A failure at something specific like a project, job, running your business, etc... doesn't make you a failure! Failing is temporary. No one is perfect, going through life without failing. After an epic failure, you have to identify the positive things you can take with you and the negative things you would like to avoid, and not repeat in the future. Understand motivation and intent. If you can do all of this, you can rebuild your psyche and your skill set, then create opportunities for yourself to go on to another project, take a different job or maybe even run your own business again. Future success is still available.
