Today Craig and Roe discuss and demystify some stereotypes about mindfulness. First of all what is it? Mindfulness is a state of active, open attention on the present. When we are mindful, we carefully observe our thoughts and feelings without judging them as good or bad. In counseling mindfulness is buzzword that many of us practitioners use, but lets face it... it feels pretty weird to do sometimes and everyone seems to have a point on how to do it correctly.
