Chronic pain makes it really hard to enjoy life. According to the latest statistics from the CDC 20.4%. That comes to about 50 million people in the US, with those suffering chronic pain being 36.4%. Most of them are 65 and older. What are some of the causes of pain? Muscular pain points, psychological, and myofascial restrictions are just a few. With the horrendous opioid addiction we have in our country which doesn't even help with pain, people tend to still suffer with pain while on the opioids, the great news is that there are solutions to reduce and in some cases eliminate pain without the use of pharmaceuticals and surgery. Licensed massage therapist, Caroline Sequin will be my guest and she specializes in myofascial release massage that was created by a physical therapist after he was injured and was not getting rid of his pain with physical therapy. Frequency therapy is another way method that is freeing thousands of people of pain.
