 (01:54:23):
You know, I love what this is, like my first
integration to reality TV. This is every single thing ever, Like,
it's hilarious.

Speaker 7 (01:54:33):
What happened to Eric? We lost Eric before on the
first episode?

Speaker 4 (01:54:38):
Eric is in there? Man, your son is still in there?

Speaker 1 (01:54:40):
Yeah he's Eric still?

Speaker 7 (01:54:41):
What was he doing the podcast?

Speaker 1 (01:54:43):
We already did it earlier today.

Speaker 7 (01:54:45):
Oh, this is the interview podcast.

Speaker 2 (01:54:47):
Okay, this is the yes, so we did the recap
podcast and then I brought these two on for.

Speaker 7 (01:54:52):
Yeah Lauren killing.

Speaker 2 (01:54:54):
It were didn't work?

Speaker 1 (01:54:57):
You know how m'd.

Speaker 7 (01:54:59):
Be intentioned to doing the same thing with nine nine
to Beat. Yeah, oh yeah, it's awesome beat. It's a
good show. All right.

Speaker 4 (01:55:05):
So, oh my god?

Speaker 7 (01:55:07):
Who had the hot take? Gabe had the hot take
last night that nine nine to Beat is the same
show as Squid Game but better would never watch.

Speaker 3 (01:55:17):
That is a terrible take.

Speaker 7 (01:55:19):
I feel that is. I was like, well, By, I
was like, have you watched this season?

Speaker 3 (01:55:26):
He was like no, I saw something.

Speaker 7 (01:55:27):
I'm like, yeah, I think you need a You give
it a watch and you get back to us.

Speaker 1 (01:55:33):
Who hasn't watched Squid yet and is making that take
without watching.

Speaker 4 (01:55:36):
It's crazy.

Speaker 7 (01:55:38):
I mean, I guess he watched either watched season one
or watched parts of season one, and I'm just like, yeah,
that's a bad take.

Speaker 3 (01:55:46):
Maybe he was and he's just bitter. I think that's
what happened.

Speaker 6 (01:55:49):
He did. He was an oh got elim made first,
and now he's bitter, so he has that hot take.

Speaker 7 (01:55:54):
Well, I'm bitter because I was supposed to do a
premiere party with Carl Maria in Boston and like four
days before the show, Fox is like, oh, yeah, you
can't do a you can't do a viewing party. And
We're like why and they're like we don't, like, uh,
we control everything and you guys can't. I'm just like, yeah,
well I've been doing Survivor viewing parties for like six years.

(01:56:15):
And They're just like, yeah, this isn't Survivor and I'm like, oh, okay.

Speaker 3 (01:56:21):
Free marketing, like they hate it.

Speaker 2 (01:56:24):
Yeah, Wow, that's a wild take about the ninety ninety
b and I am enjoying the ninety ninety.

Speaker 7 (01:56:30):
It's great, it's great. Charger the floor, I mean I
did the floor as it said, like you know, end
of episode one, Johnny fear Play shines episode two. I'm
just like, get me out here as quickly as like, listen,
I get it. It's fun, Like you know, it's it's
season four. It's tough to reinvent the wheel on a
show of that format four seasons. In nine to Beat

(01:56:54):
is a new show. It's it's it's, it's, it's what it's.
It's kind of a remake of A Minute to Win
it Yeah. Yeah, so but uh sho.

Speaker 3 (01:57:04):
That's why I say it's a huge show. It's a
fun show, but it is.

Speaker 7 (01:57:07):
Not a lot help feel like like people like there
are emotional moments on nine nine to Beat, but I
just feel the music and the game the games like
ninety nine to Beat, I it still has more of
that game show, we feel, whereas Squid Game does not

(01:57:31):
Like Squid Game like there's there's a direness to it,
like it's just like like I mean, you're not really dying,
but you're dying.

Speaker 4 (01:57:39):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:57:40):
Yeah, they make it so emotional and so like intense too, Like.

Speaker 7 (01:57:43):
Yeah, I love all like that. I mean, as I
said for me, I mean like that's why it's dominated
for an Emmy because like that like I don't think
nine nine to Beat is gonna get nominated for No,
it's not.

