There is not a lot of talk about frequency in the mainstream media or in the western medical field, however, there is a LOT of frequency and vibration taking place at all times. Some of it is very harmful. With all of our electronics we are bombarded with frequencies and don't have any idea of how it is affecting us. And then there are frequencies that are gentle, non-invasive, and stimulate our cells that put them back into homeostasis. With a full range of 144,000 frequencies, there is a frequency for everything you could imagine. For people who are struggling with pain, including chronic pain, this is something that has changed their lives. Today we will talk with my guests Teri Siewert, retired nurse, and Ashleigh Hart, pharmaceutical sales. Ashleigh has been practicing frequency healing on her family, and I incorporated frequency healing in my personal life and family as well as my mental health practice. We will share our experiences on how it has changed our lives for the better. When we raise our mental and physical and spiritual vibration, we raise global consciousness at the same time. We are all connected. Our energy travels and knows no boundaries.
