“Cincuenta años cuidando la tierra”. Con este lema la Asociación para la Defensa Ecológica de Galicia, Adega, ha organizado un evento que pretende festejar el medio siglo que cumple ahora.
1975: acababa la dictadura franquista y nacían iniciativas que buscaban derechos y libertades, como Adega, cuyo secretario General, Froilán Pallín, entra en nuestra reserva para desgranar qué marcó el inicio de su andadura y dónde tienen la vista puesta en este tiempo. El proyecto de una macrocelulosa o los desarrollos eólicos en lugares sensibles se encuentran entre sus principales desvelos.
Y hablando de desvelos, nos fijamos después en otros que nos trae esta noche Joaquín Araújo. El defensor por antonomasia de los árboles ha encontrado una grieta en su existencia, un descubrimiento literario que deja al aire algunos sucesos dramáticos en los que los árboles se sientan en el banco de los acusados. También echa la vista atrás Araújo para reflexionar sobre el nacimiento del movimiento ecologista bajo una bandera que no admitía discusión: “Nucleares, no”.