Speaker 1 (01:57:54):
But it's it's an easy show to watch. But even
when you compare it to Squid Games, squad Game incorporates
the twists, the test and I will say, if I'm
comparing one and two for Squid, this season is blowing
season one out of the water. And I loved season.

Speaker 2 (01:58:11):
One, don't get me wrong, but this is kind come.

Speaker 1 (01:58:14):
Up with this season alone. It's just fabulous.

Speaker 4 (01:58:20):
It's really quick, like the editing, like the way that
they edit it.

Speaker 5 (01:58:23):
Like the first what you guys seen was actually like
in a long period of time, but they cut it
so short.

Speaker 7 (01:58:27):
Just boom boom boom boom boom boom boom.

Speaker 4 (01:58:29):
You know what I mean.

Speaker 5 (01:58:30):
The dorm time has been shortened that you just like
right into the games. I mean they went from the
count a little bit of dorm time boom right into Ptathon,
you know what I mean.

Speaker 7 (01:58:37):
So it's kind of great. It was great here and
here it's a big thing. It it's uh uh, well,
where's it gonna go?

Speaker 4 (01:58:48):
Damn it?

Speaker 7 (01:58:48):
I had it.

Speaker 5 (01:58:49):
It was like the Beast Games kind of feel where
it's just no, oh no, No, the big thing was
squid Game that I think subtracts it from everything else.

Speaker 7 (01:58:59):
Whenever do you think you have a w you never
do like it. It's always like, I mean, you know,
that's the show. It's just like, Okay, it's fine, and
I'm just like, nope, nope, nope, it's not. It's not
it's always there's always there's always a way to get Yeah, yeah,
it's all. It's just like I mean, like the the

(01:59:21):
actual show, like you know, that Final Deal. I come
there and just like and I you know, I was like,
oh no, you know it's gonna and they're like I was.

Speaker 5 (01:59:28):
In there talking to people and I had no clue
that the Twins were hunting people down. But like after
the games, people start getting a little bit more like
stressed down a little bit. Like that's why the feelings
and the emotions come out of them, because like the
atmosphere is so like brutal to be honest, because you
just know you're gonna go out anyway like this, you
can always go out any second.

Speaker 7 (01:59:45):
That's the worst part. So that one kid whose parents
are religious and he's going to hell and according to Hater.

Speaker 1 (01:59:54):
Twenty four player twenty four.

Speaker 7 (01:59:55):
Yeah, Peter, all right, So for someone uh hold on,
Peter's a comedian, Okay, well, but uh for for someone
that I that wants to be good to go to

(02:00:16):
the Twins and be like, hey, you know, you know,
you know, you know what I'm what I was gonna do.
Oh my god, I was gonna go after one of you,
but but I can't do it.

Speaker 3 (02:00:26):
But that was your twin brother.

Speaker 7 (02:00:28):
Yeah, yeah, I was gonna eliminate.

Speaker 4 (02:00:30):
Your and I was just like.

Speaker 7 (02:00:33):
Talk about diarrhea of the mouth. I mean like like
literally that the conversation anyone else in that fucking room
other than that fucking twin.

Speaker 5 (02:00:44):
The So the first accounting when they were like, you know,
getting chosen and stuff, one of my friends they didn't
get aired. Selena goes up to She goes testily, So
he goes, sorry, boys, only one is gonna go I know,
the only one's gonna win. And it was so they
looked at her the what the fuck is wrong with you?
Like it was areas, but they didn't. There's so much
shit they didn't air though, so much.

Speaker 1 (02:01:05):
Yeah, it's it's crazy.

Speaker 2 (02:01:07):
Well, also too, we didn't talk about this player one
oh seven being I'm going on a yacht with my friends.

Speaker 1 (02:01:12):
That's what I would do with the money.

Speaker 9 (02:01:14):
Yeah, Jackie, Oh my god, wow, that's crazy.

Speaker 2 (02:01:18):
I mean respect, but don't say it there.

Speaker 4 (02:01:22):
I think after she said I think she reset it.

Speaker 5 (02:01:24):
But then she said, yeah, I'm going on a yacht
with my bad bitches or something like that too after.

Speaker 1 (02:01:28):
And then adds in the charity of it all, which.

Speaker 6 (02:01:31):
You already and of course gives them the charity whatever whatever.

Speaker 7 (02:01:39):
Some poor people or whatever whatever. They're being called unhomed people.
I guess during.

Speaker 5 (02:01:47):
That, during that they had a bunch of people doing
chores and ship so like you know, they made it
seem like that like everyone was onto them.

Speaker 4 (02:01:52):
But it wasn't that we had like fifty chores.

Speaker 5 (02:01:54):
But like eventually we kind of figured it out that
like the one came back and then three were eliminated
at that point, and then he was a target after that,
to be honest, he was.

Speaker 4 (02:02:04):
There were targets in discounting.

Speaker 6 (02:02:06):
Oh yeah, I love seeing the like as far as
like these like young twenty somethings that like don't know
that you should have your story on lock about like
why you want to play and why you want to
win the money. Because if someone comes up to you
got to have your story prepared, not saying like I
just want to party on a yacht, because like everything,

(02:02:28):
you got.

Speaker 4 (02:02:28):
To lock in for sure.

Speaker 7 (02:02:29):
Yeah, no, I'm I'm with you. I I like, uh yeah,
I feel like I got a little sloppy on Survivor,
you know, because because like the boy scout lady is
just like Johnny would literally use some money on cocaine
and hookers. Oh my god, and it makes air. Really

(02:02:52):
we're going with cocaine and hookers, all right? Well, well
I I didn't have cocaine and hookers at tribal council or.

Speaker 1 (02:03:02):
But you were.

Speaker 2 (02:03:03):
You were boozed up at a tribal councilor.

Speaker 7 (02:03:05):
I was, I was, I was liquored up. I was
looking up a few times. But yeah, but no, I
did not need it. Was just like, oh, I can't,
I can't give him the money, Like I know I'm
gonna lose to Sandra and I don't. I don't even
like her. And I spent most of my time hanging
out with Johnny, but he would literally die from cocaine
and hookers, and I'm like that was the hooker is

(02:03:26):
gonna kill me it's like, well a they could kill
you RHEO know. I'm like, wow, geez, got the hookers
you like I would. I would have gotten good hookers,
not horrible gonna kill you and kill you with disease hookers.

Speaker 3 (02:03:41):
The classic kind, the classic kind.

Speaker 7 (02:03:43):
Yes, it's the class. Uh like the friends with what's
her name? There's a chick that lost it Ganji or
whatever that big your friends are available for dates. I
think I'm seeing.

Speaker 5 (02:04:03):
Her at the We're having that big watch party in
Philly where there's like one hundreds like squids going and
a bunch of seasons.

Speaker 1 (02:04:08):
We need to get Sydney on this podcast. That's That's
what I'm.

Speaker 4 (02:04:10):
Going in this podcast.

Speaker 7 (02:04:12):
City is awesome, dude, Yeah, I got I got, I got,
I got some squid tea. He's gonna kill me for
saying this on here.

Speaker 4 (02:04:20):
Oh god.

Speaker 7 (02:04:22):
So Bradley, you know you know King George for Australian Survivor. Yes, okay,
uh geev On you have to you have to, you
have to look him up. So anyway, there's a there's
a season one er, I'll do.

Speaker 4 (02:04:35):
It right now.

Speaker 7 (02:04:36):
That that uh that was with King George at Arts
last year. Oh yes, and would shock you to hear
he was the top this guy.

Speaker 4 (02:04:56):
Oh I see King George was.

Speaker 7 (02:04:59):
Wait this is King George was not the top?

Speaker 6 (02:05:03):
Oh the guy? Okay, I need I need the t now.
It should be the top, I mean.

Speaker 7 (02:05:08):
But yeah, he is. He only he goes by one
name and it's four letters. Yep, Dan an exclamation board.

Speaker 1 (02:05:25):
Now, oh my goodness, this is what I'm talking about.

Speaker 7 (02:05:31):
People that crazy. Would you put money on that, Bradley?

Speaker 3 (02:05:37):
Would I put money on it? I think no, I
don't think so.

Speaker 6 (02:05:42):
But with when I was at When I was there,
I think it was his first year, King George.

Speaker 3 (02:05:49):
Like he did have like this.

Speaker 6 (02:05:52):
Little twink following him around, and I was like, oh,
he's got it like that, I guess. But good for him,
I guess, good for him.

Speaker 3 (02:05:58):
I don't know.

Speaker 7 (02:05:59):
Yeah, but but you had a little twink followed him
around last year. But but the twink was the top.

Speaker 3 (02:06:06):
You never know?

Speaker 1 (02:06:06):
You never know, that's true, You don't, You don't.

Speaker 7 (02:06:12):
He's tell him, tell him, uh, tell that person high
in Philadelphia for me.

Speaker 3 (02:06:18):
Okay, I do know, I do know him.

Speaker 7 (02:06:20):
Well, be so great? Is he doing the podcast at
some point, Lauren.

Speaker 1 (02:06:29):
Listen, I can just book him up. You know what
I mean.

Speaker 2 (02:06:33):
There, I just add to my list of people that
we're trying to roll with here. But we already we're
two hours and since, so let's wrap this up here, folks.
Does anyone have anything they want to finish us off with?

Speaker 4 (02:06:51):
Rather you got anything?

Speaker 3 (02:06:51):
Man? Man, I feel like I've said a lot. No,
I don't have. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (02:07:01):
The funniest thing was during mine was when Sydney was like,
I'm sorry to like the whole team, and then the
camera turns start her saying I'm sorry to me, and
then my face when she said I'm sorry, she goes,
I'm sorry and my face is just like.

Speaker 4 (02:07:19):
And people were sending me that. People were videoing it
and sending it to me like holy shit.

Speaker 5 (02:07:23):
They're like, if I was on your team, I would
have been cussing Sydney the fuck out.

Speaker 4 (02:07:27):
I'm like, holy shit. I was like, no, I'm just
super SMU.

Speaker 6 (02:07:30):
You were so motivating during that game, but you're you
were saying though you were saying some funny stuff like
but it was sounded motivating, but also it was like.

Speaker 7 (02:07:39):
Bro, have you seen the core video?

Speaker 5 (02:07:41):
There's a core playing the core video of it, where
like I was like saying the games, and I go
up to the girl with the house of cards. I
was like, yeah, you got wisdom, like you got the
wisdom for the cars, Like what the fuck am I saying?

Speaker 4 (02:07:52):
And then the the Deagie whatever it is.

Speaker 5 (02:07:55):
I was like, yeah, I played soccer since I don't
even know when, like high school type shit, and I
was like, I don't know what I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (02:08:00):
Yeah, I was saying some dumb assh it was so funny.

Speaker 7 (02:08:04):
But wouldn't do not knowing what you don't know? Didn't
didn't sid have do what she I mean, like that
was kind of the spot for her.

Speaker 5 (02:08:14):
Yeah, yeah, for sure they wanted to. I think it's
just because she really fucked up, but no, yeah, it
was just her. And then I was just kind of
the background, just supporting her and like, yeah, it looked
like it looked like I was leaving the group.

Speaker 4 (02:08:25):
And then Cindy was just like really really uh really
going at it with herself. But she's awesome.

Speaker 7 (02:08:32):
She's awesome.

Speaker 4 (02:08:33):
Yeah, she deserved that. That was her moment. She really like.

Speaker 5 (02:08:36):
She ended up finishing it. She ended up finishing it,
but after like fifty minutes, so.

Speaker 6 (02:08:40):
And there's people that there's people still in the game
right now that we have not seen, had not they
didn't have airtime.

Speaker 7 (02:08:46):
Won Yeah yeah, yeah, awesome.

Speaker 4 (02:08:50):
You guys have to watch man, you guys have to
watch it.

Speaker 3 (02:08:52):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (02:08:52):
So, but I mean, but that's crazy that like so no,
I think I think when this is all said and done,
I mean, because there's if there's only nine upisodes, I
think SID will be if if there's a Squid Game,
all Star SID is getting the call Oh yeah, I think.

Speaker 4 (02:09:12):
I think Johnty and Viper will get a call back. Definitely.

Speaker 7 (02:09:15):
I think Daunty could have definitely went a little bit
further than what he was Definitely Viper. I mean the
build for Viper, you're just like, there's no way he's
not catching this, and and and he and he, and
then you're like okay, it was like, oh there's the
second part, like yeah, just throw it to any what
would you do in the same spot, just throw it
to any girl? Like fuck that dude.

Speaker 5 (02:09:36):
Yeah, well, everyone they were so backed up anyways, like
some in the back of the line, like there's so
many you know, the groups where the last people were
like there, So it was still gonna be a far
throw for everyone.

Speaker 1 (02:09:47):
I'm the most confident with Viper throwing the ball in
that sense.

Speaker 5 (02:09:51):
But I think popularity vote it would probably be Mark
number one, number two. We were saying, we were saying
that the group jets too, that Mark is probably gonna
get the number one vote. But yeah, that's that's good.

Speaker 7 (02:10:07):
I mean, he I would I could see this, maybe
not financially, but everything else changing his life. And I'm
cool with that.

Speaker 4 (02:10:19):
Yeah, I mean, I I know, yeah.

Speaker 7 (02:10:21):
And I enjoy I enjoyed him epically failing. I thought
it was fun for me. I love Mark. I'm gonna
see him.

Speaker 4 (02:10:29):
I'm gonna see him eleven and I'm gonna be together.

Speaker 7 (02:10:32):
I love that guy. But there's gonna be a lot
of squeeze there.

Speaker 2 (02:10:34):
So plug that event because I know exactly what event
you're talking about.

Speaker 4 (02:10:37):
The Phi. Yeah, I think it's it's the Rent. What's
what's those guys? I forgot their name?

Speaker 5 (02:10:41):
I so sorry, but they're hosting that event, all right, Yeah, okay,
we'll put it.

Speaker 7 (02:10:50):
We'll put a link in the.

Speaker 5 (02:10:52):
At a pretty big it's a pretty big event. I
know Dan's gonna be there. I think mine might be there.
Dashed a lot of people mill Yeah, a lot of
people es gonna be there. There's a lot of people. Actually, yeah,
Dash called me like at three am on release.

Speaker 4 (02:11:09):
Oh wow, I wonder.

Speaker 7 (02:11:11):
He was like, yes, really cool. But he was with
all my guys for the New York City premiere with.

Speaker 4 (02:11:16):
A bunch of guys.

Speaker 3 (02:11:18):
Yeah, you're just like you're setting fair play.

Speaker 7 (02:11:21):
Up here.

Speaker 4 (02:11:26):
Right now.

Speaker 7 (02:11:26):
But we had Dash stories to tell. Oh cool, Oh
my goodness.

Speaker 1 (02:11:32):
Johnny, anything else you want to add before we wrap up?

Speaker 7 (02:11:35):

(02:11:56):
Uh what the fuck?

Speaker 4 (02:11:57):
Uh?

Speaker 7 (02:11:59):
I don't blame you, but I kind of always X
always X always every time I said that before I
even walked in the game, and always X.

Speaker 6 (02:12:09):
I know, and I want to do this so bad too.
When when everyone was doing it, I was like, no,
I want to do I wanted to do the d
X Like.

Speaker 7 (02:12:18):
Yeah, like what do you what are you doing this?
What are you fuckings?

Speaker 2 (02:12:21):

Speaker 3 (02:12:21):
People are doing this I was like, Oh, that's not It's.

Speaker 7 (02:12:25):
Just like, hey, it's a big gaping holes like whoa,
don't brag about that. I mean there are some size queens,
but I mean you're not a size queen, right.

Speaker 4 (02:12:35):
Jesus Christ?

Speaker 7 (02:12:38):
All right? Uh yeah that's click subscribe. Uh, Lauren, you're

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
